Filthy place. The owner shows that he/she doesn't care about the customer. There are no baskets, the restroom is locked. Theres nowhere to wash your hands after you've touched your dirty clothes. In the summer it is hot like a sauna in there. They have about 25 washers only 10 work. They put notes on the machines saying out of order and there are about 20 dryers only half of those work. I think the owner doesn't want to maintain the machines so he just has a limited amount of washers and dryers. The prices are ok. There's no one there Incase the machines keep your money. It's a shame that someone barely has enough money to do wash they have to hope the machine is working because they'll lose their money and won't get their clothes washed. This place really should be looked at by the BBB. I think the owner just wants to make his profit and doesn't care about the customers. There are homeless washing clothes over filling the machines spilling food and trash on the floor there aren't even paper towels if someone spills a drink or laundry soap. I spilled softener on the floor and looked everywhere for something to clean it up. Someone can slip and fall even if I got it up. I found some 711 bags and got up what I could. I have to come here because I can't take the bus somewhere else. I'm not going to pay $5 extra dollars to the laundry mat

Busy bee laundromat has a lot of machines but most of them don't work . The washing machines are multiple load washers and are reasonably priced. The place was reasonably maintained. it's machines except quarters only and there is a change machine and a vending machines for snacks and beverages there is limited counter space for folding and have no baskets on wheels to move clothing from one machine to the other. The place wasn't very crowded at the time of my visit midday on the weekend the neighborhood has a lot of displaced persons wondering about but posed no threat and the place is well lit up and has no public restroom there is a 7-Eleven next door really purchases you may need to get the vacation does not offer plenty of parking. I'll let all it wasn't about experience having to do wrong today provided your expectations aren't too high I would go again and recommend it to your friend

I love this Laundromat!! First off because they DO NOT recycle their water. I don't know about you but when I go to a laundromat and pay to wash and dry my clothes I do not want to be washing my undergarments with water that has been through 5 other people's clothing. Busy Bee IS all FRESH! The staff was incredibly awesome with me as last time I went to do my laundry I had a fractured foot, was on crutches, and hoping around. The incredible women who works there helped me wrap my fractured foot (I washed my bandages) and brought tears to my eyes that some people still care for other people! Great people running Busy Bee and the only Laundromat I know my clothes will actually come out clean! :)

This laundromat should be shut down. There's no bathroom!!!! Ppl are going 2 sit and watch their close for a minimum of 45 minutes or more..it might even be illegal to not have a bathroom. There is also not a public restroom near by. On top of that the there's no laundry baskets or carts to haul your clothes from the washing machines to the dryer. The second row of machines was flooding but no staff on-site to address. I also lost 50 cents in one of the machines. I will never go here again even though it's a bit cheaper than the one I'm used to going to..get real new management before you get reported to the health department.

Fantastic it's now open 24 hours because that neighborhood needs it, but sad to see a large number of both washers and dryers out of order. Also, there were a number of lights out that made me feel uncomfortable as a single, older female.I remember when it's hours were limited and nearly all the machines were operational and brightly lit. Maybe 18 hrs a day rather than 24 to save that overhead, repair the machines and replace bulbs. I got the impression that the ownership has changed and that could possibly explain the change in appearance and service. The machines that work do work very well and are reasonably priced.

The outside appearance is a bit rundown, but the inside was kept clean, and other than a few out of service machines , the ones we used worked well. It's not one of the new high-tech places, so bring quarters or dollar bills for the coin changing machine. A soap machine was available but only had one choice at the time. The interior showed signs of wear and tear, but while I was there, two people were taking pictures. Maybe in the future, there will be some remodeling done, which would improve the look. Bottom line, machines worked and clothes got cleaned.

Since I was here last, they have let things go, stay broken, unattended, filthy dirty homeless come in sit stink up place. No where to use bathroom or get help if needed any. Place has dropped in ratings terribly. I will be looking for a new laundry mat. Busy Bee, get your act together. Place has gone to the crapper quickly.well got worse, no toliet paper, can only go number 1. Has the board of health or better business checked this place out? It should. Things broken, bathroom in bad shape, no soap, toliet paper. Dirty, never cleaned. Stinks.

Ghetto. Half of the machines don't work. But, the rest of the washers and dryers worked just fine. There was this young man that was a little nuisance and kept making it feel uncomfortable or unease for the ones who was washing their clothes. I did not see him not once pull any clothes from the washer or dryer. He was just their hanging out. I think this place would be better if there is a security guard present. I really like that it is opened 24 hours.

