During her initial visit, she actively looked around giving us pertinent advice on how to best present our home to a buyer. She talked us through the process of listing our home, what to expect, and gave a us a timeline on how to proceed. After our initial meeting she sent us checklists about what we need to be doing in order to get our home ready to list, and updated us on what she was working on and her progress. She had a professional photographer photograph our home, which really helped present our home in the best possible way on the MLS. The flyers she created were very well done, and I'm sure helped to make our home stand out. Her communication was excellent, readily available by phone, email or text. I had some initial reservations about choosing a flat rate commission model, however when Meagan asked us how much we thought we should list our home for she suggested 20k higher, she works in limited real estate markets, and she knows those markets well. She was right- we took her suggestion and sold our home in 10 days! Once we accepted the offer, she kept on on track with our paperwork. She arranged the inspections, and offered to meet people at the house, if needed, so we did not have to take off work. Bottom line: Meagan is professional, intelligent, hard working and kind!
