Lovely park with some lovely chill out spaces, it has great little cafe serving homemade ginger tea, lovely cake and sandwiches etc. Tennis courts are available. A small greenhouse that can be visited at certain times of the day, which has a lovely array of flowers. The park has a superb large playground suitable for all ages that can be overseen easily by parents, also there's an accompanying large playing field. Some great little ponds with loads of ducks and wildlife. Dog friendly. Wheelchair friendly with plenty of free parking nearby. Toilets are also available. Recommended

One of the best parks in the wonderful Palmers Green / Southgate area. Lovely gardens, a conservatory (opens occasionally), duck ponds, wetland and lovely fields to picnic on or walk the dog. I love the little cafe run by the Friends of the park. Filter coffee and cake are available Tuesday to Thursday and at weekends. They should probably get a proper coffee machine at some point but it’s not a deal breaker. There are lots of cafes on adjacent Alderman’s Hill if you need a caffeine boost. The best is the cafe at Palmers Green station. Fabulous decor and lovely background music that doesn’t overpower conversations. Food is excellent and service friendly. Oh, and well behaved dogs are welcome. Highly recommend the park and area.

Lovely park space for locals to have a leisurely walk etc.... A few ponds with ducks,Swans and coot's Brand new tennis courts, basketball court and a new pavilion for the lawn bowls club. Kids play area with climbing frames Fitness equipment by the empty pond! Shame that the older buildings to rear of park have been left for years to fall apart (scaffolded) and not used to potential Also the old boating pond has been dried up for a fair amount of time, and could easily be repurposed with funding by council or grants UPDATE: pond is now in process of being fixed up and will be full of water soon, after funding released by council 8/9/23 Nice small greenhouse selling goods during some of the summer months

One of North London's loveliest parks. It is a great place to walk around or just to sit in the sun. A large variety of trees including Horse Chestnut and plenty of squirrels to keep you entertained. A cafe/van serves tasty ice creams and coffees/meals at a good price with its own seating amongst the trees. An ideal place to relax, and afterwards there are many excellent restaurants in Alderman's Hill which are worth a visit.

Loved it here! My friend and I were here for a Blues Festival which was free through the whole of August. Great atmosphere, lovely weather and amazing music! We saw The Hitmans Blues Band they were amazing, definitely worth listening to them! We bought a C.d and got our photo taken with them! Really cool, chilled and friendly people.

It's one of them places I stumbled across whilst in the area and was really nice. Though had someone with me, so didn't wack the phone out for photos but I particularly enjoyed watching the ducks and will take food next time to feed, on a planned trip here next time.

The park needs Broomfield House restored. It's been under scaffolding since a fire burnt majority of the House down in 1984. It's arguably the oldest house in enfield it's a great shame, for nearly forty and nothing has been achieved to fully rebuild/ restore it, Why

Really pretty little green with a rose garden, a pond for geese and field areas. Plenty of wildlife and some nice historic sites of interest. It's popular but definitely one of the most diverse, interesting and flower friendly wee walks about the area.

Awesome park! Quiet, big with plenty "hidden" benches around! The closing of the gates at 20:45, that is, 15 minutes before the park closed, I perceived positively because it was a mission to find an open gate and to do so in the dark. Cool vibe.

Broomfield Park has to be one of the best parks to visit in North London. Mainly because of how much there is to do, and that's predominantly down to the size of the park and available facilities. They vary from the following: Community

Bought in 1903 this 54 acres of park is a popular area for walkers, dogs and children. The old house needs renovation and some areas do look tired but there is plenty of space. Playgrounds, open gym and mini golf.

Not the fabulous park it used to be. Groups of migrants wandering around cans of beer in their hands, spitting on the floor, generally using the park as a place to congregate and drink.
