I found a car at Brooke garage advertised for sale ! So I thought I would take a look I spoke to nic on the phone & he told me all about the car the work it had done so I went to have a look being a older secondhand car you never really know what to expect but omg I was pleasantly surprised of the condition of it ! Nic & his guys had gone out of their way to get this little car running to perfection & even when I test drove the car I had a big grin on my face to how well it performed! (Needless to say I purchased it) I totally recommend this garage as nothing was & is too much trouble for Nic & his mechanic well done guys your a credit to the motor trade

Waited for an hour with two other people until someone would turn up to show the cars they were selling. When he turned up - nice enough bloke - but I had more idea of their stock. Got driven to another location to the car I was interested in. Spent 20 minutes checking it out - only to be told - they were giving priority of sale to someone else who hadn't even showed up yet; and that their other stock was in a third, completely different location. Spoke to owner - couldn't give a damn. Four hours of my life I will never get back.

Bought car from there. They said car is in perfect condition, but... They took the car to fix it, to balance wheels, to fix window problem cause when you open it fully you can not close it, some other inside problems with engine power going up and down and so on. They fixed it for few weeks only and ignored me after that. I spend another few hundreds to fix some problems. It is already 4 months when I have a car but still did not get service book from them, which they said they will post. Not recommend at all!

I took my Mazda here and was previously told very different estimates on the repair Brooke had the job done quick and for a fraction of the price i was previously told i see their reviews are petty due to people waiting and maybe them being to busy dont get this garage confused they are a little garage but from my experience a reliable one and especially in London its hard to find a reliable garage they also come recommended to me by numerous others and thank you for fixing my car and i would fault this garage

I called the company twice, total rubbish service on phone. Asked details about car response not sure I'll get someone to call you. They didn't take my name, number or any details and as you can imagine they didn't call back. I really don't think they want to sell cars, I really hope the director of the company reads this because if your staff carry on the way they are going I don't know how long you'll keep going!

Very unprofessional. Called in advance to arrange the viewing of the car. After 2 hours drive they didn't even have a key of the car I wanted to view and it was blocked by other car where they also didn't have the key! Further more it took 3 phone calls for them to say that while we waited outside. No reply to the email trying to arrange test drive via their website.

I've had the pleasure to be a customer of Brooke Motors recently purchasing a classic MG. Right from the first contact with the owner, the courtesy and old fashioned service has been exemplary, the staff also could not have been any more helpful or honest when viewing. Just so pleasing to have a small company with huge customer service in these days.

These guys are quite useless, I’ve been there a few times actually with my car and they never are able to help. So not very knowledgeable. Also phoned them, in regards to having a MOT booked in, the lad told me he was driving, even though I called the office number but ok, I still haven’t received a call back. Says it all.

Excellent garage, Used for 4 years, bought a number of cars all have been reliable, well serviced and all for incredibly reasonable prices. Excellent service. Efficient and professional. I booked my car for MOT on Friday evening and got FULL report and comprehensive assessment and report on Saturday morning. My sister recommended this garage to me. They fit me in last minute, were really polite and helpful and did my MOT in under an hour. I literally dropped it off, went for a coffee then they called to say it was ready. Really happy with them and will be back in a year!

Went to see a Ford Fiesta I rang about and when I arrived I was just thrown the keys and left on my own with the car. The mechanic or owner couldn’t give a damn if I was interested or not so I handed him the keys and left. What a waste of time and overpriced

What great customer service from Stewart and his team, brought two cars from them one had a problem, it was returned and the problem was sorted .Would definetly recommend them and buy from them again should the need arise. Thanks once again.

If you need an honest, reliable garage this is one to go to. No up sales or pushy sales person to make you spend more. Always get a true and honest report on the work and what the cost will be. Book in early as they are busy!
