I'll begin by saying that I don't usually write poor reviews. We dined at Brisam's last night and brought friends that had not been there before. It was Friday and a full house-good for them for being busy! We had a party of 4 and waited 30+ minutes to be seated. I'm okay with waiting-my concern is that there was a corner booth open the entire time. After about waiting 20 minutes we inquired if we could be seated at the open booth and were advised that is was for parties of 5 or greater. The booth could sit up to 5-6 people comfortably. The opposing corner had the same both with only 4 people seated in it. I pointed that out to the hostess, she advised us that those patrons were friends of the owners, so it was approved by him. That's just a huge turn off- the open table was not reserved-yet we couldn't be seated. Would Brisam's rather seat their customers in a timely manner at a open table and take over a $100 order or have them leave? From my experience and observations, they would rather them leave. I wanted to leave, the others decided we would wait a little longer to see if a table opened up. We finally got seated and enjoyed dinner with friends but this really left an unpleasant taste in my mouth. The food and remainder of our service was good. ***PS- that corner booth sat empty all night! I think a policy change is in order.

Great neighborhood place! Food is consistently good, casual neighborhood feel, and the servers are friendly! Been eating there for years. Varied menu. Tvs to watch sports but unless it's football season it's not a crazy sports bar setting. Update 1-13-19 Very busy due to playoff game. Only one server for entire restaurant which wasnt ideal. Got there around noon. I ordered one of the specials, barbecue brisket with coleslaw. I've had plenty of brisket in my time so I know what it should taste like. This was very fatty! If our server ever checked back I would've returned it but as I mentioned she was working solo. We had waited at least 20 mins to get order taken. When she returned after we'd all eaten I told her it was not good. I had pulled most the meat off one half and tried to find little bits of meat without the fat. Basically I made a coleslaw sandwich with the first half and left the rest untouched. She apologized but no compensation was made. I've eaten here many times, and will return, but I guess every place has its off day. More staff would've helped.

My husband and I were there for the first time a little over a week ago ... great food, brisams burgers, and the lady that waited on us was fabulous. She kept checking on us, brought second drinks w/o asking ... asked if we wanted desert and when we left Saud goodbye and please come again. Because of that I brought a friend of mine this afternoon ... neither the chicken marsala nor the salmon dinner was anything to write home about. My own home made chicken marsalla is way better. The gal who waited on us never came back to check on us ... never brought us a second drink, never asked if we wanted dessert, never asked if this one check or two ... when we left, never said goodbye come again... the waitress we hadf first time there did all these things. If my second experience had been my first I would never come back ... but because of our first awesome experience I will give them a third try.

Stumbled across this unassuming restaurant one day and could not be more excited that we did. We came here on a weekday and was surprised to see how busy it was, but we were able to get two seats at the bar. Was quickly greeted by the bartender who took our order and a few regulars who we chatted with for the rest of that visit. We had a few cocktails and a couple of burgers and the food was great. We have probably eaten here 5 times now (and a few more take-outs during quarantine) and have enjoyed every meal. Now...I'm not saying this is 5 star dining...but I am saying this is a neighborhood bar and restaurant and the food is much better than most would expect. The staff is ALWAYS friendly and busting their @ss to keep customers drinks and stomachs full. What a gem...part of me doesn't want to write this review so I can keep this a secret.

Good place to meet for food & drinks. Happy Hour is only at the bar. Place is not to noisy, that you can hold a conversation without yelling. Our waitress Cindy is fantastic. Food was delicious. We got a cheese pizza as an appetizer it was fantastic. I was able to swap fries for a baked potato. Did the fish & chips, baked. Which was fantastic as there was no breading. Cole slaw was abit to sweet so I added a squeeze of lemon & then it was perfect. Should have asked for some crushed raw garlic would have made remoulade for fish tastier. Overall we had a good time & will return.

Chloe and Kevin rock! We were in Cave Creek for dog food at TSC recently. My wife and I were hungry, and the cashier suggested Brisams. We are food snobs, so the unknown is not always a good dinner option. We were greeted warmly as if we frequented the establishment. That was a breath of fresh air on many levels. Kevin was our server, and was overly honest about a new untested special that we were thinking about trying...we ended up getting cheeseburgers and pork chops, which were cooked as requested, and seasoned perfectly! We really enjoyed every aspect of our dining experience. We live in Moon Valley, so we will not eat there often, but will when the dog runs low on food. Highly recommend giving this place a try. Keep up the great work guys!

