Once you enter into the branch. The first thing you see a lady sitting in the first chair by a putting a quote in her desk “May i Help you” its just a sentence don’t trust this sentence because the lady is so rude it will not work out. Not only me i have seen other customers their so experienced it. She behave like she is the boss and we are her employees and may be this is the reason public is moving from govt banks to private banks because this kind of banking persons will be available in all govt banks. I think Canara Bank should focus on their executives soft skills like how to talk to a customer, how to behave etc. A customer is customer who ever it is a literate or illiterate. Canara Bank kindly look into this or kindly provide escalation mail id so i can take it further.

I see manager (may 2023) always abusing a clerk named Vijay.. i have been to this bank thrice a month and in all visit I saw lady manager abusing the clerk in front of customers. Pathetic behaviour from manager.

Went for PPF passbook, was told that portal was down and they told me to come at 4pm and collect the passbook. Job was done.
