Truly one of the worst restaurant experiences I have ever had. We went there on July 3rd, the night before the Peachtree Road Race. Obviously, the night before a holiday and large event, we knew it would be busy and were perfectly fine with having to wait, etc. We arrived, and were told by the hostess the wait would be 25 minutes. No problem at all, we sat on the bench in front of the hostess and just hung out. While sitting there, the hostess would disappear for long periods of time, to the point where a large amount of people would come in and stand at the hostess desk, and then give up and walk out because no one was there. Keep in mind, throughout us waiting, and the line continuing to build up at the door (those who didn't walk away because no one was there), there were at least 5 open tables that were set and just empty. We finally got taken to a table (again we had no problem waiting if they were busy, but they were not and had empty tables all over) and she took our order. I ordered Spaghetti and Meatballs and my wife ordered a Gyro. A few minutes after we sat down, a family got seated at the table over from us. No waitress ever came over to take an order, after over 10 minutes of just sitting there without being acknowledged by anyone who worked there they gave up, got up and walked out. While we sat there, more people would come in and the hostess would be MIA for a long time and they'd just give up and leave. I can't even guess how much business they lost out on that night. The service was god awful. After placing our initial order with the waitress, she never came back once until she brought the check. We waited, and waited, and waited some more. 1 hour and 3 minutes later we got our food. In that 1 hour and 3 minutes the waitress never came back, our drinks sat empty the entire time. Throughout the wait, as people would finish eating and leave, the tables would just sit empty, as the lines grew and people were even waiting on the sidewalks. Towards the end of our meal, easily 75% of the place was empty but the lines were still out the door. Truly terrible service, I have never seen anything like it. There was a couple next to us (who replaced the family who walked out) that ordered a pizza. When they were brought the pizza, both plates they were given were dirty and they had to ask for new plates. I have never seen a place lose so much business by simple laziness, they could have made a killing with the amount of people in town for the race. I'm sure the owner will comment back on this, with a smart response to deflect the negative review like he has done to others. I guess if you can't provide even decent service, instead of acknowledging it and trying to fix it, just be smart a$$ back to negative reviewers.

Ended up at this restaurant because the wait at our first choice was going to be too long. The bar was full but the main dining area only had two tables with patrons. The waitress took our drink orders & eventually brought them. My granddaughter spilled her drink & the waitress placed some papers on the table, we grabbed more papers to continue cleaning and we had to ask her for assistance with the wet floor. Meanwhile I took my granddaughter to the restroom and I was appalled at the condition of the toilet. It hadn't been cleaned in days. The service was slow but we where understanding because she was the only one working this area. As we waited for our food there was a commotion at the bar. Someone got tired of being ignored and a shouting match issued with the bartender and she threatened to call the cops on them. The food finally came, some foods where lukewarm and others where decent. As we waited for the waitress to get our check we noticed she was at another table having a conversation & using her phone. At that point we didn't have anymore patience. We couldn't wait to get out of there and put the experience behind us..

I’m so glad my hotel recommended this place! It’s within walking distance of Embassy Suites Buckhead and less expensive & open later than most of the restaurants in the area. My waiter (Jerry) was really nice and did a good job “reading the room” I was alone and appreciative of some conversation, but didn’t need him to join me for dinner, ya know? The place is not huge, but it has a separate bar area for people just coming to drink. The food was fresh and excellent, and even though it was late, I never felt rushed. The meatball hoagie sat for like 20 mins while I finished my appetizer and read a book.... and was NOT soggy! Impressive! Definitely recommend!

Love the food here but ROSA/ROSIE was extremely rude from the moment I walked in. I placed an online order and waited about 15 minutes with no response from staff. When I was finally acknowledged by Rosa and made her aware of why I was there and how long I had waited she very rudely stated that they were short staffed without ever even looking at me. She then proceeded to make snide comments about me to other customers. I can pretty safely assume that she is racist and does not serve black customers equally. Her disrespectful attitude and actions were worthy of a call to the NAACP. She reflects very badly on the business as a whole, please hire more respectful staff.

