I went to Burger King today to claim my free Whopper from T Mobile Tuesday. It was not a great experience. You need the BK app to redeem the offer, but it wasn't working after I installed it. I thought "surely that's just a formality and they'll still honor the offer" since I could prove I have it from T Mobile. Apparently not. The cashier was nice enough when I explained my situation, but when she called her shift manager for help, she simply told me to try ordering via the app. I reiterated that the app wasn't working and told her what I had tried. Her reply was "Sorry, that's how it is". Period. No offer to help, no apology, no acceptance of the offer. Granted, it was busy and for all she knew I wasn't a paying customer (though I was going to purchase additional items), but wow is that terrible management. I say this having worked in food service for 6 years. I wasted my lunch break trying to get the app to work and by the time my break was almost up, the line was long and I didn't particularly feel like giving BK my money at that point anyway. Terrible app and unhelpful management. Just go to Arby's. They have better food and cooler people anyway.

I frequent this burger King often as so do other employees who work in the grocery store with me down the street the lady with black hair and short who always wears a black jacket and never in dress code treated me like garbage because I used a gift card she mentioned to me that it was a problem because she had to go scan on other register I politely told.her it was her problem and not mine and gift cards should be seen and used like cash should never be a problem ,to the owners of this Burger King your product is great and sells it self it's a house hold name.for.the food but if you don't get a grip on your employees on how to treat customers you will definetly lose your business to the owner teach your employees the importance of customer service and also other employees I work are very disappointed with how we been treated at this Burger King I will not be back to this particular location I don't like.being treated so rude. Ps to the owner take this serious give your people some.more training on how to treat customers after all they have a job because of us. Sincerely Anthony Paiz

I definitely prefer Burger King and their charbroiled Hamburgers compared to other charbroiled burger places.... And Burger King has a much better value too. This location is the one I stop at the most and the Burger Experts that work here have been very very good at getting my order correct and not messing anything up... I go through the drive thru and nothing is worst then when you order at a drive thru and you get home and they messed up your order.... Happy to say that the Women and Men who work here are good at what they do and take pride in the job they do.. always very friendly and smiling happy faces... That's nice when you're at a drive thru as opposed to fast and stone cold hi, thank you, have a good day like a robot... It is getting a lot better around the world and if you want an example of what it's like I recommend going here and seeing for yourself.

I won a lot of free food through Coca-Cola Instant Wins and have been taking advantage of all the free Burger King food I won. I stopped here to get a free chicken sandwhich using my mobile app. The line was extremely long and the ordering speaker looked like it was punched in. There was a bus parked in the KMart parking lot and there was a lot of vagrants loitering in the parking lot. My one sandwhich took like 7 minutes to make and I held up the line for quite some time. The guy at the window kept asking me what I order then would walk around and into what appeared to be an office and ask me again what I ordered. This happened about 4 times. I got my free sandwhich so I could careless how I was treated. The sandwhich was 5,000 degrees though; straight from the deep fryer.

Tried breakfast and asked for orange juice instead of coffee like twice. Somehow the employee still poured coffee and while I corrected her she was tried to argue with me on what I said as if I'm the one in the dead wrong. Tried to give the place a second chance for a late night snack... They didn't even recognize my order when I pulled up to the window and then didn't even listen to my request for no onions without trying to correct the meal when I called it out. They don't even answer the phone number listed here. I don't know where they hired these people but I'd rather go to San Mateo and Menaul.

Went to try and get some food around 11pm pulled up to the drive and waited for the employee to take my order no one did i even spoke a couple of times to see if they would hear me nothing drove to the window and did not see anyone around like it was waited a minute still nothing and then left to wendys while there called the restaurant and they answered right way i asked if they was open and they said yes informed of what happen but i just wanted to informed them so that they can be aware that there was a customer there and wasnt help, wont be going there again.

20-30 min of getting your basic order at nights. once you're in the drive line to get your order, you are stuck as you can not get out of the trap. the line does not allow for more than one car at a time, meaning, you've now realized that you are trapped and can not get out of the place, until you move , inch by inch towards the serving window!. Employee as slow as you can get, and show it, that they don't care less, how long, you've been in the car and waiting in the line with engine running!!! or, that the owner/s are running it under-staffed

We visited on a Saturday evening for dinner. The place was very dirty, the staff took a while to make our food, and the play area was dark and dingy. I also would not suggest this play area for small kids, as there’s a large drop off on the play equipment. Not suitable for kids under two. The heat was also turned way up so it was uncomfortably warm and stuffy inside. The outside eating area was decent, it was fenced in which was nice, but some trash and glass around the trees. Overall, not the best experience and we left rather quickly.

