Don't let positive reviews fool you. Customer service is poor and hasty. Fruit and vegetables are not as good as they might look. Most of the fresh products are tasteless and I had a bad experience with a mango which was disgustingly black on the inside but nice looking and firm on the outside. When I tried to get it exchanged the answer from the staff was "you chose it, so it's your problem, not ours". Customers always choose the products, but if in an electronic store I buy a phone and inside the box there is a stone instead I will go back and get it exchanged and receive an apology. It's unbelievable that a food store will not help customers out when selling you bad food. I will never go back to this place EVER!

Best shop ever. Open 24 hours, stocking basically anything you could imagine (literally 20 different types of honey), and for very excellent prices. Imagine having access to cheap fresh fruit piled up high at any time of the day or night, with way better variety than Sainsbury's or Tesco. I see the people who work there chopping up huge watermelons at 11pm! I would also try the long cake that they keep by the entrance, it's delicious with vanilla ice cream. I literally never leave reviews but I saw that there's only one review at the moment and I thought: how can this place deserve a 1 star review I'm actually perplexed? It makes no sense. Buy 2 save forever.

Had a really bad experience I mistakenly gave this overweight woman to much money I asked her to count the money I gave her again she said it was ok it wasn’t she put the money in the till it was the only money in that part of the till when I asked her to recount the money I was told they couldn’t not open the till again what rubbish was told they would look at the cctv and call me the next day they didn’t just shows how guilty they are watch your money avoid this shop I reported it to the police just shows you what low life’s and thieves they are

So far, it has had the most diverse food offer in this area at reasonable prices. It really does what it says, as one saves money when buying from this store when compared to the well-known big retailer brands nearby. Also, a professional customer service approach at the till. Good offer of fruits and groceries outside and international canned/pre-packed products inside (Romanian, Polish, Turkish etc). The only downside, everything's crammed due to the lack of space and it may be a little difficult to find what you need if you're in a hurry.

I agree with last reviewer. Double check your bill ALWAYS in case of "oops, mistake". Shop was better before they put an extra line of shelves, now the corridor is so narrow that only allows one person at the time. You can easily find expired goods and in the case of one I bought today, rancid (possibly due to heat and lack of air con). Fruits are veggies are great and fresh, the rest... And butchers counter is very good too. Also, you'll find things you won't in a standard supermarket. Knowing all this, it's now your choice.

Good selection of fruit and veg at a relatively reasonable price, that’s the good bit. At the till I was asked if I came from China. If I heard about the news of the virus. I was very sad and surprised to be asked a very intrusive and rude question. Do you ask the same question to all of your customers? I am Oriental but I am not Chinese. What if I said I was Chinese? Would they shoo me away? There are plenty of other nice veg fruit shops in the area. Sad to say but I’m not coming back here

When I was in London I was not be a regular customer, since I relocated to the smaller city and there is no Iranian ingredients/snacks and etc, their online website with free delivery is helping me a lot, Iranian mood back to the house ! thanks a lot and honestly hope you keep the quality, 6 star out of 5, well packaged, reasonable time for delivery, nice customer service. Only bad factor is they get out of stock a lot ! which mean they need to expand !

Golders Green never needed one of these large all day Iranian or Turkish corner store style shops until a huge number of squatters and transient types moved into the area surrounding the bus-station. Providing all day sales of cheap Eastern European alcohol to the skulking types who hang around the nearby betting shops or spend their days sitting smoking outside the coffee shops opposite while eyeing up woman or getting up to no good.

Their service is absolutely terrible. The attitude of the staff is rude and obnoxious. I’ve even seen them make fun of customers when they walked out of store - and they think it’s funny! The store is always messy and unorganised. I had no choice but to go there for specialty items but now there is a new Turkish supermarket across the street that just opened. Seriously sad that such a store can have such terrible customer service.

