Last one and half month l could not open my syndicate bank account Nr colony branch through Mobile internet banking, one month back the mobile phone number was merged by bank authorities,on my request, but couldn't operate the account through Mobile internet, when contacted bank, they in turn asked for my aadhar and pan number to update, which I have submitted on 04/02/2021, till today they have not updated in my account numbers. I request that any authorities can help me to do the needful.

Very poor customer management , in a week day I was sent back fir asking a pass book copy as they told that there are no employee today that to on Friday no matter they are called nationalised bank and they don't know the local language to communicate with the elderly customers. And their shifty reasons fir postponing the work.

One of the oldest bank around NR colony and Thyagaraja Nagar area. This branch is always crowded and expect long queues on every visit. This branch also has locker facility. ATM is available and is attached to the branch. Two wheelers can be parked along the road side.

Highly hopeless.. They completely blocked our rights to open zero balance account.. They compelled to deposit 2000/- for opening SB account.. !! Highly corrupt guys.. Worst conduct.. Bad treatment...!!

one of the worst banks that exist. Staff is super slow and dont know how to talk to customers. It is ideal to close all the accounts here and move to another bank