This is a little hidden gem. He ordered the mozzarella sticks and a cheese pizza. Both were delicious. Takeout service was fast. You can even Enjoy a cocktail while you wait for your pizza. The staff was very friendly and helped with any questions that we had about pizzas.

This location has parking right in front of the pizza shop but if this is very limited and only for pickups. However, there is a parking garage attached to the building that you can use to park to pick up food. I'm not sure if it was paid because I pulled directly up in front of the pizza shop just to pick up our pizza.

We found this place on Google their hours said they close at 2AM (on Saturday). We get there at 11:30 and we're rushed the entire time. The server didn't even introduce herself she immediately asked what we wanted to drink. I asked for Appetizers but they only do pizzas when they're about to close. Another guy came over and rushed us to put our order. So we had to make quick decisions. We ordered our pizza and it didn't take long, but we still felt rushed to eat and leave. Workers sitting at bekept looking at us. We eventually leave but it wasn't the best experience. The pizza wasn't bad, we just wished customer service was just as good as their pizza.

Being an out of towner, you wonder if you'll be ripped off. In looking for a pizza place, We looked at reviews and close proximity to our hotel. We were feeding 12 ,getting fries and pizzas. I went in to pick up, was sent to the bar area, paid the bill, and was missing the coin change . Thinking maybe they needed to get the change from another machine, I asked where the change was. The response made me incredulous,"This is a bar we don't have change here." But it's a business, and I was taking out. Usually, I am a very healthy tipper, not that night. I told the server to keep the change. That's your tip. What business keeps your change? Apparently, Buckhead pizza Co.

The food was good but the service was horrible. At one point my 7 year old granddaughter said, "what is taking them so long they haven't even taken our order?" That was after a 20 minute wait. Someone finally noted that we hadn't been attended to and that we had no utensils. She sent the waiter who seated us but she never returned with the utensils she promised. Our food arrived in batches with a 15 minute delay, and no explanation, between the children's pizza and my gyro. When asked in passing if we needed anything, I remarked, "napkins would be nice." He brought a few cocktail size napkins. There were lots of empty tables so it wasn't exceptionally busy. I have never had worse service and for that reason would never select this restaurant again. There are lots of other options for pizza.

One of the best pizza spots near Atlanta! Trust me when I say this. I eat pizza alot! Buckhead Pizza's menu is carefully crafted. They serve more than pizza & I love this about them. They have great wings as well! I have been several times & have built great relations with some of the hosts, servers, & bartenders. Ask for Bartender Rose! She's got a great personality. Server Delores is very sweet. The food is always hot & fresh. The owner is often around.. in fact.. he brought out our pizza this time around. Personally, I enjoy the outdoor patio. The bar connects indoor & outdoor - nice feature. It's never too crowded for me.. which is a plus. You can go & chill with friends. Good drinks too! Also, Its conveniently located near other Buckhead hot spots. Try it out. Im sure you'll be back.

The service was really bad at the time I was there. There seemed to be no waiters/waitresses and our waitress was very slow considering the amount of tables there seemed to be. I was here for a tournament and I was with a big group of people. My friend ordered a pepperoni pizza and they brought a cheese. When she asked to take it back it was obvious that all they had done was put pepperoni slices on pizza and baked it again, which led to the pepperonis being burnt. By the time she had gotten her food, the whole table was finished which caused her to not be able to eat with us. Also, they served our appetizers WITH our pizza? Which basically was just apart of the meal. The Garlic Knots were delicious and the pizza was also good. I just wished the service would have been better.

When we arrived there was a noone in the restaurant, they told us it would be a 15 minute wait. We are in a conference this week so it was quite a few people from the conference. All separate parties just happened to choose this because it was close. What I assume to be the manager complained about how many people were coming while the server kept rolling her eyes as if she did not want to be here. Gave someone in my party the wrong pizza and when we told her she said “you did not make that clear but OK”. 100% inappropriate.. She stated very clearly what she wanted which would have just been a simple mistake to admit. The pizza was good and there was one guy helping out who is very nice but otherwise it was absolutely one of the worst experiences.