The perfect neighborhood locals routine spot. More (very good) menu items than you will ever get to eat. Drinks are priced right. Staff is the best. Strip mall parking so you will find a spot although actually find Brisam's the first time might make you make a try or two as it is not in a spot that seems to be right for such a place - but good for us locals it is there! If I have one complaint, and tongue in cheek, it's that the place is so popular it can be a struggle to find a seat at the bar! Off-site I had some conversation with the owner and he certainly seems to have his head in the right place for a good customer experience.

This place rocks. Service is awesome. Cindy is the best server I have ever met. She not only is friendliest server you will ever met but has a memory like you can't believe. The food is excellent. We have never had a bad meal here. The menu has a great variety for those times when you have people wanting different cuisines. The killer mac and cheese is to die for. Lol No, pun intended. For those East Coast folks who are craving a good cheese steak sub you should try Brisams. All and all this is a great place for a guaranteed good meal. And a great welcoming atmosphere!!

Can't get better. Cyndi is the best waitress ever. Never had a bad meal. Been going once a week for 3 years.

Doesn't look like much from the outside, but the inside is perfect. Small town bar feel. Cindy was amazing. Felt like family. All other patrons were definently regulars. Had a great vibe. Food amazing. Just had a salad but the portion was big, and they didn't skimp on the goods. We also had the killer Mac and cheese. Perfect. Not a weak pour at all, great margarita, no frills just the good basics. Did I mention Cindy was great. I'm sad I don't live here, I don't have anything like this at home. Almost forgot. That carrot cake. Jesus yes lawrd.

Visited for the first time on 10/03/17. Our server was Cindy and she was very friendly, attentive and helpful explaining the menu to us. We had the fish and chips, chicken philly sandwich and turkey club along with both regular and sweet potato fries. The regular fries were so good there was actually no need to upgrade, which Cindy explained to us in advance, but we tried it anyway and she was right. Everything was great and we definitely plan on returning for more. 11/28/18 - Still stellar...

Delicious food!! We've been here a few times and both times we've gotten food they did not disappoint! Both times we sat at the bar, the service was great! Very welcoming, attentive and kind! We will definitely be back!

I say kid friendly because they do have a restaurant dining area.

We used to LOVE their fish fry. Coming from the Midwest, it was the best in the area. Unfortunately it is now awful. Fish was very tough and overcooked. And they charge a bunch for it. Also, the waitress pretty much disappeared after dropping off our food. We wanted soda refill but couldn’t locate her anywhere. At bill time she asked if we needed a refill. Not good. We won’t be back.

Absolutely awesome! And I'm not just talking about the food, the staff was so amazing which speakers volumes about the ownership of this awesome local bar and grill. Devin was helpful and very polite and fun to speak with, our server Denay (not sure if the spelling is correct) she was absolutely a joy to speak with and get all the good scoops on food and history of the restaurant,. Such an enjoyable experience, oh yeah, restrooms VERY clean!!

Usually have decent bar food here but our last meal was awful . We ordered boneless wings and traditional wings with fries. I specifically said I needed my traditional wings extra well done as I can’t stand chewy wings. Well what do you know when I get it home the wings are chewy and definitely not even close to well done. On top of this the fries were already slightly cold, keep in mind we live less than a mile away. Time to find a new spot!

The spicy artichoke dip was good. I had the quesadilla app for dinner and it's large and filling and lots of flavor with a little kick. Husband had the whiskey penne and it was good as well. No real atmosphere. So we have No complaints... it wasn't bad at all but just wasn't anything spectacular. The older waitress was a sweetheart though and very attentive

The Philly cheese steak is very good, and I don't say that much being from Philly. Lots of meat, mushrooms and onions. Like most non Philadelphia establishments, they don't offer cheese whiz which would make it original. Good atmosphere and a great server!

Just up the road from here. Googled for nearest restaurant late one night and cant believe how lucky we are to have this place so close. Service was impeccable, salads very fresh and food exactly as expected. The only drawback were the smokers on the patio ( hopefully AZ will catch up with the rest of North America and ban this) Still not enough to keep us away.

One of my favorite lunch spots in Cave Creek. Food is good, service is excellent. I can’t remember the name of the waitress there, but I’ve never met any waitress who is incredibly nice, remembers you, and is on top of everything making it look like second nature. We came for the food, and keep coming back because the service and staff is incredible!