This Burger King is great! The food is delicious and I love the new building! The service can be a little friendlier though, because the guy at the drive-thru window seemed kind of annoyed, just because my dad didn’t want to round up for the fundraiser that they were doing, but I like this location other than that and we might go back if we’re in the area again.

This doesn't even get a star. I placed an$40 order that was completely wrong, called about the order and the manager failed to mention that I needed to bring in the wrong food. Then I was argued with about the replacement of the food. They treated me like I was wrong stating that it was their policy not to replace my food. Finally after reaching the general manager I was given the food. But the fact is I was right about the order. I'll not visit this location. I'll take the time to go to the one on San Mateo instead.

Went through the drive through you have to keep an eye on the cheese bandits especially if your going through the drive through Look for your cheese there drive way sucks if you drive a pick up when the other businesses open there really is going to be crazy leaving the designer need to go back to school

Super nice manager was kind enough to take the $100 bill I was paid with just before closing. Sweet lady and I had forgotten how much I love there food. It took no time st all and I was super surprised on how much better there frappuccino s are compared to McDonald's. That and there are made fresh to order and not all bleh like most of the fries sold around here. They have a new dressing that was amazing. If ur hungry go now and get me some lol.

Love their whoppers... Just disappointed grilled on only one side. At times they use tomato ends. Took another photo of the tomato ends and went to the BK I bought the whopper from, talked with a manager. She apologized a few times, said that when the next meeting came, she would bring this issue up and get it corrected. Then made me a whopper, fries and a desert on the house, then apologized one last time before I left. Awesome manager.

Ive never been so mad at a fast good place in my life. I placed a order for 2 kids meals and a number one 30 minutes later im still sitting in lobby. I was ok until the empolyee came out and asked my kids to move because the area was closed. It was not when we sat down 30 minutes ago. In top of that the manager on duty or shift leader seemed like she didn't care about my horrible experience. I am never going back to bk again

Just got back home from carlisle BK and Very dissatisfied with my order. I ordered a whopper meal for 2. I never got the cheese I ordered on one and they were sloppily made. The tacos I ordered were gross. The taco shells were burnt and the meat inside were cold to frozen a bit. I wouldn't recommend this BK at all. To make it worse they dont answer their phone so I can plead my case and they never gave me a receipt.

They always have amazing prices and very customer-oriented where they want their product to feed people imagine that and not charge you ridiculous prices I've seen them several times feed people that we're hungry not necessarily homeless.I can honestly say in the years I've eaten at Burger King I've never had anything gross found in their food ever unlike McDonald's where I have found actual feathers in the nuggets

The remodeling was excellent. A little warm in the lobby in the late afternoon sun . Some kind of shade from the west would make it great.

While most so-called fast-food restaurants these days are not fast, inexpensive or even remotely nutritious, like most I occasionally indulge. I have gone to this particular location several times because it's close to where I work. Today, however, was the last time. An apathetic "server", cold overpriced food and part of the order missing was the last straw for me. Never again!

Ordered Whopper but got the fake whopper's and when I went back to get the right ones they told me that I got what I ordered but the fake ones mess with my stomach and I was up all night because all they did was give me the fake ones with the wrappers saying that they were real whopper's but they didn't taste right

Went drive through on Sunday 9/20/15 @ 4:45pm and the lady at the drive through just said to me "we don't have no nothing, no whoppers no nothing" in a very thick Spanish accent, I said excuse me? Are you telling me you aren't serving food or anything right now? She repeated "yes, we don't have no nothing, i'm sorry". I just said ummmm ohhhkay and backed out....WOW.

Just got home checked our food and they messed up the order, asked for a 20 piece chicken nugget only got ten and i we asked for the meal clear as day on the receipt, my girlfriend got a double quarter king king meal and didn't not receive her frys that its included with purchase. This is what happens when you rush and not pay attention to your whats on the ticket

I come out of my way to this Location Only Because The Staff here are super Friendly and i use the App for offers. And The Manager Lets me use the same coupon 2 times in 1 transaction while other Burger kings Always Say No.I know Its A Fast Food Chain but Still...This Location on Carlisle is by far the best one yet Ware the customer Is King Thanks to. Went to drive thru at 9:30 pm just now. Girl was texting while taking my order, I could hear the sound of the keyboard through the drive thru. My large jalapeño cheddar bites were missing. My drink for my meal was a sweet tea when I ordered unsweetened. I’m hypoglycemic so both were basically paid for nothing. Of the $11 I spent $5 was wasted. Thanks...

