The people behind the counter looked overwhelmed and we were the only people there. We found out as soon as we got there that they were out of paper towels in the bathroom and we asked for some. They gave us napkins. Not a big deal. We got our food and drinks, then realized both myself and my father’s clothes were stained orange due to a malfunctioning soda machine. When we went to tell the manager, she looked at us and said “oh, well I have no control over that.” Looked like a deer in the headlights. She didn’t even say sorry. We didn’t ask for anything for compensation as we had already gotten our food. But we did ask for their corporate number and she said “I’ll call them” and she didn’t get us the number. We sat back down and finished our food. About 20 minutes later we left and the machine still didn’t have an “out of order” sign or any warning that you will get sprayed if you try to use the orange flavors. I mentioned to the kid behind the counter that they should really put it out of order because it was going to continue happening. Again, a blank expression and “uhh, we don’t fix them.” I usually don’t write bad reviews and chock it up to a bad experience, but the lack of interest in the customer was a really big let down. By the time we had left, they still hadn’t restocked the bathroom paper towels. Better Management is needed asap.

They take FOREVER! I've gone through here several times and OMG it doesn't matter if you get off and order or if you go thru the drive thru they always take forever. And they normally get the order right but this last time they gave me the wrong burger. I didn't complain about the burger . But I did ask how much longer were they going to take for my order. It was hot outside. I wasn't even offered a complementary drink or water for waiting that long. I was getting thirsty didn't expect to wait that long! So, if you need something quick this is not the spot for you. They do have some icee smoothie for $1. Jack in the Box is down the street. They are pretty quick. If you like their food. Outside of the burger king there's a gas station. Air and vacuum cleaner if you need to use it. I'm not sure how much that cost. Just thought I share that. Burger King is real close to the airport.

2nd time ordering through drive thru here and food was rotten. 1st time I ordered here a month ago and the food upset my stomach. Today the sausage biscuit was stale and smothered in oil and I didn’t want to take a chance. Took it back and cashier looked at me with nonchalant attitude and told me it would take over “10 minutes to make fresh biscuits”—-basically admitting the sausage biscuit they sold me was old. Manager “Sumera” (?spelling) came over with attitude telling me the bad taste was due to the sausage. Ok so if you know that already then why sell it to customers? I asked for a refund due to their poor attitude and customer service.

Beware of the restroom. This is the last place to stop when people are driving on Will Clayton to the airport terminals and the first place to stop after you leave the terminals, so this location has an extraordinary number of people who stop there to use the restroom. It doesn’t seem to cleaned every day. For months there has been prominent gang graffiti in the restroom and all the employees know about the graffiti but no one cares. At this point in time they should just install a frame around the graffiti and call it art. Businesses that ignore gang graffiti on their property are condoning gang activity.

Would be negative stars if it would let me beyond rude and disrespectful sat at the order box for 15 minutes and at 2 minutes waiting the manager tells me to hang on 1 minute to have someone else tell me 10 minutes later that’s they are closed and from the website and the hours on the store they don’t close for another hour I’ve had nothing but horrible experiences at this location this will definitely be the last and for them to tell me that’s it’s not their problem for wasting my time while laughing I definitely wouldn’t recommend this place they are a joke for how they treat their customers

Horrible service, our server Justin seemed to have an attitude problem. First he asked me what kind of sauce for the nuggets and I asked him what kind of sauces you have and his answer was straight “just the usual stuff” ( rolling his eyes and with a bad tone) I let it go and later he hands me my food disrespectfully. Later when I was checking my order he asked me to leave because a car pulled up behind us. I confronted him to be polite and he slammed the window. If customer service is not where you belong then might as well quit!! Didn’t even want to give them a star.

I chose this Burger King because it was in walking distance to my hotel, wish I had taken the time to drive to another. Chicken sandwich was dry and coke was all carbonated water. Employees not really that friendly and seemed to be a bit overwhelmed. Not really that busy but with one front line worker and one on drive through and possibly one cook. Everyone else was given a cup when they ordered, and asked if they wanted ketchup, not me, had to ask 3 times for my cup. I would have to think twice about returning. Customer service skills could use a little polish.

Wow that's extremely sorry service!! Lady took my order for a medium vanilla shake, told me to pull around to the window & I waited for about 7 minutes and they turned out the lights and closed up after taking my order. I asked her where's my shake through the glass door, but she just ignored me. I will never spend money with this establishment...I don't care for Burger King anyway. I just wanted a shake. If they were not willing to fill the order, then they should have said, "Sorry we're closed".

