My experience with your firm was top grade. I was kept informed at every stage of my case. I was always given straightforward facts and recommendations from a legal and practical aspect that I felt was in my best interest. I delt with the receptionist. I was looking to speak to a lawyer even at my expense to have a sit down. I spoke to a lady (maybe elaine) she took some information and told me she would call me back. Several weeks later I recieved a call back from her saying that the law firm would not be handling my situation. I asked for a sitdown with a lawyer again and she said they were not interested. She was very rude. I just wanted to speak with a lawyer but you have to get around this lady first and she was not having it. So yes I have the correct office. This IS my experience with your law firm. Seems most lawyers in this area screen clients only for "slam dunk" cases. Then they will talk to you.

I hope this review does Justice to my lawyer Jon Moore and his Staff. I have never been one to have A high regard for lawyers But my experience with this law firm has been nothing but positive. In hindsight I wish I had made the call Sooner. Within less than a week of my initial contact with Jon I was seeing a different doctor Who instantly scheduled me and within a few weeks I had the surgery I had waited for years for.It's been a long road and I've had a lot of issues that had to be addressed and John and his staff never made me feel like a nuisance even though sometimes I was. I contacted Brown and Moore because on their website it states that they have someone who can take stillbirth cases. And unfortunately they don’t. If you have a potential case that have something to do with a stillbirth, contact someone else. Also they don’t give you a reason of why they couldn’t take your case. They basically send out an email with a list of things of why they potentially couldn’t take your case. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!!!

Moore & Associates was referred to me by a family friend who practices in New York. He referred me to this Charlotte-based firm and they were great! They were extremely responsive when communicating to me anything and everything I needed to know and were always quick to answer any questions I had.
