"This Burlington is much better organized and cleaner than others I've been to"
I came to this department store to buy some stuff. There are a lot of sections they have. I can see clothes for women, men and also for some kids. Some of their products are expensive and some are not. I can see one pair of pants that are stretchable. It has a thin fabric. But when I saw the price it was too expensive for me. It's not worth the price. While roaming around I can see some boxes are on the floor. It can trip someone when they are in a hurry or haven't seen it. They should put it in a wide space or in their storage room. I also see some clothes that are not hanging well. Some of it is already in the floow and I can't see any staff arranging it. There were few staff when I came here. I just gave this department store a 3 stars rating.
Managers and cashier is very rude and unprofessional. No customer service . Black cashiers will use profanity disrespect harass customers who not doing any wrong toward them. The manager will allow and listen to the cashier thats committing wrong than disciplining her cashier. As far as I know customers comes first. Also you have black loss prevention following black customers but never walks by the white customers. This location have 2 or 3 cashiers with 20 or more customers in line, while the rest employees walking around doing no work the manage needs to be fired and that fat cashier lady as well. that treats customers rudely. Anyway they barely get business. Just shut this Burlington down. They all lazy an getting paid for no duties.
I purchased a suitcase 6 days back and wanted to return it on 7th day it as I felt the suitcase wheels are not working as expected. so when i went to return it the store manager TALISHA JACKSON behaved so rude to me and said she cant accept return as its used. I said I will come to know the suitcase perfection only by using it also I said I wouldn't have known if the wheels are moving perfect without using it. I am still not sure how burlington appoints supervisors who doesn't know how to behave to customers. Very bad customer relationship

This Burlington is much better organized and cleaner than others I've been to. I always see staff reorganizing items and cleaning the floor. It's well stocked and well organized for a discount store. Only complaint is that sometimes the discount really isn't as great as the price tag is made to seem. Some things are a great deal, others not so much. Free 1.5hr parking with validation in the lot (entrance on Clinton St)
This Burlington is no good avoid it , false advertising when it comes to hours of operation, they close the store half to an hour before advertised on multiple occasions so consider that and employees don't want to work the manager is rude here's a picture, and she obviously does not maximize profits for this company if the close way earlier then advertised just to clean sounds like management issues
The spanish and the black casher these two ladies when they work together , its a night mare for asian ppl , i saw these two lady who work on 11/29/22 3:50 pm, the purple hair latino cashier yelling to an older asian lady chinese pig, and another black cashser was laughing about them , i felt very upset for the customer, im was just watching the whole things happened there
This is really a store where you can have everything within budget. Not only clothes you will get many household items like bathroom essentials, kitchen essentials, bedroom essentials, shoes, limited food items. Also here you will find items according to the season fall, winter, summer. Prices are cheap compared to Chicago market but quality is also good.
I came in to get some mens cologne and walked around this vast store of everything. The trick to survive the Burlington purchase bite is to go for one thing specific and stick to it otherwise it can get quite pricey here designer labels and brands along with deals and steals we all appreciate! Thanks Burlington CF.
I do have to say compared to other Burlington's this is the most organized and clean one I seen. Also the variety of option in clothing and shoes seem a bit fancier than most of the other locations. Definitely one of my favorite burlington stores to come and shop in, always great variety at great prices.
The store is good. I didn't have any problems really. Just an fyi though for those being dragged along to shop. There are not many outlets (I found 2) in the store so charge your phone properly! That's good practice to have in general though...
Burlington nice place to shop but they need to hire more cashiers it's a shame that the line is 40 ft long when you go to Burlington and that's my experience with Burlington's other than that it's nice place to shop for Discount
It’s a clothing store with no fitting rooms. I hope you’re good at eyeballing sizes. For a place with little parking they want you to keep coming back to return items that may not fit.
There are plenty of good finds if you are willing to look. I found a basketball but ended up leaving it cause the checkout line was so long. Good deals!
This store has a little more than others and it is very organized. Though they seem to lack employees and you should expect long lines on the weekends
I love this location, everyone is so wonderful with their customer service. Thank you for your awesome services to Rose and Ashante. Great job!
wonderful & friendly cashier's great clothing selection from dresses jackets hats purses and living room kitchen items lovely reasonable prices
Convenient location. I recommend going during the week , because on the weekend this place is packed. I really love their home decor section.
