Ilha Grande with boat tour and lunch from Rio. Pickup fixed at 6.06 am bus arrived at 7.46 100 (hundred) minutes late. We've bene informed of delay at 7 after have been trying unsuccesfully to reach the tour operator for more than 30 min. No form of compensation have been proposed not even offering a glass of water.Due to this initial delay the tour ended two hours late So be careful about booking a dinner when travelling with them ;-) The lunch included Is i.n a nice place, however we had lunch at tea time 5.30pm under the pretext that they want to avoid seasick, but on board you can purchase alchoolics... Despite of the name of tour "Ilha grande with boat tour and lunch from Rio de Janeiro" you will stop at Ilha Grande for about 15 minutes In conclusion our 16 hours tour consisted of About 2 hours waiting the pickup 1.50 hours picking up other guests in Rio 4 hours in the bus 0.50 waiting for the boat 3 hours on the boat 1 hour lunch/dinner 4 hours coming back to rio Last important info the boat hosted 180 people, you can Imagine the mess when you want to enter into water for a swim. We definetely saw more people than fishes in the ocean ;-)

Primeiro gostaria de deixar claro que sou cliente da empresa e anteriormente tinha dado nota 5 pelo passeios que fiz a arraial do cabo. Agora venho aqui para contar o que aconteceu no dia 15/07/2023. Estava eu, meu marido e minha sogra na fila do bondinho no Pão de Açúcar, até que este senhor, guia turístico da C2 Rio veio nos atacar. Iniciou um barraco horrível na fila, nos acusando de ter roubado fila, sendo que estávamos atrás dele fazia mais de 20 minutos! Pois entramos junto na fila. Sem perguntar nada, começou gritar a gritar, dizendo que tínhamos entrado na frente dos clientes dele, o qual CHAMOU MAIS DE 6 PESSOAS QUE NÃO ESTAVAM NA FILA, PARA PASSAR NA NOSSA FRENTE!! Com educação, falamos que estávamos na fila corretamente, mas que “tudo bem” ele passar várias pessoas na nossa frente, pois não aguentávamos mais brigar. Mesmo assim ele continuou nos faltando com respeito, deixando minha sogra (que é idosa) super nervosa… Esse post é um alerta para a empresa repensar na índole dos funcionários que contratam. Que na frente dos clientes é a melhor pessoa do mundo, mas com os demais não tem o mínimo de educação e respeito.

Not worth it. The entire point of a sunset tour was to see the sunset before it sets and because tickets weren't purchased in advance.. we waited in line for 40 minutes for tickets while the sun set. By the time we were on top of sugar loaf we got the tail end of the sunset. I understand the traffic on the road and pick ups, but the tickets waiting was so unnecessary. We had paid in advance close to 400 Reais so I really don't get why they couldn't purchase the tickets to cristo and sugar loaf in advance. The plus point was that the tour guide spoke fluent English, Spanish and Portuguese. He was very helpful but the tour wasn't efficient or convenient in my opinion. If you have a few hours to spare, then do sugar loaf and cristo by yourself. The efficiency and convenience that a tour should provide was not there. If you go, just purchase tickets on the internet in advance. Out of the 7 hours we were on the tour, we spent a total of 4 hours in the van, 1 hour waiting in line and 1 hour 30 minutes seeing sites. Cristo - 2:40 pm -3:20 pm 10 minutes each at selaron and the metropolitan cathedral. Sugar loaf 40 minutes.

Comprei um passeio de barco em Arraial do Cabo com essa empresa com meses de antecedência. Me mandaram um bilhete com um endereço que não é o correto. Fiquei completamente perdida procurando a empresa que simplesmente não existe no endereço que deram. Eles subcontratam uma outra empresa ( Tortuga tour ) que não é citada em nenhum momento com ingresso ou em qualquer comunicação com a C2 Rio. Quando finalmente encontrei a operadora do passeio ( com ajuda de ambulantes na rua que parecem já estar acostumados com clientes da C2 Rio perdidos no local) havia uma dama que se identificava como guia da C 2 Rio, com camisa da empresa e tudo, fui perguntar sobre o passeio e ela foi super grossa comigo, disse q ela era responsável apenas pelas pessoas que vieram na van com ela e que não trabalhava ali então não conhecia nada ( perfeito, uma guia que não conhece o local não me parece muito útil), quando fui questionar o porque de eles não terem dado o nome do barco ou da empresa que opera o passeio ela foi ainda mais rude e se negou a me dar o contato de alguém que pudesse me ajudar. Enfim, decepcionada com a empresa.

