I'm giving 3 stars because Dr. Buono is the best, he's caring, he listens and is compassionate, his office on the other hand sucks, they hardly pick up the phone and when you are waiting for a call backdon't hold your breath. He needs a better staff for sure, as a doctor, there's not a better one in Brooklyn.

He's a good doctor, however you can't see him if your sick. The office staff sucks.They tell you to go to urgent care. Also to get someone on the phone is close to impossible. They never return calls. You have better luck in his Brooklyn office . Good luck, he really is a good doctor.
