The worst hospitality I have seen at any burger king. Have been to soo many burger king's across bangalore and staffs are usually polite and accommodating. But here the scene was completely different. They are least bothered about your order, i had asked to cut my whopper into halves but they dint oblige. Finally instead of arguing I asked for a knife so that I could cut it myself. Later I went to buy few more burger and this time when I asked knife they simply lied that they don't have one. When I confronted them telling I just gave it back 2 minutes ago, they finally gave me one but commented that it's not in company policy to cut burgers. It's so weird cause I have never faced this before at any outlet expect this one. Just shows that the staff is least bothered to help customer out. For sure not visiting this outlet again in near future.

Easily locatable, service is pathetic and slow, needs training. Many customers wait as in crowd with order confusion which needs to be sorted to handover. However burgers here are amazing. Ground floor is not that great, but top floor seating ambience is pretty good. Cleanliness is on Point. Parking however is limited considering the location and you have to park roadside.

Regular Burger King joint. Decent place, situated on the corner of main roads. So look out for parking if you have come by car. I would prefer sitting upstairs. Lots of seating and spacious with good ambience. The staff is good and the bathrooms are clean.

I suggest everyone not to try choco lava cake here it's worst , then they took 25 minutes to serve my food anyways and yea the staffs are not so advanced as other outlets, as it is new nothing to say about staff now . Food quality is ok ok

Nicely located ..Newly open Burger King. It’s big one with 2 floors. Somehow staff is not energetic and look dull. Service is slow. It’s supposed to be fast food, but it isn’t in this BK outlet. Hope it improves in coking days. And plz beware if you order online. In my case , not all the ordered items were displayed in their ordering slip. Garlic dip (Rs 24) was not appearing in thr ordering slip. Seems like some ordering system glitch.