Uma decepção. Não estão nem aí para os turistas. Cancelam o passeio emcima da hora. Falta de consideração pelo turista. Não recomendo. Nenhuma seriedade. Experiencia: Viemos de fuera passar 3 dias e para o segundo dia reservamos por Civitatis um passeio para Buzios; no dia anterior, de tarde, a empresa entra em contato por email, confirmando o passeio; no dia do passeio, antes das 6am a gente se prepara para esperar (porque na confirmação eles dizem que vão estar as 7:05), só que SURPRESA: olhando meus emails na recepção, esperando o passeio, vejo um email da empresa (C2Rio) enviado as 23:05, dizendo que não vao realizar o passeio por questões meteorologicas. Como podem cancelar por email com menos de 12 horas? Não importa nada o planejamento que vc faz. :-/ Para a gente foi impossivel conhecer Buzios, Angra ou Arrail por culpa deles, por confiar nos serviços deles, não deram nem margem de tempo para a gente procurar outra empresa. O engraçado é que vimos empresas pegando gente para ir para Buzios na recepção do nosso hotel. Que imagem vcs passam para quem veem de fora, assim ngm quer voltar.

Passeio incrível, um dia inteiro com muitas paisagens lindas em Arraial do Cabo. O guia, Renato, muito prestativo e organizado. Sempre preocupado com o grupo todo. Equipe do barco muito atenciosa e responsável, sempre preocupados com nosso bem-estar. Único ponto a ressaltar é que compramos o pacote pra iniciar as 7:30 e vieram nos buscar antes das 6:30, o que impediu de tomar o café da manhã incluso do hotel e então tivemos um gasto com café da manhã na estrada em um local muito bom, mas caro. Sendo que no porto tivemos que aguardar 1 hora para sair (tempo que foi usado vendo as lojas locais). Enfim, fora esse apontamento o passeio foi incrível, o guia top, as praias são muito top. Sobre o passeio de arraial inclui translado ate o porto de arraial, depois saímos de barco passando pela gruta azul, e fizemos 2 paradas onde descemos de bote para 2 praias, na volta do passeio fomos para o almoço próximo ao porto, que também muito bom.

Reserva:NFC2487 Dia 09/08/2022 comprei um pacote de passeio pra arraial do cabo, na saída do bondinho do pão de açúcar no valor de 625,02. Passeio esse pro dia 12/08/2022. Mais dia 11 minha filha apresentou febre e uma forte gripe, em seguida entrei em contato com a empresa solicitando o cancelamento do serviço. a empresa me pediu comprovantes de solicitação de cancelamento e até hj 5 dias dps me deixou falando sozinho, não querem devolver meu dinheiro nem ao menos me respondem mais. Não prestarão o serviço, não emitirão nota fiscal do serviço, não me responde, simplesmente querem ganhar 625,02 sem fazer nada. Deixo Aki o meu alerta a quem for o rio de janeiro, procure outra agência de passeios pois essa só se preocupa em vender, dps de vender eles não dão mais nenhum suporte muito menos devolvem seu dinheiro.

General service was good, but we encountered a few problems due to wrong information and mistakes from the staff. We bought our tickets for the Christ the redeemer by train, they told us that there is a parking where the train starts but when we arrived there was no parking at all. A bunch of locals asking for money to get you a parking lot and protect your car and of course for a ridiculous amount of 30 euros. Complete scam but you have to pay this in order to find your car complete on the way back. Arriving at the train, people from C2Rio had printed our 4 tickets but the one of the 4 could not pass. One of the four was double and we missed the train waiting for the people working there to get us a solution. Advice: take a taxi or uber to get to train, always ask your tickets sent to your email.

