What sets Broadway guest house apart from the rest for me is how the staff compete against one another to see who gives the best service. That's awesome for us as guests because we constantly getting better and better service, I can not fault anything at the guest house. I am a long staying guest at these guest houses, They really offer great value for money. The owners will go to the most extreme measures to ensure their guests are happy at all times, They take pride in their work and their business. They are always around to assist with almost anything you might need. I would honestly recommend Broadway Guest house. Staff ARE BRILLIANT!!! very friendly , and very professional. Rooms are kept tidy at all times I would know ! I see this happen daily.

What a horrible experience! Could not sleep because of loud noise and talking until 23:30. Got up at 05:00 for hospital. We were so tired. Manager did not seem phased. Breakfast was terrible. Ended up not eating. Swore at by guests because I was labeled as the lady that complained. Privacy clearly not important here or respected. Room was also not clean. This place will not see us again. Bottom line, in the service industry you treat all your guests with the same kind of respect you would want to be treated with. The next day the toilet broke. Manager just said he can arrange for us to go somewhere else. No service recovery what so ever. Which means no responsibility taken. Even more shocking! This was a R1600 for two days, absolutely wasted!

This guesthouse is great! We really enjoyed our 2 night stay. The rooms are spacious and clean. Beds are comfortable. Breakfast is great! The atmosphere is friendly and welcoming. This felt like our home away from home. Thank you to the host and hostess, your service was wonderful! 10 out of 10.

I had the best B&B experience at Broadway! The staff is very friendly and makes one feel right at home. Wifi has recently been upgraded and the signal was very strong in every corner of my room. Breakfast was a great start to the day and always a treat. Highly recommended!

The best of the best. Amanda is a great host. I got a booking on the 11th hour. Lights was on at loadshedding. Please is clean neat safe secure parking. We stayed for 4 days. IL even recommend the president to stay there. I love it.
