I returned an axe to the store I’d purchased click & collect. The girls helping me were super. There was an issue due to me having updated my bank card recently. One girl spoke to Manager Darren who was in a meeting & he sent a female Manager down who sorted the issue out straightaway. Great service. Excellent customer experience.

Good little shop, doesn't have the full range. Good to pop in for everyday items for trade or home. Because it's a smaller shop it's very easy to get a park close to the door. Can get most of the things you need to do small and some big jobs, or something that isn't a specially item. Staff are very friendly and helpful everytime!

It's a Bunnings. It functions well and serves the community for their stock of DIY needs. As always if you want the best quality in a product go to a store that specialises in it or go to a person in your community who can make a tool for you that is better quality and locally made

Poor customer service in paint section. Had to wait 5 minutes for 2 staff to finish their conversation. They knew I was waiting but ignored me anyway, and only stopped talking when the checkout girl (very helpful and understands customer service) reminded them I was waiting.
