First time I tried this chain and was expecting a little more from the food quality for the price. The restaurant is quite simple... griddle and couple fryers. The patty was actually not too bad for a fried patty. It tasted good and was not greasy. The bun looked very good and was very nice and soft on one of the burgers but was stale and hard on the other burger which really make the burger not that appealing. One of the burgers was quite good though, really expected more for the price but it was ok. The fries were cool and got very hard very quickly. So for the burgers.. they were average. The dine-in experience on the other hand was not very good at all. The tables were filthy and no one from behind the counter came out even once while we were there to clean or wipe or sanitize anything... very disappointing. They do offer some wipes if you want to clean your own table after someone else leaves a mess... not much of a customer service. Also.. the washrooms are a mess.. the white door looks like something out of a mechanic's shop... grimy and dirty. The last impression is something that is a trend in many restaurants and its that if your order is to dine in, you are simply not a priority anymore and you will wait for at least 20 mins (we did).. while every take-out order, Uber, or doordash driver that comes in, has their orders filled first. Overall the experience was not great and the stale bun was a bummer but the one burger was pretty good so 2 * rating is due... one my sons list of burger places it ranks 8th out of 13 places so far. Behind Fatburger (#7) and DQ (#8). I'd like to try another location to see if they can do a better job and have fresh buns.

It seems that this restaurant has been rerun with new management. This place is not what it used to be and I mean that in a good way. Today when I ate here, I was warmly greeted by the two men at the front desk and they guided us through the ordering process seamlessly. When I over looked the counter, their work station was clean and they prepared the food in a safe and professional manner. When we received the food, the taste and visual look was a lot better than expected. The burger was juicy and fresh with the toppings I added, and the poutine I got was also filled generously with cheese that was melted with the tasty gravy as well. I would recommend my friends to come here and I look forward to trying more delicious burgers here as well as receiving the amazing customer service at my next visit.

I don’t understand how we’ve lived in the area now for 1 1/2 years and today was the first time we tried this place. ( when did they open ? ) Had double 5oz patties with bacon, onions rings and a side of sweet potato fries, wifey had a reg burger with fries and gravy. And chicken fingers for the little one. Would have given 5 stars but we found the gravy to be way too salty for us and the burgers were just a tiny bit dry. But still VERY impressed by everything !!! All the Sides, beef bacon was awesome chicken was so so good the buns are great and everything was fresh and hot !! Will definitely be back !!! We ordered ahead online for 1pm pickup and our food was ready on time !

Have to accept that the burger has pretty great flavour. Ordered the Cheesy Lucy and the balance between the flavour, cooking of the beef patty and the bread and addons is pretty good. Truly echo the sentiment of other reviewers on the price, as the base burger is already expensive and by adding key elements (bacon, fries and a drink) price quickly climbs. Regarding the funnel cake, it was amazing, but again, the price makes it TOO steep to try again. A restaurant such as this would benefit from having ketchup, mustard and mayo on demand and not in small sachets.

After viewing the recommendation from a TikToker about this restaurant we drove 45 min to try it, but it was the worst experience ever. The juicy Lucy burger is meant to be stuffed with cheese but it was totally empty and without cheese at all, and the size of the burgers is a lot smaller than what’s advertised. The potato was burnt and with a bad taste. Other than that there’s a lack of hygiene because the employees where doing the food and working on the grill without hairnet and without covering their hair at all. It’s not worth the money and I don’t recommend this restaurant at all. If I can I would give a rating less than 0.

Usually this place is fantastic, I drive from Milton to it even though we have a location in Milton but we like this location better. However, today it was awful. All 3 burgers were overcooked to burn level, 2 of them hardly sauce on them. We got a side order of fries which had 12 fries only for $4.99. The guy Mah… was polite but not trained well, definitely won't be eating from here again anytime soon.

The food is generally good in this location. Pros: - fast when using delivery services - good burger taste Cons: - ordering personally inside the restaurant is not the best experience, staff are talking loudly and your food can take ages to make. They are much faster if you orders online though. - they don’t write the sandwich name on the wrapping. We had 5 sandwiches, had to open every single one to figure out which one is mine. Burger was decent but wayyy over priced. Everything is super over priced. The DQ next door is a better bang for you buck. $12 for this burger with not a single thing else. 3 little chicken strips that my boyfriend got came to $10 after tax … super expensive and nothing special about it. Not happy about the prices will not be coming back. Would eat here more if it wasn’t so over priced for such little amounts of food.

Ordered 2-for-1 hamburger through Uber on two different occasions. Both times, the beef patty smelled old, dried up as if it were pre-grilled before it was ordered. It is an okay deal in terms of money as it was 2-for-1, but it is still not worth it. Will not be ordering from this location again.

Burgers were delicious!!! The store was very clean. The staff were friendly. Overall, the food was very aesthetically pleasing but the tornado fries were not that tasty, in my opinion. Funnel cakes were ridiculously expensive, especially with toppings and ice cream. Would definitely go back here… but not for the funnel cake.

Normally my experience here is fantastic. This time it was awful. All 3 burgers and both chicken burgers I ordered had missing toppings. All 3 burgers were charred. Overall, not a terrible burger joint. It does take a while to make so calling in ahead of time to place your order is recommended. If I could compare to another fast food franchise, I think they're not too dissimilar to wendys. I found the burgers to be sauced a little too generously which took away from the enjoyment of the patty itself.

One of the best burger places in the town. The burger is very freshly made. Went here on a lunch date, ordered 2 Juicy Lucy's on Fire combos and 1 funnel cake with strawberry sauce and ice cream to share. Juicy Lucy on Fire is a burger stuffed with mozzarella and jalapeños. Food is very good, and I recommend this place for a diet cheat day meal .

They have REALLY tasty burgers here. Mo took my order and was very polite and helpful explaining the differences of their burgers. I got their house house special the “Juicy Lucy” and it was incredible. From the toppings and the cheesy filled burger, every bite was delicious.

I love how clean this place is. I like this location over mississauga ones because it is cleaner and presentation of food is better. Only thing i would suggest to work on is getting baby seats. It was so hard to manage a toddler while eating without a baby seat.
