Joanne is a fantastic Rental Manager. I'm very fortunate to have Joanne as my rental manager. She has consistently been very efficient and absolutely dedicated to her job. She's always been there to answer any of my questions and concerns. She's also extremely knowledgeable on the rental market trends and issues. Over 20 years now I've rented, multiple suburbs all over Geelong and Melbourne and a few years ago I landed in Footscray. I went through multiple inspections and applications, I drove all around Maribyrnong and the surrounding areas to find a place. Burnham had shown me multiple properties and the agents were some of the kindest. Now 3 years later I am still living in a Burnham controlled rental, the team have responded to every issue speedily and professionally. During Covid they were reasonable and asked only for pictures as an inspection. I have honestly had nothing but positive experiences with this team and would definitely recommend to anyone looking to move to the area to consider this team to help find a property.

We rented a house through Burnham for more than 2 years. The service provided by them was exceptional. Whenever there was an issue with anything in the house it was always address fast. Even when moving out the entire process was seamless. Rachel was very helpful through out the entire process even when the owner of the house got too busy to approve the deposit refund, Rachel followed that up and got it sorted for us.
