Buywise is like going to a pharmacy for your pet! This little gem has been going for years and they not only love pets, just tell them what’s going on with your loved one and they’re empathy is right on track with great solutions. they know so much about pet behaviour plus their pet nutrition knowledge is so advanced. Pet people are naturally more sympathetic with animals, hence why few on this review group think they’re not people persons first, of course they’re not they love animals first. that’s exactly what you want from a great quality pet store (dope!)

I Found out my pup had hookworms , i was in panic, came into the store an staff recommend me a serum,they didn't try to do me out of any money and Well it's done the job and lasted a good few doses, I get all my flea an tick treatments from there at reasonable prices, i just want to say thank you guys!

Shopped here for pet supplies for years. Always well stocked and with friendly staff. A must for any pet supplies that the local supermarkets don't carry (any pet that isn't a cat or dog), and competitive prices for the stock the supermarkets do carry.

Not only do they sell all I could need for my dog, Brenda (who works there) also recently went all the way to my house and posted a note through my door when I accidentally left my wallet with driver's licence in the shop one weekend. So grateful.

Not usually one to leave reviews but I have had 4-5 bad experiences now. The lady behind the counter (owner I believe?) Always very snarky and rude. Gave chance after chance but will not be going back. I suggest you don't either!

Fantastic customer service! The best price in London for Royal Canines dog food. They also provide large assortiment of toys for our best friends. If you have a pet and you are looking for good store, this is your place.

My lil doggie loves this place and so do I. Feels like an old fashioned family store from the good ole days. Everybody there is super nice and they love animals. So many delicious animal parts for a dog to snack on!

Lovely local shop, polite, they don't try to overprice you but advise and give you what's necessary just like the name of the shop "Buy Wise"! The staff live by their name for their customers !!! …

Great pet shop, especially for food and specialty foods. Advice on minor ailments whenever needed. My dog Stripe and I have been using for over 5yrs and couldn't by happier having something so good so close.

Great little local shop :) I only went to buy dog treats, but it looks stocked really well. Also, very nice customer service. My puppy got some treats from the lady, which was cute. Will be coming back :)

Terrific customer service have been coming here for years to get the large 15kg bags of dry food. Without fail when I have my pooch with me he gets a treat and spoiled rotten by the staff.
