People here are extremely rude. I asked a simple question about a FD and the person on the other end started shouting. Absolutely pathetic behaviour. If you ever call the call centre you will hear at a 100 people talking and chit chatting which makes it extremely difficult to hear the person on the call.
Bank Staff is not supportive at all. Wrost Bank service ever from this branch. I had to visit 4-5 times to get mobile banking activation code. Also bank staff is not polite they talk rudely to customers. Bank employee has Rude behaviour towards customer
Senior manger always out of bank . Can talk wait 5 min and this person go outside for 2 hrs . He is a very Irresponsible Person .