Third bad experience at this location so I’m finally giving a review, I wish I could give a 0 but 1 is the minimum! The lady taking the order was very rude , when asking questions she was no helping and giving attitude, when we got to the window I asked to add an extra burger( there was no one else in line) and she just plain said “no” go around. I will not visit this location again for sure. If your staff don’t like working/attending Cust, maybe they shouldn’t be working there!!

I will admit when I hear Burger King I don't think much of it. To be honest, I haven't had it in years. This location however did really impress me. Quick orders, VERY hot food, and the location itself was as clean as a gas station fast food place can be. I say it like that because let's be honest, it's impossible to be impeccably clean in a location like this, but I was impressed on it's cleanliness. I'll actually be going back while I'm here. Very good experience.

One of the worst BK I have ever been to always out of something bacon one day cheese sticks the next marinara the day after that.i pass this place daily and it's easy for me to grab a bite to eat and keep going with my day.they seriously need new management that orders enough food to at least serve people.the service is shoddy at best and you are the problem when you ask for food off the menu that they don't have .the answer is always we will have it tomorrow

Giving it one star because I can't give it negative 5 stars!! Order online and came to pick up and the store was closed! It was still 10:20 not 11! Manager was rude and told me to get out while I was trying g to explain to her that I had already made an online order which I PAID and wasted my gas money to pick up! Corporate should see this Burger King and fire the manager! Hopefully they see this because they gave really bad service.

When a kid in the lobby was crying their staff took action and help calm them down the best they can.

I’m giving it a 1 because last night it was around 9pm I was at the drive through for about a few minutes. I then pulled up to the window come to find out their was three guys inside just sitting down hiding. They didn’t want to take my order. I then Honked, one guy came to the window said their system was down. I then asked for his name he refused to give it to me he was so rude that he just closed the window. The other two guys were laughing.

I was a cook here restaurant is dirty employees do not was hands and the the gm Xiomara is ruled and dose not train employees on food safety and also they sell old and spoiled product please check food or don't EAT here at all for your safety Kitchen is very unclean and the dish are never washed properly just sprayed and dipped in water to make look clean also the restaurant is understaffed and very unprofessional to produce quality foods

CLOSE THIS PLACE DOWN!!! three young guys working there for nothing! The drive thru closes at 11pm but they hide and make the place look like its closed since 10:20pm. I took the time to knock on the window multiple times until they finally came out looking annoyed, laughing among themselves and unhappy to take my order. Normally they are really good. Fast service and fresh food. Today on the other hand was different...don't know if they were short staffed. Today was horrible service and the food I ordered wasn't what I ordered...I was missing the French fries from my first order and on my salad it wasn't the salad I ordered / didn't even give me dressing for my salad....so today wasn't good....

Bad service. Burgers were cold as if they had been on ice box. Payed for a bacon and cheese whopper, got a plain burger... no bacon, no cheese. Had to reheat burgers and fries in the microwave even though I live 2min from the place. Crazy how there’s 5 amployees, no customers, take over 15 min to give me my order and somehow it’s STILL wrong.

I made the mistake of getting food here after getting food here a couple years ago and both times I have gotten food poisoning on my vacation beacuse I got the chicken sandwich both times and it ruined my time!!!! Don't waste your time or money here unless you want to get sick from their "food"!!!!!!

The whopper junior has gotten smaller. The cashier didn't hear that I wanted my whopper junior with cheese. They put cold cheese on it at the window and had an attitude when I asked for it heated so the cheese could melt. I literally hadn't been to a Burger King in a year and won't go back to this one.

Burgers are good. You can taste the difference in the cooking process, they use an open flame grill. The fries are not my favorite though.

not very well organized & covid cash handling process is well intended (put change in plastic bucket for customer to remove themselves) but probably spreads more germs than preventing since container is actually touched by every customer unwashed hands & money.....

Kyriea is the best cashier I've ever had at burger king, she always gets my order correct and I'm definitely coming back because of her. She always has a wonderful smile on her face towards her customers.

It's been a long time since I've eaten here but the breakfast is still as good as it used to be. The French Toast Sticks were awesome and the Sausage, Egg, and Cheese Croissant was mouth watering.

We stopped in here while waiting to pick up a family member from the airport. The manager was so friendly and gave us complimentary soft serve ice cream just to be nice!

Always a great place to grab a veggie burger. They always make em when you order and they take extra pre cautions to ensure your burger is handled carefully and quickly!

Flame-broiled is always great! As an "inside a gas station" restaurant, it looks small from the outside. In reality, this BK is nice, roomy, clean, with very nice staff.

Supposed to close at 10 for inside service, 11 for drive through. but at 9:45 the workers decided to lock up and call it a night.
