"Bukka Hut has the ambience that makes it a Haven"
"I know this is Nigeria and we don't really care about reviews but I'll leave this here anyways, these guys are theives, I came here to buy suya, I did a transfer and was debited, the guy on duty (light skin guy with unkept dreads) keep telling me he didn't recieve it ( he had a terrible attitude) anyways I didn't want to give up because I had a feeling he got the money but wanted to keep it so I even drove home and came back a bit later to the same response"
"I had pap and akara for breakfast and it was great"
"Do island brands need to come to the mainland for a refresher course on meal preparation? That ofada stew wasn't great, wasn't enough and did y'all add black color? The gizzard #1000 or so- too spicy, the #600 chicken was verrry dry, fried rice not very tasteful and village rice"
I ordered 2 ram tonzo at N1380 per stick and 1 ram at 810 per stick. I used jumiq food to place the order and this now seems like the worst decision I would make this week. All the ram was boiled and wrapped in a layer if foil, then pepper was just put anyhow between the foil and paper so roughly done! Bukka hut owes me for not giving me the tonzo I ordered. I feel so cheated just because I ordered online. I called bukkahut lekki to lay my complaint this evening 09/8/22 around 19:10 and she said in a nutshell "too bad" ...I should contact jumia for what they brought to me from the same bukkahut. Jumia doesn't have a helpline so what exactly is someone to do? This is why you keep getting bad reviews because you have really poor customer service. Thieves!
Bukka Hut has the ambience that makes it a Haven. It has fast become a hub for hangouts and socials

I was debited and even got email confirmation, these people got my money and ate my suya. Never going here again, Terrible staff with horrible hygiene, smelling ontop each other forgetting its food their selling.

I had pap and akara for breakfast and it was great. Parking was a little clumsy but the security men are on top of their game. I also observed they have a wide range of meals like, in the inside, different types of rice Yam and egg Beans Unripe plantain porridge Yam porridge Egusi, eforiro, afang, edikaikong (that stuff) Boiled egg Peppered gizzard sauce Asun, etc And on the outside, chips, Several grilled stuff And other finger foods, ....you know, like 'something light'. By the way, the unripe plantain porridge with gizzard sauce and boiled egg (that was soaked in stew) tasted heavenly.
Do island brands need to come to the mainland for a refresher course on meal preparation? That ofada stew wasn't great, wasn't enough and did y'all add black color? The gizzard #1000 or so- too spicy, the #600 chicken was verrry dry, fried rice not very tasteful and village rice...what was that? If I mention better eateries now for comparison, someone will say I was sent to knock Bukka hut! But no. No. Y'all can do better is what I'm saying. I was told this place is popular...wow. The bottled water was chilled. I appreciated that.
Pleasant place where you can eat local dishes. The options of local breakfast menu such as pap, akara, moinmoin etc is a unique attraction you might not get anywhere. As some of the menu are made to order, waiting time can be excruciating. A way out is to order ahead over the phone. Pleasant experience. Well, it turned out that pap I ordered had lumps. It's even quite unbelievable that it was served and packed for me like that. Bukka Hut, If you offer pap, then be ready to deliver quality, lumps-free pap EVERYTIME. Remember, it's not free.
I would not recommend eating here AT ALL! The service was awful. I ordered food from here and it arrived late (1 hour), already half eaten (can you imagine??), cold, incorrect. I keep getting the run around when I called management directly to let them know about the service. Nothing was done. I was left hungry, frustrated, and quite unsatisfied. I would have preferred the restaurant to either remake the food or offer a refund for the poor service on their behalf. There are MANY,MANY other places to enjoy- take my advice skip this one.
Bukka Hut is popular around Lagos but this particular outlet seems to be the best in my opinion. Well prepared meals, a decent & fairly priced menu coupled with good customer service makes this a commendable option for anyone looking for an eat-out. Its located on the busy admiralty way meaning parking space is limited and environs are often too busy. It does well as a hangout spot or meetup spot for friends/colleagues as well. Food quality is reasonably good. Generally, it's a good restaurant and one that I'd recommend.
It was a great dining experience. The food was okay. The staff were very courteous and their service top notch. Loved that they took the feedback card serious.

Ordered pap and akara for 3. After payment and seated waiting for food, then a waiter comes that we have to wait for 25mins to get it ready. Why were we not told that before payment? The wait turned to about 50mins. Well it finally came, enjoyed meal but wasted an hour in a hot restaurant, as the aircon was not working. Was also debited twice for a bottle of water!!!

The food was amazing but by the time I was done eating it all nutrients were to refuel the time I had used to call customer service and wait for the food. I kept calling the customer service and they still couldn't remember the correct order. The embarrassing part was when the delivery guy asked me for money due to the mix up at the office when I had already paid for the food before ordering.

Bukka hut is a cool place to have access to variety of foods. Their menu contains food such as ofada rice and sauce, coconut rice, Banga rice, a local beans called ewa agoyin, moinmoin and lots more. They have different swallow like amala and pounded yam which you can eat with different soup such as egusi, edikaikong and plenty more. Please you need to taste their village rice and other types of local food
If you are looking to get food that tastes close to home at affordable rate on the island then this is a good option(not the best) It’s not fantastic but you would most likely get what you want, even with the shawarma/ suya spot you are less likely to be disappointed

Located along the road, the meat section is quite cool with various variety of meat that can be ordered for. In this particular location there is a bar with a dj in case you need to dance and relieve some stress. The eatery also provide options to eat out and have discussion with friends and family, meeting new people is also possible. Generally a good location
In the food court of Circle Mall, the entrance stand out of all stores and they used the thatched roof as a canopy entrance. Then proceed to the display counter where food is neatly displayed and the option of warming is available. Payment option of cash or card. And also spacious sitting and good ambience. Friendly staff and above all quality food
Well, their food is ok. I'm just not happy I couldn't get Catfish Peppersoup and Rice there. Everything else worked and at a very affordable price. Their Fura is lovely!!! I definitely will recommend coming here for a quick bite The staff themselves are pleasant enough, lots of mistake with others but they're nice about it.
The environment is very good and so is the interior. My first order there was jollof rice, fried rice with moin-moin (baked beans) and chicken (Food total was 1,700naira). It was almost perfect, that was how good it was, the moin-moin was sooooo good. I put the food in my plate when I got home.
If you are interested in wasting your time and money , try ordering their shawarma. Extremely poor with no chicken, or ketchup/mayonnaise only full with pepper and very watery. You guys should fix it!!!!

Buka hut has been known for a while for good African dishes. They have varieties and a good spot between work and home. The chicken and beef BBQ outside is something you should try too. It is lovely.
My rating is purely for the suya spot. Suya is great and very tasty especially the ram suya. Went in to grab a meal, but just didn't like the presentation of the food, so didn't get food from BH.
If you are looking for Nigerian home made kind of breakfast around Lekki phase 1, this is the place to visit. Akara, moi moi and pap are available and its tasty without you breaking the bank
Ate a rice here prepared like the old local Jollof rice I used to cook when I was in Auchi Polytechnic. The difference is that this Bukka Hut Rice is an upgraded of what mine used to be
Bukka Hut is a good place to be to enjoy any kind of delicious food of you choice with good service in a conducive environment

Is a restaurant for both intercontinental and African dishes. It has bar, grills and fries. It operates from morning till mid night, Monday to Sunday.
Fresh selection of food, servers were quick to attend to customers, but they had only one cashier which slowed down payment, overall food tasted good