I called in an order for some pizza and wings. Upon calling I asked if they had a military discount. I was told it was 20%. I drove to get my pickup order and to my surprise when I got there it was only 10% and not 20%. So at this point I'm already perturbed. Then I get my food and the wings look small as H***. Clearly these couldn't be chicken wings because of how small they were. The pizza didn't live up to the hype that everyone else commented on these reviews. Clearly these people reviewing this merchant don't know good pizza. It was okay but definitely not worth the money I paid.

I called Buckhead Pizza Co. and asked if there was seating available for a group of 30 students on a Saturday, they were eager to accommodate us! We were given a reservation within the next 30 minutes. When we arrived tables were set and servers were on site ready to take drink orders. (I placed the food order over the phone) Pizzas came out hot and fast! I would definitely visit again. The owner was very personable and concerned that we had a great experience. (And we did!) I am looking forward to visiting this establishment with my family. If you are are interested in making pizzas there as team building or date night this is an ideal location. Thanks for a great experience! We will be back!

It was a pleasant surprise! We came here mid-afternoon for lunch so the place was pretty much empty. I ordered the chicken fettuccine alfredo and it was out of this world delicious! The hubby got the meatball hoagie and he loved it. The fries was a bit too salty but it was cooked perfectly. The fries were crispy which that is how we like our fries! The pasta had a the right amount of sauce versus noodle versus chicken. It came with a piece of bread. I did not care much for the bread. When we are in Atlanta again, we will come and eat here again!

A great, affordable place. I had their steak half-salad and was very happy with the quality. The ranch dressing tasted great. My only warning is that it's quite small, so it likely won't fill you up. I ordered tap water and was happy with the taste. Their fried cheesecake dessert is definitely worth a shot, but be warned that it's very big. I could not finish it. There is a very nice sitting area outside. The waiters were polite and helpful, if somewhat slow. I believe this is because it took time to cook the food, not necessarily because they were not courteous. I definitely plan to come here again.

So, this is the pizza my husband got tonight from Buckhead Pizza Co. He was so annoyed he actually sent me a picture. We have ordered lots of pepperoni pizza from lots of pizza businesses and have never seen so few pepperoni on a pepperoni pizza. My husband travels for a living and does not live in the area. I doubt he'll be returning to Buckhead Pizza anytime soon. Not sure if the person making the pizza just doesn't care what kind of product leaves the place, or counting pepperoni is a requirement by the management. Either way, it's pitiful.

Only found because their website says kids eat free on Tuesdays. They didn’t honor it. Food was good however my son bit into a soft piece of plastic in his pizza. He still ate it and we declined a remake. His drinking cup was old and dirty and we didn’t realize until he was half done. Lunch came to about $35 which is pricey for lunch. Some gnats flying around. Was expecting a different ambiance inside because of the area. Waitress was nice. Haven’t decided if its worth coming back.

Pizza was excellent. The crust was just the right mix of chewy and crunchy. Our server was attentive without being overbearing. It was later in the evening on a Thursday night that we dined, and the place wasn't crowded at all. The toppings we're fresh and the large pizza feed our family of 4 with calamari as an appetizer (only the tops, no tentacles which was a little disappointing) which tasted phenomenal as well (spicy mayo sauce is bangin'!) The dining room was semi open to the outside through the giant roll-up window at the bar.

Excellent and very cozy pizza place. Got treated well since the entrance. The waiter Julian was very attentive and helpful and his drink recommendations were great. He's not only working, he actually cares about the customer. The pizzas are thin crust, and the music playlist is great (alternative, indie, 80's) played at just the right volume to enjoy it while having a conversation without having to raise your voice. The pizza was great value for the prize. And the local IPA was the best. Totally recommended. I would surely go back!

We walked to this establishment one evening and ordered pizza. The young lady at the bar was helpful and pleasant. The following evening we went back for wings and drinks. At that time I learned that the young lady’s name is Rosie. She’s a doll! Very patient and makes bomb drinks. The atmosphere was awesome as well. Music played in the background. Very clean establishment. I’d recommend this spot hands down to anyone. We will return when we’re back in the area. Oh those wings were awesome as well we ordered a second serving !

