Pathetic customer service. Bought a black and decker drill which broke in 2 days and they need 4 levels of management to determine if it needs to be replaced/refunded. Trying to put blame on a defective product on anybody else but themselves. Still waiting on an answer from them. Will never be making use of them again.

You guys advertised online that you had high surge adapters in stock, when I arrived at the store after a 20 minute drive there was nothing in stock. I live close by so every time I need something from the hardware store (often I'm a carpenter) I go to build it who NEVER! Have what I need and then I end up going to brights plattekloof. This happens to me atleast once a week, it's a running joke in my house.
