I honestly never leave reviews, but I just had to leave one for this particular Browns. The owner is SUCH a nice guy - very friendly and knowledgeable. When I went in to drop off my dress a few days ago, I was wearing a scarf as a face mask. Today, I went to pick up my altered dress (which was done perfectly!), he'd made me a face mask as a gift!! I was super impressed at his thoughtfulness - this Browns has a customer for life :) It's also worth mentioning that the price are very reasonable and alterations are done promptly.

Avoid using their services entirely. To speak to someone about my order, I had to dial three numbers. They act in a very unprofessional manner. I asked them to pick up and drop off a comforter. They didn't even guarantee that I would have it back on the day they told me; it has now taken them more than a week to deliver it back to me. They are not at all professional, so don't even spend your time using them. I will never use them again. To find your dry cleaning, you have to figuratively chase them.

If I could give more than five stars I would I went in to get my zipper fixed and the rip in my pocket in my winter jacket and he took it right away and he started working on it right away and he didn't charge much for it he's the best tailor I know

I've been going to this location for years. The service is always excellent. The owner goes extra ways to provide the best service. Always on time and the price is very reasonable. I'll use them as long as I need dry cleaning and alterations.

I would say the seamstress was very nice and has excellent sewing skills, she can also provide professional advice for any issues. She always finish the job on time and never made me disappointment, GOOD JOB!

I went there about 5 times for alterations and clothing repair that was hopeless. They fixed everything like new, and in a timely manner. The owner and employee I dealt with were so damn nice!

I went for a zipper ...First he wanted me to pay before work was done. Also they didnt even dryclean the pants.. He just shove them in a bag .Not even press .Terrible never again

Brought winter coat in for dry cleaning. Took 3 weeks to clean and I wore a spring coat waiting for something that should have just took 3 days.

Awesome location - but they should update their receipts as the hours of operation shows up with outdated incorrect times.