Bought packaged fruit from them yesterday, not possible to see the inside of the packaging clearly . came home, opened- completely rotten inside. Went back today and was dismissed, refused a refund of £1.19! They claim under the law fruit and veg are not refundable- utter nonsense. Will not use them again on principle, although have used them for over 10 years but they've expanded and forgotten about customer service

Love it. This is mine on spot store. You can find a variety of cosiness as well as products. Fresh vegetables and fruits. Each row can be found as local English or international and European markets. Cans, cereals, chocolate, bread, sweets, drinks, coffee, teas, pastries, and many other options. The minimum payment with contactless is £1 - this is a fantastic and practical feature. The staff is very friendly.

rubish service my girlfriend she was in the shop today has been droop to floor some croissant or some sweet the girls staff said to her with tourouble face with agreceive face when she said my girlfriend change the sweet she said to her i will charge you double what that where we live i am not sure we live in forest staff rubish experience nothing friendly need more experience to be human

Awesome butchers counter at the back of the store, great olives, lamb cutlets and tasty succulent baby chicken. Their selection of breads is amazing, always fresh, Turkish bread was still steaming hot. Excellent selection of hard to find cooking ingredients. Very friendly helpful staff. Prices and quality are much better than the big supermarkets.

The most handy shop 24-7 hours. Friendly staff. Pickles fruit and veg olives dips bread gum drinks... Sweets... Herbs spices... Affordable. I would swap the butcher section for vegan kosher halal health foods section. Renovate that section into healthy fast food esp for the night customers as there's no other service in this area.

The place is open 24 hours and has a good variety of goods needed. "Some" of the staff however, seem to come from a distant village or a war zone with manners not suited for a bloody goat! THIS IS GREAT BRITAIN and respect is of utmost importance here. It is a real shame as I'm sure the owner wouldn't put up with it himself.

Wide selection of goods. You cannot see how much you pay at the till. They will tell you. Never trust them. Always ask for a receipt and do your own calculation. Don't be a loser. The staff can try picking their extra money from the shop owner pocket but not yours. Some of the nuts there have long expiring date on them.

They never put right phone number on Google map or on the receipt so impossible to contact and say why they sold meet with alot of fat which my son saying he told him but seems he doesn't understand English or they sell what they want to sell,always something wrong with butcher. And staff they're rude.

Amazing shop, prices are cheap and they are expanding there shop to an amazing design and green friendly. I will recommend this store to everyone and people that say rotten fruit is just lying to hate on hard workers and to bring a family business down also they are 24hr store and never closed once.

Used to live near this shop & revisited them today & my gosh how much I missed this shop - variety of amazing products and fresh fruits & veggies, and most importantly my favourite rose water, all beautifully neatly placed. Seriously thinking of moving back to Golders Green because of this shop.

What a joke! Please don't buy any veg or fruits because even if its rotten they will not change it for you....typical money grabing business. Staff are very rude for the basic knowledge they have on customer service....will be reporting to trading standards regarding my rights as a consumer..

They have good stock of ' non -mainstream' foodstuffs , but be careful when paying cash, I have been shortchanged here several times , last time by £2.50 in May 2022 , when I complained to the cashier ' they could not find the transaction ' in the till. Always ask for a till receipt

I want to share this review to all , This supermarkets is very bad for costumers they have different price on food shelf and when you pay is different, they never give receipts to costumers do ask cause this people they are very bad will never buy from them anymore

Personally can not reccomend high enough, they have more or less everything you would need at prices that are almost criminal. They have been a god send throughout lockdown and have definitely gained a customer for life

Wide range of foods, including international products, for good prices. However, it can be a bit crowded and the staff aren't always very friendly. They sell low quality henna which appears to be dyed green - don't buy.

Narrow. Crowded. Extremely rude employees, guy who served me asked me if I "needed" the sanitary towels I was purchasing, and practically threw one of my vegetables into the bag as though it was a piece of rubbish .

Good fruit selection and decent choice of foreign products. EDIT: downgraded the rating for the total disregard of COVID protocols. Staff not wearing masks so certainly not enforcing this with customers.

Good selection of groceries. The shop is 24/7. Others complaining about being crowded but you are served in a few minutes. Sometimes you can find really rare goods.

Tend to be very crowdy, very narrow aisles. There is no displayed prices for items. Recommended If you don't care about the cost at the till. Good stock though.
