New management and the whole team of Bubba's Lilydale are friendly, lovely to deal with, take note of any dietary requirements, special instructions and make amazing pizza's! Phoned in a takeaway order last night, ready when they said it would be, service in store was so friendly, smiles on all staff's faces. I watched my pizza's coming out of the oven, they were filled with toppings Took them home to the family, and everyone loved them! Thank you to new management and the team at Bubba's Pizza in Lilydale... you have a new loyal customer back from our family (Previous management and staff made us go elsewhere. Staff were rude, pizza's barely had any topping on them, and at times the pizza's tasted as if toppings were off) Well done to new management and team, for turning around and cooking up great food again I will definitely be recommending you to all I know. As a new valued customer to the area I'm amazed on the outstanding service I received tonight by bubba pizza. Not only was I knocked back by Tiantian Kitchen (Asian Buffet) not able to offer me a delivery service and was told good luck by obnoxious female reception. JJ's telling me they don't except card payments cash payments only. Not only do buddy pizza take card payment but the female receptionist went over and beyond in organising me a uber eats delivery driver from their end. Thanks to the female receptionist and to the team for taking my order, your A1 service in making me feel like a valued customer. I will be recommending you and I will be returning to your establishment. Thanks team

I recently tried the Super Veg Pizza from Bubba Pizza and it was absolutely fantastic! The combination of fresh vegetables and the perfect amount of cheese made each bite incredibly flavorful. The crust was just the right balance of crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. The attention to detail in the toppings and the overall taste was impressive. Bubba Pizza never disappoints, and this Super Veg Pizza has definitely become one of my favorites. Can't wait to order it again!

Not only do they make my favorite pizza ever , but the lilydale brach make it the best! Also the staff at the lilydale brach all deserve raise. They went above and beyond to delight and then some(James offered to assist me with my flat battery). All rounds awesome brand, amazing pizza and the best people. Bubba really does make it better!

I have been looking for a good, reasonably priced pizza shop in Lilydale for a while. Bubbas is the last one I tried. All the others where either not great pizzas, terrible customer service or expensive. I picked up a Mexican with extras yesterday made by Andrew. Great pizza! Great customer service and average price $20. You can get cheaper but not as good. Thx I’ll be back.

An absolute delight. Took me little 2 year old in to choose his own pizza. The new owners are welcoming, and approachable, the food was cooked perfectly, and quality products were used. Great to have bubba pizzas back into some hands that know how to run a business and put a smile on your dial. I’ll be back

As you never even bothered to answer my email I am posting this to show how careless your staff can be & warn others to check their pizzas before they leave your store. Also offering a free pizza next time doesn't help me one bit tonight does it? You should have offered to replace it & deliver it free of charge will find somewhere better to use for pizza from now on :(

Bubba's pizza lilydale provided me with the most amazing customer service I have ever seen I cannot recommend them enough. Walked in and Ben helped me out with 3 family pizzas got them done quick and easy and I could not be happier 10/10

Never had a Bubba’s before but if all their outlets are as good as this one, it won’t be the last. Dropped in on way home from a weekend In Eildon and were greeted by great service and an even better pizza that had the perfect amount of ingredients.

Ordered a Chicken Parmigiana from Bubba Pizza today and this is what I received. I immediately rang the manager and no sympathy, never said he was sorry never offered me my money back nothing. I had eaten some of this as well and no care was given!!!! Do not order from Bubba Pizza unless you want to eat RAW food.

Tried this pizza shop for the first time. Gluten free base was very dry and toppings were practically non existent. More toppings were needed to counteract the gluten free base. $27 for a gluten free pizza along with 15% surcharge on a public holiday was definitely not worth it.

James is outstanding the best manager I've ever come across the pizzas r beautiful delivery is very prompt and I would recommend this place to everyone what a legend James is an absolute gentleman I will be back thank u James

Pizza had superb toppings and taste was delectable - definitely my new go-to!

Took half an hour from ordering the pizza, with no communication from staff to say that it wouldn’t be long (we’ll, it was long) or whatever. Never going back again. Other customers also looked very grumpy. One customer left without her pizza. More

The new owners are a breath of fresh air, this place has an amazing local type feel it now and the pizza is as good as it comes. 5 stars, would highly recommend.

The staff are pleasant, the pizza - marginally better than domino’s. A typical franchisee chain type pizza - looks neat, but lacks topping and hungry afterwards. Best local pizza in Lilydale is A Slice of Italy, MUCH better.

The new owners have totally turned this place around! I've had an average experience in the past, but you can tell the new owners really care about their customers and appreciate a good pizza. Yum!