The washers and dryers are reasonably priced but sometimes, they break down. The inside isn't as clean as it should be. It could just be the old building but the last time I went, there was a hole in the ceiling that had concrete hanging down from it. The guy that work(ed) there was flirting with me so I stopped going alone but I haven't seen him for a few months. The other guy that works there is really nice and helpful just a little hyper.

This place was awful and scary it's in a bad part of town and everything is in Spanish the employees own another spot In the same shopping center but clearly they don't keep up in any of their properties there was water damage done to the ceiling the machines were covered in old soap and bleach, the "bigger" washers didn't hold that much and the place reeked of sewer. I would not recommend this place to anyone unless you like filth

This was the closest to my casino so I went down to wash my clothes. Neighborhood is not good but that is not the laundromats fault. Well I walked in and a woman and man were engaged in some none laundromat activities, although she cleaned something for him. Then there was a guy in there snorting something and then he started talking to himself. I still wanted to wash my clothes but their dispenser for soap was taped off. I left.

Busy Bee is as convenient as can be. It's open 24 hours and has free WiFi. As with most laundromats, a few of the machines are out of order, so pay attention before you start dropping quarters in. I had a couple of questions and Carl the attendant helped me out. There's a 7/11 next door if you need a snack. They carry detergent, so you're not just limited to the powdered Tide in the dollar per load dispenser in the Busy Bee.

We needed a laundromat service as we were travelling from Vegas to Mexico and needed some of our clothes washed. We were able to get the deuce bus down to the last stop and then it was just a 10 minute work up the road. The service was brilliant and very reasonable. We left our Laundry with the guy and came back 2 hours later to all our clothes folder and packed away nicely.

  • Christopher Sommervold

It's a convention place to do laundry, and the new management is doing a good job keeping the place going. Would give more stars, but it's not 24 hours, sometimes the machines don't work and aren't marked (but they are GREAT as issuing refunds when requested & verified) and they could use a few onsite employees. Other than that I'm good with doing my laundry here.

  • Lovey Rankin

Very Clean $2.00 small front load washer .50cent dryer. I use to go before they had a fire, glad to see them back open. Just hope they get the window fixed soon because its plywood over the front window so it kind of gives the impression their closed. They added a water softener so the clothes get really clean and soft.

  • Frank Walklin

Worst laundry mat EVER. Crazy homeless people are allowed to stay on site and pester you for cigarettes and money add that to the fact that more than half of the machines are out of order makes for a horrible experience. Hell they don't even have an ATM machine so you can get quarters to do your laundry with.

  • Miracle Girl

Took my comforter here. Man snorted drugs and began harrassing me. Homeless people with urine soaked wet foul odor dirty clothes placing them in dryer without washing. This can contaminate the dryer with feces, urine, bacteria, HIV, HepC, scabies, lice who knows what? Serious infectous disease hazard.

  • steven lowe

I always like coming here. My complex charges $1.75 to wash, and $1.50 to dry. For that money I can use a double load front loader, and know my clothes will come out clean. Always washers and dryers available. Glad they changed their business hours to 24hrs. The change machine is the bomb too.

  • Juicyloo2

I recently relocated to Las Vegas and, needing a new laundromat, I gave Busy Bee Laundromat a try. I was impressed with the cleanliness, availability of new equipment, and laundry supplies. There was even a recycling bin which is really appreciated. I will definitely go back here again.

  • Gareth Jones

Change machine and detergent dispenser available on site. Easy walk from downtown hotels. Triple load washers $2.75 per wash. Drying $0.25 per 7 minutes. Plenty of space and seating and has a customer restroom available. Echo previous comments on 7/11 next door. Very handy for coffee!

  • Angela Silver

Lost my $5.00 as soon as I get in there. It was clean and tidy. It's located in a very sketchy neighborhood. A huge fight broke out as I got out of my car. Then, 10 minutes later, another car joined in, and the fight got scarier. I washed my clothes and left never dried them.

  • Anthony Reynolds

This place isn’t bad but 70% of the washers and dryer’s are out of service. Is it really that hard to get these things fixed. I’m 100% sure all of them didn’t stop working at the same time. If you budget and fix them as they break you wouldn’t run into this huge issue.

  • Heidi Miller

Half the machines r out of order, the bathroom is dirty, the homeless and bumbs r allowed to hang out in and around the mat bothering the people doing their laundry, it is close to town and convenient and next to a few stores but dont take ur eyes off ur stuff.

  • Francisco Raposo

I can't really tell you how good their service is because I stood around for 10 minutes waiting for an employee to show up to get fluff and fold service and no one showed up. Don't advertise a service if you're not going to have anyone there to provide it.

