I met with Igor of Built to Last Roofing on a Wednesday evening. He presented me with a plan to change the under roofing, drip-edges, and shingles on the entire roof on my mobile home. He was very thorough in explaining the process, the reasoning behind the process, and what to expect once his crew was complete. He also let me know that I didn't have to pay any money at all until they were completely finished. That following Saturday morning, he had a crew at my home first thing in the morning. The crew pulled everything off the roof down to the plywood, installed the under roofing and drip edges, and had the entire roof replaced in a few hours. This was all done in a professional manner and in a way to eliminate the risk of damage to any of my property. Throughout the entire process, Igor stayed in contact with me and provided me with updates. Upon completion he provided me with pictures showing the work his crew performed at all different stages. This was quite possibly the easiest and smoothest business transaction of which I have ever been a part. I could tell from meeting with Igor that he was super knowledgeable and had lots of experience. That really put me at ease. I learned about Built to Last Roofing by word of mouth from a relative, and I am very greatful that relative made the recommendation to me. I am very confident in recommending Built to Last Roofing to install or replace roofing. I would absolutely use Built to Last Roofing again if I needed a roofing contractor in the future. Update :paid me for crown, drip edge , removal. New problem found : the front of my house where the sheathing amd shingles start. He did not install properly , there was no over hang at all for 73ft when the sub fascia was being installed it sat about 1 inch in front of shingle edge. I had to pay 1100 to have all my rafters cut back and sheathing cut back. Also about 30ft on the north side only had about 1/2 inch over hang. Haven't dealt with that yet. Waiting to get paid . Again installed improperly. Also claims he dealt with my insurance but never did . Was suppose to show up to meet my insurance adjuster , came 45 minutes late . I had to show the guy around walk him through everything. This guy thinks I owe him because the adjuster recommended everybting I asked for from my insurance . My insurance has been nothing but cool since ida. Never questioned me and in fact approved it before but I asked for an adjuster so there would be evidence of the repairs needed. And he thinks he helped me get more . Well I put in about 2-3hours of work on phones taking pictures before adjuster came out , on phone with insurance . I promise my 3 hours is worth more than his 15 minutes of annoying my adjuster . Don't use this guy period. He's a sales man. Also had me tell my rafter guy not to come , that he would fix the slope in my roof and didn't . Put one lame 6x4 up and called it a day. All because he wanted to start work when he wanted , he chose to lie to me and con me into not having a professional do the job right

If you’re a TLDR (Too Long Didn’t Read) kind of person, bottom line – 5 stars all around!! For the rest of you, I highly recommend Built to Last for any roofing needs. We were in direct line of the hail storm that hit Little Elm this year, and am so grateful Vlad came to our door when he did. Vlad Khoroletc, our GC was EXTREMELY helpful, knowledgeable, and personable – we enjoyed working with him throughout the entire process. Vlad not only handled our roof replacement, he worked with the insurance company to get all the damage handled on one claim. He had gutters replaced, solar screens replaced, garage door replaced, and fence repaired/replaced. We watched as Vlad had experts in every field arrive and do their part to get our home back into ‘pre-hail storm’ shape. Each contractor did excellent work, and exhibited the care Built to Last is determined to provide to their customers. I had no idea such a horrible storm experience could be relatively painless when dealing with the right company. Built To Last Roofing did an amazing job with replacing our roof, and my wife and I was very pleased on the quality of workmanship and how professional the whole team was throughout the entire project. The salesperson (Igor Dozortsev) was very knowledgeable and helpful through the whole process by keeping us informed with the insurance claim. The owner (Val Gurau) was very knowledgeable, helpful as well, very patient with us in answering all our questions. Val’s team is well organized and work quickly and efficiently. Most of all, the cleanup was amazing, and his team left the yard better than before they started. At first, our insurance company only wanted to replace the roof with the equivalent shingles but Val and Igor continued to press forward with our insurance to get us the maximum claim amount by getting us upgraded class 4 shingles (life time warranty), new gutters with leaf guards, and a new garage door from our insurance company. After Ida, I was swamped with roofers here in Destrehan, LA. I swore off having anyone from out of town because I was not going to get scammed. I went to BBB.org and saw their reviews there and decided to give them a chance. I did some research on the Corning product they offered me before meeting with Igor to look at their plan. I was happy to see they cover the entire roof with water and ice sheeting. They went down to the original roof, something I thought my previous roofer did but apparently not. They sealed every possible place that might leak on my roof including joints and penetrations. They put my roof on in just one day. They showed up on time. They did not destroy my plants or leave a mess. They were not disrespectful to me or my neighbors. I am very happy and highly recommend Built To Last Roofing for your roof. I feel confident going through the next hurricane that my roof with remain intact. Communication with Igor and the installation crew was great. They are very timely. They told me they start at 7am. They were on the roof at 6:20am. They worked until dark and cleaned up well.

