I was served by a lady today who was too busy talking to her coworker that I had to wait at the counter for them to finish their conversation. Once she served me I got no hello or any words out of her and to top it off I bought one item and she charged me double the amount and I didn’t find out until I checked my transactions later on. Surely a talking to for this staff member is necessary. She is old enough to have better customer service then that.

Everything you need from gift boxes to art and crafts for the kids or something to entertain the puppy. The staff at the Blackwood store are lovely, helpful, friendly and personable. If I could recommend a store just for the staff this would be the place to go.

The prices here and in many of the Browse in & Save I find so expensive in little Nick nacks they are ok cards, wrapping paper are a great price I just wish that I could go in and get better savings maybe the sign should read Browse In

The staff are friendly and helpful, this is a great place to get bargains, come on in "browse and save" I keep returning back here. Interestingly after 6 months I could write the same review again, always happy to come back here

We do love the browse and save in our family and come here for art supplies, cheap storage solutions, gardening bibs and bobs and Fruchocs.
