I, Dr. Pala Prasada Rao came here as, Dr Manoharao Garu of Sri Lakshmi Hospital, Guntur said that Dr. Johann Christopher is the only one to have studied Nuclear Medicine in our Telugu states and he would diagnose my cardiac issue as invasive methods are bound to cause some problems as I have some renal issue.I watched his videos and was convinced of his scholarly approach. And my hopes are not belied: he went through my reports and asked me to come after a few months during which I can use medicines. He discouraged me for tests - stress lithium test, among others like angio though I asked for it in my email ( He gave me his email ID and number). He curtly replied, "Meet me at Care Banjara on Tuesday".Within a short span of some ten days, I met him thrice and he received me in a sober way while giving me suggestions and precautions with all empathy. The nursing staff in the adjacent Emergency Room administered the vaccine shot and intravenous iron injunction with all care. One suggestion is I entered there in the Emergency Ward leaving my chappals beside my bed as I saw others doing the same. Some wore masks and a few not. Some protocols of hygiene, which must be chalked out, should be rigorously followed. As Dr. JP Garu has remarked in the presiding over recent centenary celebrations of Dr K. Sadasivarao about Dr Soma Raju Garu's pure passion for everything he pursued for perfection whether it be sports or profession. Hope everyone take his example so that the hospital shines forth in all areas of hygiene and health..

I was admitted in Care Banjara Hills on 09.05.2023 due to renal calcus Then arranged delux Room no 614 later shifted to 415. On 10.05.2023 surgery for stone blasting has been done successfully by Dr.Ali and his team Later shifted to my room I.e 415 where nursing staff treated me like thier guest such as timely giving medicine,fluids and keep on wishing and enquring about my health.. Doctors: Dr.Ali the one who actually the motive to admit in care Banjara..He is simply superb and more caring about patient especially his friendly nature and coolest attitude and positiveness with patients ❤️❤️ Dr.Athmanandam is also coolest Doctor I have everseen ❤️❤️ Dr.Deepak and Anesthesia Doctor (female doctor name not known)are very good Sri.Rajkumar and Smt.Aayamma house keeping staff who cleaned my total body after surgery has simply salute for his and her services and thier patience Nursing staff Chandana in emergency cell Merina(manipur girl),Swapna, services can't be forget for their services.. Canteen and food staff also very good and respect Security people bit harsh attitude Overall Care Banjara Hills hospital is ♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️

This is an absolute s*** of an hospital and is not worthy to be considered as one of the top hospitals in Hyderabad at all. The so called private rooms do not have a phone line, a table for the patient to have food, no cupboards/shelves to store things, no bed for the attender, instead a small sofa is provided. The worst of all is that there is no equipment to monitor the vital stats constantly. When question this the response is that they check the vitals every 4 hours. Absolute pathetic hospital and a waste of space. All this for a private room for which they charge 35k-40k per night for anyone with a insurance. The nurses don't even know what's going on in their floor and what medicines are to be given and when. The washrooms, the cafeteria, all other facilities are an absolute joke. Had to request everything multiple times, like having to administer medicines on time, for which they delayed by couple of hours. Not sure what bunch of jokers are running this so called "hospital" but the government should do everyone a service and revoke their license. Visited many hospitals in Hyderabad, but this is the worst of all. Avoid avoid avoid if you want to keep your sanity.

Complaint - 1. We were asked to call donors for platelets transfusion. The samples were taken and 2 donors were approved by the blood bank. The next day we were asked to call the donors for platelets transfusion. Our donor had reached the hospital by 9am and he was made to wait for few hours. After a couple of hours they sent him back and transfused the platelets that were available in the blood bank. It was a very unprofessional behaviour to make the donor wait for such a long time and then send him back. Plus we were also charged for the transfusion which could have been avoided. 2. The blankets given in the room on the 5th floor, were full of hair. Upon complaining, the another one which was given was as bad as the first one. We then got our own blankets from home. Appreciation - 1. I would also like to appreciate a house keeping staff named Ms. Naseem at ICU. She was very helpful and took good care of me. 2. The nursing staff and the maids were cordial and would reach out to us once the alarm was triggered by us. The medication was timely.

Got introduced to Care hospitals based on known cardiologist Dr.Kaparthi. My father has been consulting him from the past 15yrs. Recently I had to rush my father to emergency. Dr. Kaparthi has been out of country, and we were worried as Dr. Kaparthi knows father's medical history well. Father has been admitted under Dr. S V Narayana Rao, senior cardiologist. The doctor has a lot of experience and has been very deligent with his treatment and care. Father felt very comfortable and satisfied with the doctor and his way of treatment. Thankfully, father is out of danger and recovered well. Emergency department, ICCU have been very supportive. Consulting doctors, Nursing staff, dietitians, house keeping staff and security have been well trained. They have attended to and performed their duties diligently and to our satisfaction. The overall experience at Care Hospitals has been good for us and is up to the mark. Keep it up and keep going Care Hospitals !