I cannot more highly recommend Built To Last Roofing. Vlad, from the very beginning with the free no cost roof inspection, to the estimate process, the time spent giving valuable explanations about the state-of-the-art materials they use and how they are installed, and through the installation process itself, was extremely professional, courteous, knowledgeable and available to answer any and all questions I had. BTLR was the only company, out of the three others I struggled getting estimates from, that I truly felt really wanted my business. But more importantly, that I felt I could really trust to do a good job and that would go to bat with the insurance company for me to see that I was treated fairly. The installation was done in practically one day by an excellent, hard-working and highly-skilled crew who you could tell took great pride in their work. All in all I am highly pleased with my new roof and gutters. The only other thing I would say is these guys are the real deal. You cannot go wrong with them. We are so happy that Ryan knocked our door last year in April and offered to check our roof for any damage due to hail in 2018. He showed us the pictures of the damage to our home's roof and the leaks in the garage/bedroom. Ryan then involved Val; both explained to us the entire process of how they will fix the damages, and also follow-up with the insurance. They worked really hard with our insurance, so many times went back and forth to convince them of the damages. They replaced our roof, screens, gutters, downspouts, repainted the fence, fixed the chimney and the leakages. All this happened super fast. We met Val with Built To Last Roofing totally by chance at a gas station while we were returning home after hurricane Laura. Little did we know that this chance meeting would turn out to be the best part of our hurricane recovery experience. Val and George were both great to work with and very professional. Fernando provided us a free roof inspection on a Wednesday afternoon and found that we had some missing shingles that needed to be repaired. I knew he was being truthful because in January of this year (2021) we had a roof inspector tell us that we had some loose shingles and he even showed us but we did not repair them at that time. The day after Fernando’s inspection, which was a Thursday, although his schedule was full, we asked him if he could fit us in and repair the missing and damaged shingles because the forecast showed that it was supposed to rain on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. He tried to find one of his roofers to repair our roof but they were all busy and weren’t able to fit us in. After a long and exhausting day of work, Fernando himself came by and fixed our roof. We are very thankful because had he not repaired the roof when he did we would had some serious water damage. He was very professional and accommodating. Thank Fernando for your service!

I was in need of roof replacement following hurricanes Laura & Delta. Built To Last had replaced a roof for one of my neighbors & it was literally the most beautiful roof I ever saw! Our roof was destroyed by Hurricane Laura on August 27, 2020. We met up with them at a gas station on our way back into town and my husband asked if they were headed to Louisiana to work on roofs and asked if they could tarp our roof. They came the next day and tarped our roof for us. From that point on every time we would call or text them they were quick to respond and were extremely professional. Because our insurance company was taking their time paying us we had to pay for our roof out of pocket and the price they quoted us was very reasonable. Their crew worked very quickly and ended up roofing three houses next-door to each other in two days. They cleaned up after themselves and did a wonderful job. I hope to never have to get another roof again but if I do I will definitely call them again.

We had serious roof damage from the hail, wind and rain that blew through in March. For most of us in my neighborhood, it seemed there were more shingles on the ground than on our roofs. BTL Roofing is an awesome team of workers with high quality service. They have done it very professionally. Comparing with my other neighbors, I felt they have used better materials. Cleaned up all the debris and nails thoroughly after all the work was done. Although, Painter has stopped by to start the work, he realized it's a cloudy day and doesn't want to take a chance, hence went back and re-scheduled the visit a Sunny day. After noticing a small defect outside after a first rain, We called their Consultant, Val. He was very responsive and visited our home with another worker and got the issue fixed within 2 days. I'm pleased with BTL's customer service and warranty and recommend others too.

