I had a disappointing experience in Busyfeet & Coco earlier today. I was waiting at the counter (while wearing a mask), waiting for the staff member to take my order. After a few minutes of looking elsewhere, he turned to me and said "I don't know what's wrong with you." i was obviously surprised and didnt understand why he was rude to me when i hadn't done anything wrong. It turned out he thought i was with another customer who had already ordered. He could have simply apologised for the misunderstanding instead of making me feel uncomfortable and embarassed. It's not my intention to get anyone into trouble but i just would have appreciated an apology from the staff member involved. Apart from that, the food is nice so i would recommend the cafe on that basis.
Popped in just to have a cold drink, noticed it wasn’t busy at all which was perfect, one or two tables occupied inside. Ordered two lemonades at the bar by the door, bartender responds ‘do you want them now?’ Well yes that’s the idea isn’t it? He then tells us to take a tablr and somebody will be down to take our order, strange as it was just a cold lemonade we wanted, we could see them in the fridge behind the bar. Sitting down close to 20 minutes and not one of the three waiters in the cafe even glanced our direction. I also noticed another couple that came in and left before us for the same reason, three waiters on and left sitting for 20 minutes while the place was dead? Take your money to the Metro just across the street.
Worst customer service ever. Waiting staff were nice but meal arrived without half ingredients. When l spoke to supervisor he was offensively rude & charged full price anyway. Total rip off & unpleasant experience. And meal bland due to missing flavours! Not surprised place was empty. Wouldn't darken that door again. I never write online reviews, good or bad, but so shocked at this experience l had to!!! Worst ever. Literally. And to top it all he told me that l seemed fussy & wasn't the type of customer they like... that l.should go elsewhere. Obnoxious would be mild!!! I presume l had the honour of meeting person also named in several other reviews below!!!
We went there for lunch. I orderd tea and melting salami sandwitch which was great but very small for a price of 8 euro. The place looks good by I hated the fact that tables are so close to each other... You cant pass by to your table without pushing another with your bum which is ridiculous. Another thing is that I ordered smoothie for takeway, I got it in a glass and when I asked the waitress if she can change it for plastic cup she came back with only half of it... I don't think I will be coming back there...
We stopped here 2-3 weeks ago as we wanted t find some nice Irish coffee. The place at the time offered only takeaway and we got an Irish coffee in take away cup - Great, although it was served and tasted really bad. One had a bit of whipped cream on top, the other one almost none and we could not drink it - horrible taste. I would have to be convinced with some great thing if I want to come back. (I do believe that they probably have good things as well, but our experience was unfortunately not so good).
Cute cafe on William St South. Despite being busy we were seated quickly by friendly staff. Great atmosphere. Orders taken and food promptly arrived. The breakfast bagel was absolutely delicious, egg, sausage, bacon & Ballymaloe relish - YUM! My husband really enjoyed his breakfast too, which was no problem despite not being on the menu! Perfectly brewed cups of tea arrived in to-go cups as requested! Great staff, great food, great service meant a great start to our sightseeing day in Dublin!
Great place to go for a nice bite in town. The burgers, whilst not served with fries, are incredible! The accompanying salad is decent but the burgers themselves are some of the best in Dublin. The falafel is really tasty also and comes served in a wrap. The staff were efficient, the prices were reasonable, and you can get a couple of beers and (I think) wine here also if you prefer. They also have good coffee here too. I always enjoy going here and will go back.
Cannot praise this little gem enough. The food is beyond amazing , in my opinion and several friends from the States , it is the best breakfast in Dublin. What makes it for me is the absolute attention from the lovely staff , there is a great team here and they really look after everyone so well and always ready for a little chat etc. I am a regular and always receive such a warm welcome from all concerned. Keep doing it guys , we love you. Dave
My friend and I stumbled upon this cafe while looking for somewhere to grab a nice supper. We are not from Ireland, so we didn't really know where to go. Our waitress was attentive and delightful and I had what was probably the best salad I have ever eaten. The gluten free cake was amazing also. I was sad we didn't discover this place until one of our last nights in town- we would have gone there again if we had time. Until next time!
Had the Coco Burger and a Beer in the sunshine outside watching the bustle of Sth William Street go by. A great Friday early evening unwind. Atmosphere and staff make it very welcoming, and I’ve been grabbing my morning coffee from here now too. Happy to recommend.

