I can't speak to their work, but once you call them be prepared for incessant phone calls. I called to get a price on a spare car key, which they would only provide after connecting me with a technician. After speaking with the technician and determining the key was going to cost $185-$225 I needed to speak with my mother in law first (it's for her car). I told them I would call them back another day and they have called me four more times today continuing to ask me if I need the key. The last time I began to explain (again) that I would call them back another day after speaking with my mother in law and that if they don't stop calling I won't be using them... and they hung up the phone on me before I could finish my sentence. I didn't yell, curse, or say anything warranting a company hanging up the phone on me after badgering me with four phone calls in 5 hours. Unbelievably rude, you couldn't pay me to do business with this company.

We bought an apartment and one of the exterior locks was old and rusty. It was very difficult to lock and unlock so we called a locksmith to replace it. Anthony came and put in a new lock lickity split. Bing bang boom. He was upfront about the price before he started the work. All said and done, it took him about 10 minutes to do the work. I saved his number in case I ever need a locksmith again.

This place is a scam and a thief. They sent multiple person's and I have been calling them to verify the person they sent and they claim they never did. Someone came to my home and took my phone to send a payment to themselves. I have no receipt or anything. Nothing was done except for stolen banking information. Do not trust this business. Goggle should remove them immediately.

There's maybe nothing as frustrating as locking keys in your car. I called Bronx Auto Locksmith to save me from this situation. They were out to my house in a matter of 30 minutes and got my car open in another 10. Would highly recommend this place for any kind of locksmith services you need.

The service was incredibly prompt, and they even called me to give me updates on the exact arrival time. The “rescue” took only minutes and Alex was wonderfully professional and polite. I highly recommend.
