"Food is amazing, quality - portions - service"
I miss when burrito gallery had a fuller menu. I used to love the black bean taco. Now it's super limited and just subpar. Bartender was very friendly but a lot of things were out of stock like agave which was needed for many of the cocktails . I'll be picking a different spot next time I'm downtown or doing artwalk. Just a sad little burritto bowl. I asked for extra lettuce and paid extra for chips. My meal came out cold, devoid of much flavor, missing my salsa, guac, chips and extra lettuce. The rolled quesadillas were literally cold tortillas filled with unmelted shredded cheese. What happened BG?? You used to be good! More
Horrible experience with the food. We ordered two shrimp burritos, the shrimp tasted like they were going bad and the rice in the burrito was cold. Ordered large burrito but it looked xs. This place used to be good not sure what happened. Maybe their other locations are better but avoid this one at all cost. More
Great service, food was fresh! Heard good reviews about this place and had to stop by on the way down to Orlando! Dalton, specifically was such a. sweetheart and of great help! He definitely impacted our experience and is the reason we will be returning customers. More
Food is amazing, quality - portions - service. Everything from initial snacks and chips to the burrito to the drinks to the dessert! Great atmosphere with outside seating. Special thanks to Moe! Had some excellent caramel stuffed churros! Can’t wait to come back! More
This place was great. I ordered the chicken fajita burrito and chips. The burrito was very flavorful and just the right size. This is a must go to if you’re near the downtown area. Service was fast and the staff were very friendly and helpful. More
I saw they had a taco Tuesday special on their online menu, but when I went to the downtown location they didn’t have it. So I ordered the $10 mission style burrito, which came out much smaller than the cashier told me it was going to be. More
Very disappointed in the quality of the service, food and cleanliness. I am not from town, so I can’t speak for the chain. When I walked in I was astonished & disappointed by the paint smell from the ‘renovations,’ how the lobby was crowded
On tour with my band and a few of us stopped in. Food was good. But what was GREAT was Dee. So friendly and made sure we had what we needed. Idk if she runs the place but would be idiotic if she doesn’t. She told us she would stay open for
Love this place. I very much enjoyed the chicken tacos as well and chips and queso. Highly recommend. Dee was the bartender and she is awesome. She was very attentive, efficient, and had a great sense of urgency with taking care of guests.
We were on our one hour lunch break trying to find some place open downtown while this storm was hitting. Ron was on the porch taking in the furniture and took us in and took excellent care of us! He could have very easily turned us away,
I came in , it was pretty late everything else around walking distance was closed fortunately this nice cozy little pace was open. they were very nice to me considering I was very agitated didn't have much money cuz my car had been stolen
Came by after a comedy show and had some insane nachos and quesadillas. Shay was very kind at the register. Then Dalton brought our food out with such a good attitude. He brought us a churro (we only ordered one) and said “wait a second”
Very dirty and understaffed. Went at about 7:45pm but only one girl was working. All our orders came out at weird times or cold. I had the nachos - they were good, the chicken was flavorful. Service was awful though - slow, disorganized,
Me and my work crew went there for lunch pretty close to open. Me and my friend had a beef burrito, mission style, and was absolutely horrible. Weird taste like it was leftovers from last night. Barely warm food, chips and salsa were
The table was wet and dirty. I asked for plates for the chips we got since we were sharing an appetizer. The lady slapped down a wet dirty plate in front of me. When my tacos were on the same plate as my boyfriends. I had to ask for
My group of thirteen went here for dinner right after the FL/GA game. This influx of customers did not phase them one bit! From entering we had nothing but a great experience. They were so thoughtful to tell us that there was table
I loved the trivia we got to do with our friends! It was supposed to be on the patio but it was raining and they accommodated by doing it at the bar and we got to control the music it was so cute ! Fresh food and nice drinks !
The environment was great! There is a nice patio are. The bar has seats inside and outside. The food was very good. There wasnt a long wait. Friendly staff. They have Margaritas to go! Great place for Taco Tuesday's! More
I ordered a wet burrito. They did not have knives. The food tasted like dirty mop water and the restaurant was filthy. The server laid a receipt directly on top of an order of nachos when she walked it to the table. More
My wife and I stopped in for dinner and had the best experience. The staff were warm and welcoming. The food was great. Our server Dalton was exceptional and even gave us a churro for free! Definitely recommend! More
Cute atmosphere in Jacksonville. Food seemed fresh but nothing out of this world. The blackened shrimp burrito had some okay flavor but was just a little soggy for my liking and fell apart after a few bites.
First time here. Excellent food. Maurice came out to personally ask how my food was and if I liked his choice of vendor for the flavor and chicken I had on my burrito. Best I've had in a while. Thanks! More
Great little spot downtown. Customer service was good too. Ordered takeout and was pleased that my nacho toppings were all packed separately. Everything was fresh and was plenty left over for dinner. More
This sign is in the bathroom. What the hell?? Bar not open, out of a bunch of things on the menu. No music playing, so it is eerily quite. No ice available. I remember when this used to be THE SPOT. More
The staff was really nice, but they were out of almost everything I asked for, and it took forever to get my food. There was no music to create an inviting atmosphere, and the tables were dirty. More
My favorite downtown happy hour and taco spot. I love the back porch seating area for the vibe especially the live DJ’s. Kaitlyn was awesome she took care of me and Kingsley More
I literally almost forgot to take a pic of my food!! I had the taco Tuesday special buy1 taco get one half off, I tried the beef, shrimp, and steak. They were all very !
Just finished an absolutely amazing open faced steak burrito. The meat was so flavorful and tender. I was craving steak and this absolutely hit the spot.