I Was there today for a coffee, it wasn't bad but there is an issue with the staff hygiene. One of the waitresses had a very long kind a curly hair and they were just left loose without any elastic band or anything.....dealing with food and drinks. It didnt leave a good taste in my mouth after all. This kind of things are just basics but they are very important, because who would like to find a long hair in their food or a coffee?
Tandoori chicken sandwich was one of the best sandwiches I've EVER had - wow!!! Still thinking about it now and I ate it yesterday Highly recommend this sambo, chicken was tender and bursting with flavour, every element thought out... truly a work of art! To top it off, the girl serving us was very friendly and sambos came within 10 mins of ordering Nothing bad to say, Busyfeet and Coco is really a hidden gem!
The place and ambient is quite nice however bit cold inside. The price is very high related to the quality of food. I ordered toast and egg (8€) with sausages (4€ for 2!) And eggs royale (with salmon) the hollandaise sauce clearly was made with margarine, very bad! The quality of the products for sure can be said that is similar or inferior to lidl products. Service was okay. Unfortunately I don't want to be back
Awful breakfast experience, didn’t ask me how I wanted my eggs on the traditional breakfast and they came poached (weird default?!?) the ‘fresh’ orange juice was dilute disgusting, best I can say for them is they can open a can of beans. This place used to be a really nice little cafe, I don’t know why they still bother the staff clearly don’t care

Very underwhelming. Totally overpriced. €8 for a cheese and tomato sandwich. Flavourless and not even a side salad. Very disappointing to say the least. Reply to owner: Sorry for my mistake. However, it was less about the price and more about the standards. Seems you have no interested to improve the quality or flavours of your food. No seasoning and served on a paper plate.
We came to this place every week for a year. Today We sit outside 4-5 friends drink like 6-7 cofees, one of us eat food. In 2 hours they bring the bill. This is so rude if you are a regular and if you eat/drink something rather than water. They said they need the table( the rest of the tables are not full) and its business sorry. You lost us guys :(
Went for midweek breakfast. Staff are lovely and friendly but possibly the worst breakfasts we’ve ever been served. (Scrambled egg like airplane food, Avon on toast with greasy, undercooked bacon) Won’t be back

Was here at noon, I lose my patience waiting for someone to come over and take my food order. Finished my coffee and left unsatisfied and hungry. I understand if it was busy while I was there but it wasn't and 3 members of staff standing there and looking at you. Next door was very busy at the same time and got served straight away.
Had the buttermilk chicken burger and it was honestly only fine - it was two goujons and a bit of slaw on the top essentially, the fries cost extra. I was a bit disappointed. Staff handed you the food without asking if you needed anything else and didn’t come around with water.

Nice little place - only got some matcha latte and soup. Both were pretty good so I'll be looking to try their dinners sometime. Place was quiet, surprised not more people are in it but staff were very welcoming and nice.

One of my favourite Dublin casual cafés and the Gluten-free peanut, caramel and chocolate cake is divine altogether. Really friendly attentive staff. They have some indoor and some outdoor seating so there's something to suit whatever the weather. The bathroom is unisex so it's trans friendly too if that's a concern.
Went there to catch up with some friends the management kicked us out saying it was a bad weather (does he realize we are in Ireland?) and that there wasn't enough clients to justify the cafe to be open. Staff was great though. People like this are despicable. We where 8 people in case you are wondering.
the only negative thing I could think of is that we waited a bit longer than other guests. the classic burger was great and so was everything else. I'd love to visit again

Friendly waiters, good choice of drinks/food and a good price. Only had a hot chocolate but it was delicious and came with marshmallows on top. Unfortunately it was a bit cold in there and it seemed a bit cheap (menu cards for example) but a good place to have a coffee (espresso 2€) and a chat.
Staff were really friendly, busy Sunday morning. Eggs benedict was great, eggs perfect hollandaise delicious. Full breakfast good value, ingredients decent quality, although oh unsure about the sausage, could be total personal preference. Coffee good also, was busy but service timings good
I was super excited to have an avocado toast, and I got really disappointed with my order. The bread wasn't property toast, the avocado was tasteless. The crispy potatoes weren't crispy at all. I ordered fresh orange juice and I was served juice from the box. The staff is friendly.
Happy to escape the rain in this lovely cafe full of beautiful energy. Love discovering shining stars while traveling. People who make a difference in your day. Julia is a shining star. Everyone here is amazing. Best matcha green latte and almond croissant ever.
Total waste of money. I ordered a glass of prosecco for 7euros and got a third of a paper cup filled with some prosecco with no bubbles, that I managed to have transferred to a plastic cup (see pic). The matcha tea was fine. The dessert we
Good location but: Flat prosecco (which was served in wine glasses). Sent back to order Sauvignon Blanc instead, but they had ran out. "Bruschetta" was served on one big slice of toast which didn't make sense. Please improve on your quality
As I was told by many friends, and as I myself witnessed and experienced, this is actually the filthiest place in Dublin with dirty foods and plates and utensils. Moreover, the rubbish male staff are very uncivilised and very rude indeed,
Such a cute brunch spot with amazing staff. Must try the nachos and french toast, it's very cheappp too

