They promised a lot and fell short. The allow a “master key’ to all Buxton Keysborough houses to a third-party stylist and allowed them to enter MY property without notification or authority to empty furniture. I had floors damaged and my personal rug went missing after the stylists were there. When it was brought to Buxton staffs attention they all stepped away feigning confusion about how it happened. This situation hasn’t been rectified and the agents couldnt care less. Be warned they STILL give access to third parties to YOUR home and won’t take responsibility. We were also promised many buyers at our auction and only one serious one turned up. Also the Buxton model of promising agents from other areas access to your home to bring over buyers in doesn't happen. Not one outside agent accessed our home. Really disappointing experience with that team. Wouldnt use again.

The agents were attentive and professional and the office staff made the admin side of everything so easy for us. We really loved that Buxton is a network of offices that have access to buyers all over Melbourne so we weren't just restricting ourselves to a 'local' agent. I don't recommend for any buyer looking to buy the property through this Agent. They look after only Vendor not the Buyer. They know very well how to play with the buyer. We are so disappointed.We have requested again and again to the agent about rubbish to be clear before settlement date. all the rubbish still over there after settlement. Karma will come back to you

Since putting our house sale in the hands of Buxton Estate Agents we have felt happy and at ease. Ozan, Alex and the team were friendly and very professional. They kept regular contact with me, which meant I did not have to chase them at all. Nothing was to much trouble, great service and advice. All in all I would highly recommend using their services to anyone.

Buxton Keysborough is by far the most professional real estate agency having broken sales price records everywhere especially in Keysborough. Don't bother with the other agents or those do it yourself packages otherwise you will waste a lot of your money. Also get a good solicitor to do your conveyance not a backyarder.

Worst experience ever! The property manager Kelly in this agent cheated and bullied tenants by confusing Break Lease with Transfer Contract, asked for unreasonable letting fee, gap fee and delay inspection time to cheat more rental! Extremely unprofessional!

Re rental department. They don't bother fixing the issues with the property, and when you move out, they blame you and try to take your bond. Genius!