Venho por aqui avaliar a experiência que tive por fora dessa empresa. Estavamos indo no trem do corcovado e o guia desta empresa, extremamente folgado, furou a fila, fazendo uma fila dupla, paralela, para a entrada no trem. Isso causou uma confusão geral, pq todo mundo que foi chegando depois não respeitou mais a fila pois não tinha mais organização. Depois ocupou toda a parte da frente do trem como se fosse sua e dos turistas dele. E ainda faltou com a educação, pedindo de forma grosseira para um senhor se retirar para que permitisse os estrangeiros sentarem. falou: "deixe os estrangeiros sentarem aqui". Falta de noção e respeito até com mais velhos. O mínimo que vocês deveriam fazer é educar seus guias para respeitarem os idosos e as filas. Não é pq pagaram vcs q vcs são donos do mundo.

Great day touring the main attractions of Rio, we had Renato as our guide and was great. He was well organized, multi lingual for Spanish, English and French in our group and ran a tight schedule ship as we had a large group to manage and a lot to cover. My main critique with the tour is the itinerary ordering, Christ the Redeemer was our first stop and was packed with too many people. I would swap this with Suagrloaf as it seems to quiet down later in the day. Also Seleron steps was unbearable we are planning to come back early morning another day to get better pictures. Also the restaurant was not great the food was very, overcooked/salty/average and expensive drinks. It was a tease we parked across the road from Fogo de Chao and at one point was tempted to go there instead.

This tour company lacks follow through, apparently they called our travel agency instead of us. All the while we were seated in the lobby waiting for someone to come in saying our name as we saw with previous tours. They never tried to reach us directly (hotel desk to call our room or look for us in the hotel lobby). We realized something was wrong when our tour time of 1 pm came but nobody had come for us yet. We called the tour company to which they said that we weren’t there so they left. They told us to take a taxi to meet them at the first stop which would have worked if our service was reliable but it wasn’t so we didn’t want to try to find them in a huge public garden. We were leaving the next day so we asked if they could refund us but they wouldn’t refund us.

Sensacional! Guia Renato Marino muito competente e responsável. Roteiro maravilhoso, informações importantes durante todo o percurso. Amamos, já é a segunda vez que faço Tour com esta empresa, primeiro só eu e minha filha, desta vez viemos com minha mãe e teremos as próximas com certeza. Obrigada! This is about customer service rather than actual tour. Customers are unable to speak in person to anyone prior to start of tour. Several numbers contacted, and no one was answering their phones, & unable to leave any phone message with them, so customer was unable to join at own expense. Then 15 mins after the tour started, an associate finally answered but could not tell us how, where, or when customer could join as tour was local. Tour companies should give utmost help whenever possible - here it was terrible, frustrating & lacking. This needs improvement compared to other tour companies in Europe & N America who will find ways to help willing customers. No partial refund given.

This was a perfect tour if you want a run through some of the main tourists spots of Rio in 1 day with a professional and courteous tour company. My tour was with Renato and Martins and they were great! 1st Renato had to speak 3 of his 4.5 languages that he speaks (he is finishing proficiency on his 5th, amazing!) Throughout the entire tour. He was very knowledgable, answering all of my questions and then some. Martins was quiet, but he made sure he did his job well, I felt safe the entire tour and was never worried about being left behind. Renato always accounted for everyone. I really enjoyed tje experience, and when I come back with my daughter, I will be sure to do it again.

We booked a tour to Iguzu Falls with a boat trip with this company via Viator. The money was taken and confirmed the week of our trip . At 7pm the night before our trip they cancelled it saying it was congested and you could only tickets that week . They offered the following day but could not guarantee it until the following day . Cancelling hiwever was the best thing that happened to as we caught a taxi to the falls and booked the boat and saved ourselves a lot of money ! However it was the lie the company told us about being busy or congested , it was not and buying a ticket was no problem at all . This company is unreliable and just too lazy to organise . Do not use them ,

Realizamos a compra através do Decolar para os meus pais comemorar o aniversário do meu pai e os 40 anos de casados neste passeio. E, sem dúvidas, superou nossas expectativas. Excelente atendimento, desde o WhatsApp para retirada de dúvidas (falei com Milena) até o guia (Renato Marino) que foi excepcional, ajudou meus pais, fez fotos, me mandou através do WhatsApp e até parabéns promoveu na Van. Não usem esse serviço. Comprei um passeio para Arraial do Cabo no pacote pedia meu endereço para o pick up, não recebi nenhum contato da empresa, então no horário marcado no pacote desci e fiquei esperando na frente do prédio, meia hora depois eu consegui contactar a empresa que disseram que não me pegariam no endereço fornecido e que os carros já tinham partido e eu não receberia reembolso pq foi dado como falta. Porém eu estava na frente do prédio esperando e ninguém apareceu e nem me contactou. Prédio dia de programação das minhas férias e ainda disseram que não vão me reembolsar pq foi minha falta. Fujam

