Local laundromat. Simple to operate machines, although at the time of writing, 2 if the 14 washing machines did not work. 1 of the 10 dryers did not work. Also the water facet did not work. There are tables to fold/prepare your cloths, and one plastic container to transfer clothes from the washer to dryer. Free washing detergent is available. Machines are paid for remotely from a touch screen console, which also gives change (exact change not needed). Payment accepted in € coins and 5€/10€/20€ denominations. The laundromat is a little messy, with a pile of washing detergent in front of the detergent dispenser, detergent on the machines, stain marks here and there. There are 13 “normal” washers (4€/load), and 1 larger washer (8€/load). Dryers cost 3€.

Not far from the Hbf, this is a convenient place to get some laundry done. Washing machines appear to have some soap built in, but maybe you want to also bring your own if you have a preference (which I guess gets mixed with the built-in soap…it’s not really clear how this works). Central machine takes cash and coin. Driers you pay per 10 minutes. When I booked a second 10m for a drier, it took the money, started, but then the drier showed E-14, presumably some kind of error as after that 10 minutes it didn’t feel warm at all. There was no-one around to ask about it, or to assist. Floor can be wet & slippery, so be careful when entering and walking around.

Machines (washer and dryer) both worked fine for me. Only cash up to EUR20 notes are accepted. I brought my own detergent pod to be safe, otherwise had no issues. There were 3 dryers that were clearly out of order, and several other dryers were missing number labels, but there were available dryers with number labels when I was there. Only downside is the relatively small space available for folding.

Broken machines not marked very clearly, lost 8€ before we figured that out. Says online automatic soap dispenser BUT... nothing showed up in machine, no bubbles!! Out of 10 dryers only 4 working. This facility need some attention!!

I paid 12 euros for two dryers. One of them only worked and the other one was showing an error, tried to call the number nobody answers. Paid another 6 euros and the machine took it and did not workz

Very bad experience. The machine are all broken, no one to help, the machine on front to pay, stay with you money and the machines doesnt start! Basically an easy way to steal people. Dont go there.

Unbedingt Waschpulver mitbringen. Vor Ort steht, dass Waschpulver automatisch hinzugefügt wird, aber dem ist nicht so. Ich habe schmutzige Wäsche gewaschen und die kam schmutzig wieder raus!!

Teuer (4€ pro Waschgang), alte Maschinen, Hälfte der Trockner sind kaputt, Kassa nur mit Barzahlung - keine Kredit-/EC-Karten

Kassa funktioniert nicht. 4€ eingeworfen, Guthaben bleibt auf null und dann nur 2€ zurück bekommen.
