Well, I don’t really know where to start, so the day I got hit by the car would probably the best part. Walking home from work after just another normal day at work. Just inquired about the prices to complete a Will and Enduring POA and asked whether the firm would provide a good deal if I was to bring in a couple of people in to complete this. The reception I spoke to informed me that I would need to discuss this with the solicitor who will be handling my matter. I asked the reception if she could provide me with any solicitor details so we can speak to them direct and the receptions response was "no, we cannot provide these details to you to speak with them direct, you will need to come in and book in an appointment first". My response was that would waste my time if I wasn't happy with the deal they provided and the receptions response was "unfortunately that is the process here". My only feedback regarding your services would be to get updated with the times - no one has time to book in appointments to inquire about something so minor.

My experience with Brydens was very bad. The salesperson from Bryden, convinced me that I had a very strong case and that there would be no costs unless we won. I ended up having three different solicitors work on my case and having to pay thousands of dollars in legal fees. They did not even manage to negotiate a favourable settlement outcome and pressured me to accept the settlement as our court date was approaching. I found that I was way worse off as a result of engaging with Bryden and was thousands of dollars worth off as a result of their legal fees. Based on my experience I would strongly not recommend Brydens lawyers.