  • Adalhi Montes

Its a small laundry mat I would not visit at night or alone if I was a girl ( no security on site) besides that you will find a 711 next to it prices are like other laundries. There is no restroom because of covid. Cool places near by are a bakery (:

  • Timothy Riley

Washer worked but there were a lot that didn't. Seems like they don't have repair people. Lots of dryers don't work either. Not a clean place as lots of homeless hang around. Is the big problem in the area. The homeless goof everything up for all.

  • Edson Tan

This laundromat seems old. I saw half the machines were out of order, but the rest work well enough. The dryers are decent. The place is kept clean and there was an associate watching the place. I wouldn't recommend coming here if you have

  • Marsha Tally

It’s fine in a pinch small and about half the machines broken. One dryer stole my quarter but meh. Dryers are NOT hot. The sign about the soft water might be better used at the front and not half hidden in the back blocking several machines

  • Lisamarie Hughes

The washers and dryers are clean and look new. There's a quarter machine located in the back of the building. Laundry detergent is sold for 75 cents. Also, there's a TV inside to keep you occupied as you wait for your clothes to wash/dry.

  • khang duong

I visit las vegas and i look for a place to do laundry. Couple gangsters and homeless around this place. I have to wear sun glasses and show my tatoos so they can scare me. After that, i go into my car and run the hell out of this place.

  • Alex jessica

Prices are fair. The wash is also okay. Dryers dont really work sometimes. Too many homeless people around. Always stay inside incase they try to run with your things. Area attracts all the low life so be prepared for ghetto people.

  • Alicia Brown

Most of the machines are out of order, the soap vending machine was out of order, the only thing that worked was the change machine. No comfortable place to sit while your laundry is washing, the whole place is just in disrepair.

  • JMarie Moore

I would strongly recommend not going here. Price is high, no bathroom dryers are shady. Patronage is shadier and to top it off there is no baskets for your laundry. I miss the days when things were done right. Do better

  • Liz Bremenour

Horrible location Homeless hang out ask for money U have to keep a eye on your Laundry homeless person tried to steal my laundry only a few machines work . Now that my building has new washer and dryer Not ever again

  • Greg Olson

The old manager gone it was shady than . Now just some part system tells something every few minutes. Almost 50% of dryers dont work. Doubt if I'll go back it's worse than when shady manager was there.

  • Thomas Cooper

With all the equipment for washing and drying clothes only a handful of the machines are available. Front window of the business has not been repaired in a while. Restrooms are off limits to customers.

  • Brandon & Drey

My go-to laundry mat. $2.75 to wash in the triple load machines. $1.00 to dry for 28 min (full load with towels normally dry) $1.25 is 35 minutes. $1.50 is 42 minutes. 7-eleven right next door.

  • Gloria Jones

Nice quiet place, clean. Safe, big screen tv to watch while doing laundry. Lots of assortment of washers, plenty of dryers. Has a change machine also. Cold soda machine. 7-11 store next door.

  • Nimref Coblong

Very clean and organized! Decor is cute for a laundromat and pricing was fair. Plus, the 7/11 next door is very convenient. Overall, it was a great experience; I would definitely return.

  • Timothy Riley

New owner. More machines work. Very busy now Saturday mornings. Prices still the same. Bathroom not always open due to too many homeless trying to use. All and all good change

  • Sharlene Samaco

I love going to this laundrymat! Worker is very helpful and friendly. The machines are always clean and ready to go. The pricing are very reasonable compare to other places.

  • Jose Loza Aguilar

Depending on the time you visit it's a decent place but can definitely be sketchy at times the prices are good, I've personally never had a problem washing here

  • Chris Read

Nice and clean, no homeless hanging out when I visited. A couple of machines were out of order but still plenty avaliable and I had no issues

  • Tubby Cuh (biggtubbz72)

Do not come here!!! The change machines don't work. The hot water doesn't work and it took 10mins before the machines filled up with water

  • Martin Hernandez

Under new management. Machines are getting upgraded and new softwater system. Be patient on the machines, only a dozen are available.

  • Terri Brooks

Very clean. Owner very helpful & friendly. I came back for dad's final. I brought my dirty clothes with me so get them washed there.

  • Hermina Ghenu

It's not as bad as the reviews here would suggest. Don't get me wrong, it's not a fancy place. But it got the job done.

  • wael kheshfe

Great place, although some machines are out of service but still a lot of them doable, very easy friendly to use

  • Zac

Clean laundromat, some machines out of order, but plenty free for our laundry

  • Pamela Martinez

They keep it clean and the machines usually work great.