Food and service is always the best, however why are you allowing all of your staff to not wear masks? COVID is still a problem here in the US and until we reach herd immunity it is very reckless of you to not mandate mask wearing by your staff. We won’t be back for awhile, will frequent a restaurant where I feel more health safeguards are in place.

Fun little bar & grill. Good HH selections along with regular food menu. I had the Meatball sandwich and bone-in wings. Wings where a nice size, not jumbo, and good flavor. Meatball sandwich was full of flavor with crunchy fries. Bartender very friendly to chat with and keeps in touch with everyone at the bar. Could see this as a regular hangout.

Even though they were busy, we were seated, got drinks and food faster than I would normally expect like most other restaurants in this lack of worker environment. Food was great and server was good and polite. I will return. It won't disappoint. Lots of locals here means they gotta be good.

A good friend suggested Brisam's for lunch following a round of golf this week - great call. It's a comfortable 'local spot' with a loyal customers - great food and comfortable patio. Mahi-mahi tacos were superb, and Philly steak sandwiches were awesome. Cindy provided attentive service and was fun to chat with during the course of our meal.

Ignore the bogus reviews. This place is garbage. They served me fries that were so cold they were hard.. Burger was disgustingly over cooked frozen beef patty.. Hard and dry and flavorless. I ordered a whiskey and they brought me a martini glass full of watered down cold whiskey. Bad food.. Bad service.. Bad drinks.. Never returning.

Great meal, and no attitude. Feels like a family-run place. We really enjoyed our dinner, and we appreciated that it was reasonably priced.

We have enjoyed Brisam's for years and have never been disappointed. We are so thankful that they are still doing the take out. It's always fast service and delicious food. We miss the ability to dine in or go for Happy Hour and look forward to doing that again. Please keep Brisam's running! It's a neighborhood gathering place!

My husband was so excited when I told him I was bringing him home the Philly steak mushroom and cheese on a hoagie roll with the best french fries. I had a house salad with the best blue cheese dressing ever. The best food that we found here in town since we've been here two years. Thank you for your great staff and service.

Glass of water good, altho needed to be refilled. Corned beef or pastrami sandwich was too fatty & not able to eat. Couldn't chew the meat. Given chicken noodle soup & it had squares if chicken in it, about 4 pieces & hard rectangular noodles. Not a good lunch, will not go there again. Totally unhappy lunch!

Really delicious food and the waitress was wonderful. Wish there was some nutritional information so I could plan my diet better. I went for a birthday party so couldn't choose the place. With so many restaurants putting nutritional info on menus or on line I think they could do so as well.

Went here and ordered takeout lunch for six. The service was fast, even with a pizza included. There were no problems, the staff was very nice, even though it was a busy Saturday. We enjoyed the food, especially liked was the BBQ chicken pizza.

Exceptional food at great prices, friendly staff, and they are even accommodating if you have food allergies! My new favorite place to eat. It is a small restaurant, and feels very family oriented. Absolutley love it!

Onion rings were raw, ham sandwich onion rings for $16.25 with a glass of water, yikes. After all that the server never once said thank you! I spend my money in a restaurant and I can't get a thank you!!!! I hate that

I eat here on a weekly basis, being that I live across the road. Cindy, the manager is awesome. I generally eat the same thing, steak, but I have taken staff and clients here numerous times and the food is good.

A great neighborhood hangout. The food is always good, the prices for food and drink are very fair and the staff is great. My favorites are Tuscan pasta, Philly cheesesteak, Southwest Salad and the onion rings.

Best Philly cheesesteak around. You know its good when two cops come into eat.

Pulled pork sandwich special was delicious. Waitress was very friendly and prompt. Only drawback was the smokers on the patio sitting next to us and the propane tanks which had a no smoking sign near them.

Love this place. Best neighborhood spot in town! I always feel welcomed here. The people are SO friendly and inviting, and the food is delicious! This place is a hidden gem, no doubt.

Nice little restaurant. I had the Blue cheese burger and it was very good. I'd get it again. My wife had a sandwich and enjoyed it. The staff was kind and quick to refill our waters.

The food was decent. The staff was friendly, but it felt like they were short staffed, as most places are these days. The one server appeared to be serving the whole restaurant.

Decent service... Better food... Kinda drab interior.... But clean. Fries were freaking perfect! And huge portion! I'll be back for Frys and the really cold draft beer for sure.