Incredible experience!! We did the full day Rio tour. They picked us up from our hotel and the timing was just right for everything! It seems like we got to all the major sights before the big crowds. Our tour guide Renato Marino was amazing! He spoke great English, incredible Spanish and Portuguese! He was really easy to get along with and freely gave out loads of information and history throughout the tour. Best audio in all of Rio! We booked another tour with this same company for tomorrow. Can’t wait! Also they made us feel very safe in a city known for crime. We loved every bit of it!

We had an amazing day with Priscilla of C2Rio tours taking in all the sights from Sugarloaf, downtown Rio, Maracana the Sambadrone, the wonderful dome Cathedral that’s looks well not nice from the outside then the transformation when you walk in serene and stunning. The Selaron steps followed by a great lunch and finally Corcovado and the Christ the Redeemer statue. Priscilla is so fluent in many languages and one of the best tour guides we have met in our many tours. 10/10 for Priscilla. Well done C2Rio we can highly recommend you. Me and my partner Molly did a tour with Patricia today (04-Apr-22). It was amazing, we loved every minute even though we are still jet lagged from coming all the way from Australia. Patricia was awesome, very nice and knowledgeable. I don't even know how much she makes but please give her a raise, she deserves it. The tour was really fun and allowed us to visit several spots in a single day. We also skipped massive waiting times in the cues due to having a tour guide with us. Overall 10/10 experience, if you are on the fence about it, don't be, worth every cent.

Let me tell you… Today my husband and I went on a tour, the tour guide Celso was great, fluent in 3 languages, quite knowledgeable and a nice human being!! The tour in general was great, my only complaint it’s that I asked the person who sold it to me if there was lots walking and I was told minimal, in normal circumstances I would’ve never cared but since I specifically mentioned that my husband has an injured leg and was not able to walk long distances, however there was lots of walking and stairs. Please for future reference tell it as it’s.

Got the one day in Rio tour, visiting Christ the redeemer, Pao do azucar + checking out the cathedral, the Maracana Stadium and the Sambodrom on our way through Rio. The tour finished at Selaron stairs. Our guide was really nice and helpful, shared plenty of info with us on the tour, things we probably would’ve had a hard time finding out about otherwise. I really recommend taking this tour, as it’s more efficient to check all the hotspots this way. The churrascaria wasn’t the finest but it had to do. :)

Wonderful experience with c2rio, the tour around the city was amazing and brought us to all the popular areas with ample time to take in the views, the sights and enjoy Rio to the fullest. We made an error at the start of our tour which was quickly fixed by our tour guide Renato Marino who was extremely helpful and personable which made our day much more enjoyable. All in all, I would highly recommend Renato and c2rio tours if your looking for a tour to take in all the key sights in one day.

We had an excellent time on the Rio trip with our awesome guide Renato. From the time of booking up until the moment of drop off at our hotel the trip was professional, safe, punctual and lots of fun. The lunch was of a very high quality and was unlimited. Great value for money. The thing that really made our day was Renato. He was knowledgeable, informative and made sure that everyone was well looked after. It was a pleasure to be on his tour. Horrible experience. I purchased soccer game tickets a week in advance since they said it would sell out. DAY OF the game I showed up for my pick up time and they told me my tickets were Never purchased! That the confirmation email I got was a receipt email. NOT the actual ticket. These people are quick to take your money but may not follow through with providing a service. Plan transportation and book tickets yourself. That’s what they suggested I do.

I highly recommend C2Rio. Had timely pick-up and drop-off at hotel, well-conditioned bus with AC, wonderful driver - Martins, and outstanding customer service from tour guide Geisa “G” Barreto. G is very knowledgeable, communicates quick, and speaks very good English and Spanish. Happy I chose C2Rio and experienced unforgettable and lifetime memories of Rio with Martins and G. We had a great time doing the highlights of Rio tour. Our tour guide spoke English, Spanish, and Portuguese. Tour was quite quick and we didn't spend a lot of time at each place, but I felt we had sufficient time at all of the places except the church. (Also, they could cut the stadium stop). But in any case, engaging guide, and happily the tour did not take all day so we were able to do other things later.