Robert has done a great job managing the project all the way from Walking the roof with the insurance inspector and making sure that all the damage was documented. The teams that Robert brought in did a great job , Roofers did a great job , I requested that we use our local Aircon company to fix the Air con units as they are under warranty I felt no pressure during the whole process. Built to Last Roofing installed our new roof post Hurricane Ida. They were profesional, quick and tidy. They laid down tarps all over our property to catch as many nails and debris as possible, they installed and painted new vents and perma boots and cleaned up the nails daily. I received a timeline of my roof project with pictures from start to finish which really highlights the professionalism and great work they do. Ryan is very professional. He helped me every step of the way and I really like how he is on point on dealing with my insurance company. I like how this guy was taking care of my home and he also made sure when his crew was working in 105 degree weather he also made sure they were not going to suffer too much by bringing them water and setting up a tent for shade. Very nice guy and I would recommend him to any future clients. He is also very knowledgeable about insurance claims and he cracks me up. Great guy and great company. Although I haven’t used Built To Last Roofing Company, I can definitely say they ran a very close second to my final decision. Ryan was the inspector who evaluated the damages and showed very close attention to details. He spent time patching areas to hold me over until the work began. He was very personable and honest. My decision was made as a joint agreement with my wife. If you do your shopping you will find many roofing companies as I did. I won’t disclose who I went with, but if you give this company your business I believe you will be pleased with your decision.

Built To Last Roofing did a great job on my home. I live in Plano and I dealt with a young man named Robert Hayes. My brother referred him after they completed the work on his roof in Frisco and we couldn’t be happier. Robert was very courteous, took time to answer all of our questions, and was very patient explaining the insurance paperwork and roofing process to my wife and me. This is my second roof in 7 years and normally I wouldn’t do a review, but we are very pleased with the workmanship and specially the customer service provided by Robert.

Our roof got damaged by the hurricane Ida in New Orleans. Igor and Val were very professional from the day I met them. They were very quick and responsive. They were very affordable and did everything on time as it was promised. They got our roof completed within a week we met them while all the other companies were giving us multiple months of wait time. Clean up was also great and I found my yard better than it was before. One of the companies contractors, Nacho, was great in providing detail about the process, along with information for the curious that know little to nothing about roofing. I recently had my roof replaced with Built to Last. Personally, had a great experience. Igor and Val are the people whom I interacted the most. They are extremely professional and go out of their way to make sure they take responsibility to do a quick and good job. They were transparent with each and every activity and were keeping me updated with everything. Would surely refer them to anyone who need a roof replacement.

Mike is knowledgeable, considerate and with great integrity. I had a dispute with the insurance. Mike did all he could to help me cope with the situation and provide the best service and value for me. It's easy to get a good experience when things go well, but in my tough situation, it really shows that Mike and Build To Last Roofing are great to do best for customers. Built to Last replaced the roof in June. I’m more than happy with the quality and punctuality of their work. The roof looks beautiful and the attic is cooler too!. Built To Last Roofing was very respectful of our needs during the reconstruction of our roof after hail storms in the area. The lead salesman worked with our insurance to document all damage to get us the most complete settlement possible based on observed damage. Built-To-Last handled my roof replacement following a recent hail damage. The whole process was a pleasant experience and they did a wonderful job with a grade 4 shingles. Built to Last Roofing did a great job on my house after hurricane Laura in Lake Charles Louisiana. I was impressed with their job on my neighbor house and decided to give Igor a call. I saw so many poor jobs around in my neighborhood but Igor and his team removed everything to the bear decking and cleaned all the nails. I would definitely recommend Igor for any housing needs.

They did a great job installing our roof after Hurricane Ida, they also did not price gouge which means a lot because that was happening to a lot of people after the storm. Update: Currently we are waiting for our drip edge to be corrected. It was not installed initially and then was kind of half a**ed after the fact. It looks pretty bad. Waiting for them to make it right.

Built to Last Roofing did a great job on our roof after a couple of hail storms. They also fixed windows, gutters, and the fence as well as installed gutters on the sides and back of the house.