I'm afraid I can't give many stars to this two-visit go today. The impossible burger is very good, but it was made wrong; accidents happen, but when I brought it back, it was made wrong a second time. I just left it as it was because I didn't have time for a third re-make, and they didn't seem to care the first time or even offer an apology.

This burger King is my go to spot for mouthwatering burgers and a wide range of menu choices the employees and managers are hardworking ensuring a great dining experience for customers.

The employees at night claim their out of fries when it's around 11pm all the time. Rude employees, and burgers are cold. I imagine they want to go home and have the fryer cleaned and they don't want to make frys. This place is going down hill with current management/employees. I will steer away all family & friends from this BK.

It’s Burger King so you know what to expect. The new location is nice with the exception of the drive-through. Don’t know what they were thinking by placing the window so far away from the cars.

I enjoy eating here way better than McDonald's or other places similar. This place has the best deals, best Fry's and best options for dessert. Plus, the most friendly service, and you definitely can't beat that! I don't care what you say! It doesn't matter what part of town you're in, it's always going to be good!!!...

Got a Texas whopper combo...fries were COLD...sandwich was COLD...I live less than a mile away...I shouldn't have to put my fries in the air fryer and reheat my burger when I get home

Drive-thru workers need better training on taking orders @ drive-thru. Always have to send my order back. Never take orders right and kitchen crew needs help to. Can't read the orders right always something missing. Mangers need to do something instead of walking around looking dumb faced.

Great fast courteous clean service. Always go with this burger king. Love chicken fries here. Avoid in night time if you can as you may find some homeless people near by and may not be safe. Although, I've been here in night time and never had any security concern but better to be safe.

Great staff and really efficient, however. The quick production of our order and food were probably due to the amount of homeless people who seem to use both sides of Carlisle for a town square, and this BK is right in the middle. If you go inside the restaurant, LOCK YOUR DOORS.

One of the ladies seemed bugged about a big order but I get it. Every part of our order was there and they only messed up on one burger which is understandable with such a big order. We tried to order ahead of time but the app nor the website would connect to a restaurant.

Super grateful for the store manager. The food tasted like the old Burger King The way it should taste.. Excellent service, excellent staff... Especially there is 8 of us.

Playplace, but no changing table in either restroom!!! If you have a playplace, there needs to be a changing table. Chicken nuggets were cold and Chicken Cobb salad was not made correctly, missing bacon. Area was strangely sketchy, but that is most Burger Kings nowadays.

This restaurant is in the perfect location. Super nice staff. Always friendly and always clean.

Burger King is in my top three favorite fast food places. I love their fries, zesty sauce, and iced coffee. I can't say the new dollar tacos are very good, in fact I'd say they're very similar to Jack in the Box's tacos but with a worse tasting taco shell.

This location is 0/3 for getting my order right at the drive-thru. I've ordered (and paid for) sauces that I didn't receive. I've gotten lettuce on my burger when requesting no lettuce. Do yourself a favor and drive down to Louisiana and Lomas.

Had the Whopper combo meal today at Burger King. Speed of service is great and the cashier was friendly. The food was prepared just as ordered. It was hot fresh and have a great flavor. I would return to this location based on this experience

Can be rude but I guess it depends on who is working or on their mood but I know I am not the only one who feels the bad vibes when they are present.. Burger King does have good food and good prices and that is the only reason I return.

Either their portions are getting smaller or I'm craving it far too much. A large fry here is equivalent to a small from other fast food options in the area.

I came to the one on Carlisle and Indian school and most of the girls here are very fiendly. I come every other week since I work close by and I consider it my cheat meal and since I get coupons so I use them every time I go.

Ordered one spicy nugget one original. Was not asked about sauce and ultimately drove away and came back for the sauce only to drive away again to realize they gave me two spicy nuggets. Always check your food! Food was hot.

Understanding that it was a lunch rush, it still took 30 minutes to get 2 whoppers. Saw our order sitting on the back counter for at least 10 minutes before it was handed out to us.

It's a BK! Thankfully they are upgrading and constantly changing menu at many sites here in area. Any Army base world wide there is a BK so I've had my fill!
