Visited today staff were extremely rude upon entering I was asked if I had a mask and I said no and carried on. The two staff at the front then started to talk at the front about me saying she has to wear one it’s law what do we do in this situation at this point people were looking at me. So I decided to leave as I was walking out they said next time you come in you have to wear a mask its law I said I don’t need to they got very abrupt and said yes you do. I said I have a health condition so I don’t need to they continued to be very rude every one looking at me and then said you should of said. I said I’m not required to tell you my conditions and they tell me to stop being rude and leave the shop if I’m going to be rude I left very angry and upset. Maybe they need to check the law and see that you can’t actually challenge people about masks and it’s not law for people with severe health condition and a bit of discretion and private word goes a long way rather than a full on public challenge!!!!

Ok I was initially thinking of giving a bad review I was ringing and ringing then engaged and the ringing out again , I went to shop mentioned i had been trying to get through by phone and called whilst I was there and there was a problem with phone line , I was after a particular item which was out of stock online couldn’t see it around store and assistant said she would hunt in back store when she had a moment to be honest I really thought to myself . Yeah right .. anyway about 2 hours later I received a call to say they found item, they saved it for me …. which I really appreciated … the item was for a friend who was so over the moon - thank you Bunka Beckenham store

Fantastic shop - rang to ask about a couple of items on their website and the person I spoke to was really helpful and offered some different options to what I wanted. I ordered online for local delivery and it arrived the next day. Will be ordering from them again. Thank you …

This one of the many shops that wants to “keep Beckenham high street white” unfriendly towards black people and they make you feel like you shouldn’t be there. I think small businesses like this need to welcome people from all cultures because we all have money to spend !

I went to tbis store thought it was nice till I got pulled b police for stealing n I had not was made to look silly n embarrassed infront of my mum cos sme customer stereotyped me..otherwise nice shop jus ashame people dnt ask 1st instead of believing people..huh

Bunka Beckenham is a beautiful little place to shop. The staff are polite and welcoming. Kelly, Kitty and the other young ladies are always friendly and smiling, one of my favourite place to shop whenever I am in the area.