We ordered pizza really late, literally had ten more minutes of taking delivery orders. The guy taking my order (wish I remembered his name) was very nice and helpful. The delivery was to our hotel was SUPER fast. He had said 30 and it was here in less than 15. Impressive. Let’s talk about the actual pizza. We got the Ted. Bacon, ham, Italian sausage, and pepperoni. It was amazing! Not too greasy, thin and crispy crust. Sooo good. It hit the spot. Thank you for excellent service and amazing pizza.

In ATL for the weekend and this was the first place I tried and I must say it not good at all. I wasted $60 on food that went in the trash. Salmon was dry with no season and on a sub hoagie roll when I was told it comes on a bun, no sliced tomatoes literally the big grape tomatoes cut in half thrown on the bread whic makes it soggy. Lemon pepper wings I don’t know if they old or overcooked. Pizza aight but wasn’t worth it.

Our family ordered take out on a Sunday night. The individual taking my order was extremely friendly, courteous and explained the menu items. We chose to pick up our food which took 25 minutes. We waited at the bar to get our food. Rosie greeted us with a smile and was very friendly. She gave us plates, napkins and silverware for our order. She also gave me a complimentary coke. Will definitely go back and sit outside in the nice patio area. The bar area is nice and loved the outdoor patio area.

We were very glad to find this excellent local pizza place within walking distance of our hotel! (Courtyard Marriott). We visited several times and were happy with our food and service each time. Pizza is great, flatbread tasty, pasta also. The calamari appetizer was also very good.

Man, I've not had Pizza from here in "God knows when" and The Buckhead, I think it's called was 1 of 2 we ordered, (Large&Med.). We had a last minute request for a large order. We were part of a wedding across the street from BPC and the bride requested pizza for her after party… to serve 40 BUCKHEAD PIZZA TO THE RESCUE! the owner met with me at 5pm and talked through all of the logistics so that we could make our late night purchase. Such great service and the pizza was excellent! We got 10 different pies and all were delicious. Mozzarella sticks and garlic knots were really good too!

The crust is some of the best I’ve ever had. Overall the pizza was really good too. The spinach and artichoke dip was really good and came with pita. Our waitress was really nice and very on top of things. Super satisfied and would definitely return!

Really enjoyed stopping here while in town for a conference. The staff was super friendly, they were having a good time while the restaurant wasn't busy. Singing along to music, laughing - it was really nice to see. Our server was amazing and had us giggling, the food was also really good and a table of 5 had alcohol, appetizers and pizza for around $100 including tip. Definitely worth a stop!

First time here. Ordered the Lasagne and it’s def not fresh also barely warm. They also give you a little piece of garlic bread and it was so incredibly old. The pizza is pretty good. I have ordered here before because it is literally down stairs from the house. However, the first time I waited over am hour for a to go order! The owner was apologetic so I'm back. This time the waitress was VERY rude! Last chance! I will take those few extra steps to the IND Tavern NEVER HAD A BAD EXPERIENCE THERE!

The pizza was good. Service wasn't great. Food came fast and hot, but we were not checked on at all when our server came around us at least 5 times. Like all places we went to in Atlanta there were not enough workers. People need to get back to work. The food was great! It was fresh and hot. We had to wait for a short time for a table since they only had two waitresses and the manager was running the food out. They were all very nice too. Well done !

We ate here because it was close. We were staying across the street. There was one waitress working and bussing tables. So service was very slow. The pizza was ok - nothing special and a little overpriced for what you got. If you are desperately hungry, you can eat here. Otherwise, try someplace else.

Just saying , yesterday I was there with my two kids and the waitress assigned to us was not very good…. My girl MELISSA stepped up and took over even though she was waiting a lot of tables. She was helpful, thoughtful regarding my two young kids and did wonderful job.

Very clean and nice restaurant. Our server however was so rude and took forever to took our order. She snapped on us multiple times and just had a bad attitude. She didn’t look clean like a waitress should either.