Agência super profissional, desde a busca ao hotel, o deslocamento para os pontos turísticos, os guias e todas as dicas ! Fizemos o passeio de destaques do rio, visitamos o Cristo redentor, mirante dois irmãos, o estádio do Maracanã, sambódromo, catedral do Rio de Janeiro e também o Pão de Açúcar, almoçamos em uma churrascaria com Rodízio incluso ! Foi uma excursão inesquecível ! Recomendamos muito !

Horrible experience. Booked an early express tour. Even reached out to confirm pick up time. They confirmed and said they’d reach out if there were any changes. Now I’m sitting in the lobby of my hotel on my only sunny day in Rio and they told the hotel they canceled my tour because I was the only one who signed up. I can’t get ahold of them right now, awful customer service.

So food isn’t in this package however with all the stops you’re going to have plenty to eat just on the road. The tour guide Carla and Driver/Photographer Jorge were exceptional. I enjoyed that Carla explained the tour bilingually. Can’t control the weather but the tour was enjoyable (Christ the Redeemer was cloudy). Overall I enjoyed and would recommend this tour.

Unreliable company with poor manners. They do not respond to multiple emails nor contacts via their website. If they do not bother to respond when you are trying to give them business- then it does not inspire confidence in what they have to offer nor if there was to be a problem. They just lost a large party booking as a consequence.

Não fomos informados no momento da compra do passeio que optando pelo almoço executivo seríamos tratados igual cachorros no restaurante. Na entrada do mesmo fomos separados do grupo e colocados em um canto como mendigos. Tenho muitos passeios que vou fazer no Rio durante minha estadia mas com certeza usarei outra agência de turismo.

We had a excellent day visiting the main sites in Rio. Our guide Renato was very professional and knowledgable. The pace of the trip was good - we had a schedule to stick to but I never felt like we were rushed - we had enough time at each place to take photos and take it all in. Really enjoyed the whole day, thank you!

Great value for money..Marco Antonio our guide was fun and attentive with good local knowledge and conversation. Fora a pontualidade tivemos alguns problemas em relação ao passeio em Arraial do Cabo. Passeio de barco cancelado pela Marinha, passeio terrestre de jardineira (horrível) e ainda uma situação mais que constrangedora pois o guia estava perdido. E até resolver a situação do passeio terrestre, ficamos uma hora esperando.

Fomos muito bem recebidos (eu e meu marido) por toda a equipe, desde a compra do tour até o retorno. Fomos para o Cristo e escadaria Selaron com o guia Renato Marinho, que além de super simpático, nos agregou muito conhecimento por toda a rota. Amamos o passeio e com certeza voltaremos para fazer outros. Recomendo!

Great tour. Very organized. Very informative. We saw all of rio’s hi lights in an 8ish hour tour including an awesome brazillian barbecue lunch. Our guide Renato Marino was very kind and smart. He taught us a lot of things and was quite funny. I would recommend this tour to all of my friends and family.

We were picked up from our Hotel by our guide, Adriano, who was a fantastic tour guide all the way. He knew a lot about the history of the country, and also catered to our needs. His english was super, and we were able to have some very good and interesting conversations about the country in general.

We had a half day tour booked via our hotel with C2Rio. Our guide, Newton picked us up from the hotel in a very comfortable car. He was very friendly and passionate about his job. He explained everything clearly to us and tailored the tour according to our need. We had a great tour with him.

C2Rio Tour is not reliable. I waited over 1 hrs at the meeting point, no communication, no phone call. I tried to call, nobody answered. Now that was my last day of vacation and it's screwed. I recommend you book with smaller tour guide. These compagnies don't care.

Did a boat trip around Río going from marina de gloria. It was very good. no drink or snacks included but cheap enough. The only annoying thing was the music blarring from the speakers you couldn't talk at all .

I took the full day Rio tour. The tour was well thought out and executed. Pedro was a great tour guide giving information in Portuguese, Spanish and English. Pedro also takes great pictures.
