This morning I went to Bunnings for some gardening supplies. I was met at the gate by a lovely young lady asking if I needed help. I wanted some garden edging, she told me exactly where it was. I then asked her what flowers I needed for a specific area. She wasn’t sure so sent me to another lady, after getting all my edging, flowers, potting mix & river rocks. When I got to the register here she was again smiling, even though it was cold. After I paid she then took the trolley & took it to my car. Put everything in my car & told me to be careful when I get home. I decided to attack the area straight away. When I had finished I needed more rocks to fill up the area. Back I go to Bunnings, walk in the gate and there she is again with the biggest smile serving customers. When she sees me her smile seems to get bigger. Told her I had done that bit but I needed more rocks. When I got back to her & paid she once again took my rocks to my car & loaded them in again. Her name is Cassie, not sure how she spells it. In all my times shopping at Bunnings I have never met a more helpful & obliging & happy young lady. Sorry this is so long, but she was so wonderful I just had to let you know. The Bunnings was shut down at 7:30 PM on 26th Jul reason given stocktake going on. I drove 40Kms to collect an item that wasn't available in any nearby stores. Website and the notice board outside still shows they are open till 9PM. When asked the lady who answered after a long hold explained there was a notice written outside the store for a week that store would slclose early today!! other bunnings stores should have known this before sending me here. Recommend please update your hours on the website so that customers do not face disappointment. I saw many customers who came stood outside the store and were left clueles.

Just installed this Marquee Havana gazebo a couple of weeks ago. It is very sturdy and does the job. Not to be used on very hot days like 30 degrees as the heat of the sun is not completely blocked. Reviewers need to realise that the curtains don’t sit on each side of the gazebo. They are all the same length and will fit perfectly when used as per instructions. 7 hooks on long side of the gazebo and 5 hooks on the short side of each corner. See photos and enjoy your gazebo

My recent experience. Finding help is very difficult in bunnings. You have to look around to find a team member. They look very busy. When you ask most have no knowledge of product and its application. Not to say there are some old hands still working at bunnings are very knowledgeable and helpful. Bunnings you have to lift your game. I can do better with Google.

Although I was not approached for any assistance, the staff did greet me. May concern in this store is the drivers' attitude in the area....driving a large van, I can only use the tradies bays as a customer and Horticulturist business owners. People don't tolerate slow manoeuvres. Probably some extra speed signage might be useful.

Called to book a britex carpet cleaner and was told it would be available the next day at 10:30. I came the next day at 10:30 and I was told there are none available at all. Absolutely disappointed there wasn’t even a phone call to let me know that the machine wasn’t going to be available for my booking.

Customer service is very poor. Although some people here are fantastic, over three visits I've had very difficult interactions while trying to get assistance from 5 different people (on different non-issues). I will prefer to drive to a further Bunnings than try to interact with half the staff here.

IT'S SUCH A HUGE BUNNINGS IN WATER GARDEN SHOPPING CENTRE. IT'S LOCATED ALONGSIDE WITH THE FREEWAY. VERY CONVENIENT AND EASY TO GET THERE MY FAVOURITE BUNNINGS SHOP EVERY TIME I NEED STUFF FOR GARDEN, BEDROOM AND KITCHENS. SHOULD CHECK IT OUT. LOVE THIS PLACE.

I visited the store yesterday 05/01/24, Adam provided me with an excellent customer service, he was helpful l, attentive and welcoming. Adam took time to assist me find exactly what I was looking for. Great service, thanks again Adam at Bunnings Taylors Lakes.

If I can rate this store a 0/5 I would. Joan the customer service lady is plain rude, Not helpful and arrogant. Never speak to a paying customer like that. I'm sure to make a formal complaint to the store. And in saying that Store is dirty and messy.

I went to the Paint section and Con was fantastic. Admittedly, my question was somewhat technical. But, Con broken it down into easy bite size info and couldn’t thank him enough. Highly recommend and the best person to speak! Definitely hit him up.

Very bad experience on my last few visits. Firstly, they cancelled the DIY workshop at the last moment and without any notification. Staff is always busy in doing their chores and it is very difficult to get hold of anyone if you have queries.

Very rude customer service at isle 23 from a staff member name Alan who was supposed to help me find safety boots not only was I not greeted and help finding shoes. I was accused of messing up the Isles, not wearing socks and ignored

Sunday's 17 Dec 23 landscaping staffs are not helpful at all. Both take breaks together and when called for help, just do bare minimum and disappeared again for another break. Very disappointing experience.

Like to acknowledge George and Con from the Taylors Lake Branch to help me to get the correct paint correction in which another local branch was not able and not wanting to).

Helpful advice when you find the right person and happy to go there again with my future tool purchases and general maintenance got my own home and for work.

Good store has most of the things a home handy man or tradie could want or need, prices are fairly reasonable, clean store with helpful staff members

If you just need to duck into Bunnings, this branch will suffice. I recommend checking online or calling ahead to double check with stock, though.

Never have stock that Web says they do. Definitely needs to be better run. Caroline Springs Definitely has better options for stock levels

Friendly staff and fast service. Supplise they give me a super discount for hardwood foe me to made the garden stools and benches.
