I recently went into the store at rouse hill, searching for a specific item where other stores didn’t have it. I spoke with worker “Beau” from tool shop. Who was the first person out of multiple stores to take initiative to help me. He couldn’t see what I needed on the floor but continued to ask me question about what I was using it for. He suggested likewise material, he showed me the application of the tool, how to use it. He went above and beyond to ensure I had the best experience possible. I felt obligated to leave a comment he was that helpful I couldn’t just leave it, so I am leaving this comment in the hopes his team acknowledge his great work.
Always do my shopping at this store and 99% of the staffs are helpful but today I was very disappointed with the customer service. I went to return a faulty product and by mistake I took the wrong receipt and I did appologise for showing the wrong receipt .The staff told me that they can't exchange the product because I don't have the receipt and the can't exchange or return the product .That means that I have to take the faulty product back home and buy another one. ( Are they supposed to let me returned or exchange the product and asked me for my ID if I don't have the prof of purchase .
I have been to many Bunnings stores before, and this one is the worst I have ever been to. The manager of this Bunnings should be replaced to maintain Bunnings' reputation. I asked one of the staff members about the product's location. The first one replied, asking me to check the shelf I had already looked at, and simply told me to check by myself again. When I asked the second one, she said she was busy and would come back to me, but that never happened. The third one was also a waste of time. The shelves are a mess, and new management is needed.
Very bad experience at this Bunnings. When I asked the old woman at the exit if I could request a price match, she initially had no idea what I meant by price matching and when I explained to her, she said they don't do that. I then showed her Bunning's website on price match, she then got upset and annoyed, when I told her the website I wanted to match with she kept on insisting that it was a clearance house which they don't match with, only because there was the word "discount" on the website.
Like most people I've also been to tens of different Bunnings branches and, although the product range and stock levels are decent at this place, the customer service is hit and miss. I don't want to name a couple of people that I've seen that are cold and rude to myself and others, as I'm sure Bunnings must have received complaints about them already.
Stand in line for one of the only 2 checkouts available for 10 mins before being told that the checkout I was at only does refunds when I watched people purchasestuff infront of me. This bunnings actually comes across as an actual zoo. 15 or so workers chatting and running around in circles with no clear direction. Great way to run a business.
I recently went to the garden/ landscaping area. The employee for the landscaping area was MIA for the whole approx 30 mins I was there. Monika from gardening tried to get someone to help whilst doing her own work as well. She went above and beyond to help so “we left happy” I could not fault her in her customer service
A huge complex for complete needs of household and those in Trade business, everything from nails to complete range of hand tools . They have different sections for furniture, hardware, electric goods. A separate section for gardening plants and soil. You name it they have it.
Went to Bunnings Rouse Hill to purchase a few items, Spoke to a Bunnings worker named Ian from Lifestyles. He was very helpful and went above and beyond to help us find stock which wasn't located on the shelf. He deserves a payrise …
Thanks for the excellent service Michelle Speed. After a frustrating time chasing a tiny part to fix a folding door for a week, Michelle went above and beyond to help me find what I needed. Calm, friendly and proactive. Cheers to you Michelle.
Well my experience at this store from 2 staff members were very helpful I’d rate them 4 stars, until I got to the gutter and plastic area, this old man asked me what do I want, that is no way to treat a customer who is wanting to buy a
Ryan was an absolute delight. Explained the difference between products without making us feel stupid. Ryan has made our experience at Bunnings RH awesome and we look forward to coming back and seeing Ryan again. Thank you Ryan!
This another one of my local Bunnings. I go here for all my needs for work and around the house. Great staff and are mostly friendly and helpful. Lots of parking undercover with lots of access to the store like most Bunnings.
Newer bigger Bunnings in Rouse Hill. Dog friendly. Nice garden section. Felt just like Home Depot (he layout and not being able to find anyone to ask questions!). In the parking level, there's sizzle going on weekends.
Called for a Ute hire, was placed on hold 5 times each time someone different saying “Let me transfer you through” for about 20 minutes. In-store customer service is good, don’t waste your time calling them though.
Price match denied, disappointment. I am extremely disappointed with the level of service I received. I visited the store to buy a Rus-toleum concrete top coat for my patios, as I had bought the
The staff here makes your experience in store wonderful. Geoff in the plumbing section was very helpful in helping me find what I needed and Barbara at the returns desk was lovely. Thanks both
A massive thanks to Holly, she helped me get the last two BBQ’s from another store. Great service, and thanks to all the boys in the trade section getting them picked and loaded. All friendly

We went in store and received very helpful advice from a gentleman named SP. This man was delightful, professional and very patient with our hundreds of questions.
Very generous parking available at the first level amd store is on the top level. Seemed like a bit short staffed but the customer service was excellent.
Great helpful staff. Large Bunnings as well so should have everything you need. If not the staff at special orders can sort you out.