Food and coffee were alright, but a little pricey. Staff seemed bothered and rolled their eyes even when I didn't say anything and wanted to pay the bill for the meal ♂️

This place has seriously gone downhill. Used to do lovely food but we went in today and the food was of very poor quality especially considering the price. Tiny overcooked eggs, cheap sausages and reheated potato cubes
Lovely soup and sandwich here. Had a really nice oat cappuccino too. The staff were really friendly and kind. Service was good. Seating outdoors was good, indoors lines cozy too. Looking forward to coming back soon
Always good food, friendly staff and cosy deco. Goats cheese salad is my fav. There's a sense of intimacy even though it's in the busy center. Recommended: they should serve bigger bottles of normal water...
Great little cafe, with helpful staff. Perfectly situated in a mostly pedestrianised city center. The coffee was good with nice awnings to keep the rain off in case of rain. Plenty of outside seating.
Halal chicken and beef (do confirm first). Sandwiches and other dishes were quite good. Didn’t expect it to be that good, will definitely visit again.

Love this place for brunch or lunch. Sourdough melts are my go to, and the coffee is always great. Staff are very friendly and remember you when you come back regularly. Would definitely recommend
Everytime I have a chance I go there for a sandwich and the house soup. Really recommend it! Update on review: went there since it became Mimi and now they don't have my favourite sandwich.
Lovely place to have a quick snack, and staff is the best, so kind and friendly!

I went yesterday with a friend and we were very impressed by the attention paid by staff regarding hygiene. Nice staff, nice tea and coffee and nice brownie!!! I would definitely go back!
Came here for a quick lunch as wasn’t super hungry. Food was ok but considering the price for a sandwich it didn’t wow me at all. But for a quick bite to eat and a refuel stop it was ok!
Really great service. Surprised by this chickpea concoction on their menu. So tasty and hits the spot when you need a snack. Great location and heaters if you want to sit outside.
One of our favourite cafés in Dublin, fantastic sandwiches, excellent coffee, very friendly and efficient service, nice atmosphere inside, sheltered seating area outside...

Great selection of coffee, including oat milk and iced coffee. Great location for a cafe near Grafton street. Good lunch selections, caters to vegetarian and vegan options.
The cafe was really nice. They Accept Bitcoin!! They have a bitcoin ATM in the back too. Pints were pricey at €5.50 tho, but that's what to expect from inner city drinking
I had not been here in years and used to go a lot when in town and happy to say still good. Decor completely changed. It was previously more a cosy cafe now more like
Delicious food at a good price! They were very busy but attentive regardless, and honestly the food was so good I would absolutely go back if I was in the area
Nice spot for brunch and super friendly staff. We did have to wait a while to get our food (~30min) and it came quite cold but apart from that tasty food :)
Cafe which served ice coffee is . Great coffee, sourdough sandwich toasted w cheese is super delicious too! Will definitely return!!! …
Great little corner café! The food was good and the atmosphere was great. Lots of locals came in and out while we were there. That's always a good sign.
Disappointingly disappointing. Used to do a lovely tuna melt, not so lovely anymore. Top tip: don’t order the smoothie: all syrup and no fruit.
Fab spot. Cosy coffee & cake are winners all year round! The chickpea and chorizo stew is a perfect antidote for cold and wet winter weather.
Clearly capitalizing on the location with no interest in serving decent food. Two out of four of our table couldn't even finish their meal.
Excellent value for money. The food is also very good

Such a delicious lunch, simple food, the hummus with marinated paprika and tomato salsa on a side were mind blowing
Clean, reasonably priced cafe, adults had coffee and kids had milkshakes, all were nice. Would recommend this cafe
Fully closed with seats turned up and floors washed at 19.30. Please change your opening hours on google!
This coffee shop doesn’t have WiFi, but it is a lovely and warm coffee shop. Good music and food.
Nice staff. Food was very poor. Half of our table did not even finish their meal.
I loved the duck wings and the chai latte was the best I had in Dublin!
I think I've only seen this cafe outside and it looks very nice.
Cool spot and great value.