Well I don't know about the service inside I hope since care has a very good brand name in the market there should be serving the best for visit drivers in Hyderabad in a hotel and suddenly from the third floor a person fell into the ground floor accidentally and we tried reaching care hospital then the associate who was helping online he connected me to the ambulance then the ambulance man says I have to check whether there is a bed in the care hospital. Basically I wanted to say that in an emergency this people have to put in a stabilization a baby and least where even an ambulance driver knows or the phone attender knows whether the hospital has emergency bad available or not so that we do not waste your time in the conversation and balance some other facilities in other hospital. Really it's ridiculous think put yourself in thereally it's ridiculous think put yourself in the shoes of the person who is calling for an emergency.

This is not a hospital to serve the patient. They are more like agent/dealer/broker. They don't care about the health of patient. They took me you in a room where they explained me package of treatment just like a broker explain about the plan/estimate of plot/flat when you go to buy. It was a complicated case of miscarriage, I took my wife at 6 AM in emergency ward and the consultant doctor (Kranti Shilpa) came to visit at 9:30 AM, till then my wife was suffering from bleeding and pain.They didn't took my patient to operation theatre or ICU until I paid 75% money of the package they told. It was horrible to me because it was happening in my real life, I had seen this case only in movies till the date. Later on I decided to never visit again the hospital. This hospital is intended to raise money nothing else.

Right from meeting the Specialist, Dr. Vachan Hukkeri, till we were discharged yesterday, we had wonderful experiences here. Dr Vachan and his Team kept us in high spirits and extensive discussions with our family throught. In fact, the Nursing staff, including Nursing Supervisor, Floor Managers, Canteen staff, Housekeeping team as also Security staff were so understanding that we cannot just explain. Our Facilitator Sri Vijay of Care Banjara deserves a special mention for introducing to the right Doctor and subsequent follow ups. The Doctors did great job by taking extra care and faced all difficulties with passion and professional expertise. My wife treated under DR. Rajini madam Gyneocologist she is very well specialized and treated very well first we are admitted in 3rd floor room no 320A, House staff and nurses staff treated so good, house staff and nurses staff is very supportive and given good guidences ,when we call to nurses and house staff they came quickly and good responce, very good atmosphere neat and clean rooms, security staff also very good response.during delivery time my wife and baby well treated by ragini medam. After discharge , my baby got jaundices we admitted again in 320b dr.pritesh nagar sir treated very well and also he is given very good guidence and suggestions now my baby health is very good and she is very active thank you very much to care hosipetal for your care about patient.

1. Admission process was bit lengthy. It may be in my case as the patient was referred to IPD directly from OPD. 2. Housekeeping services was good. The room was kept clean all the time. 3. Food supplied to the patient was tasty and at good temperature. 4. Discharge process was lengthy in my case. The discharge was confirmed at around 11.30 hrs whereas the actual discharge happened at around 18.30 hrs. Furthermore, medicine at discharge were not provided as per the CGHS rules, so, the patient had to buy the same. 5. Checkout slip at the time of discharge is a manual affair which can be done online.

I consulted with a doctor in Hitech City OPD on Nov 13 for my 23 months old daughter. The Dr. prescribed Benadryl Jr. and while buying the medicine later, I noticed that there is no medicine with "JR" label and only available is "Kids", which is for 4 years and older. Since then, I have called 6 times the hospital number for clarification, and nobody called back after repeated assurances (7 hours have passed since appointment at 10:30am). This is really a pathetic experience and one should think twice before going there, especially if any form of follow up is to be done over the call or email

I hold the doctor and his team responsible for the loss of my loved one. specifically Dr. Mohammed Abdun Nayeem and his team, was negative, rude, and unconcerned about the patients. The excessive waiting times at this hospital were frustrating and unexplained, even with scheduled appointments. Communication was also a major issue during our time at Care Hospital. We were left in the dark about our loved one's prognosis and treatment plan, despite our continuous requests for updates. Based on my terrible experience, I strongly advise against choosing this hospital.

Dear Sir I'm J Srinivas Baba underwent CABG operation at your Care Banjara Hills branch on 3rd November 2023. After that during my stay in CTICCU I was given Phisio Therappy sessions by Dr Ansar, who is very soft and genuine during his sessions practised me very efficiently. This I am saying because I am a Physically Handicapped person able to walk with much strain with walker now able to walk without walker. This made me very much happy, a marvelous job by a physio therapist. I consider him to be one of the best Phisio Thereapist.

Our Doctor immediately suggested Dr. Ameer Basha garu after identifying the problem. He expressed his 100,% confidence. When we met Dr. Basha garu, we were given full information about the surgery and it's outcome. On the day of the surgery also he had infilled confidence in us. We had a very good experience with cardiology team at CARE hospital when My Husband underwent a Bypass Surgery here. The Head Cardiologist Dr. G Ramasubramanyam is amazing and the whole team of cardiology including Dr. Shailaja are very knowledgeable, kind and compassionate. Had been in the hospital from 16 th of June to 19of June 2023 for the TKR, Right leg. Post surgery care was looked after by the para medical staff. My mom received good treatment. But waiting room condition and toilets are pathetic. It’s like an old government hospital. Why can’t you renovate toilets and keep some perfume through out. Day care attendants has a terrible experience. This is my first visit to CARE and I almost visit AIG only for medical issues. One of my relative suggested a good heart doctor and so we are here. Doctor is awesome but hospital toilets and the bad smell are pathetic.

Ohh.. no. One of the worst hospital with bad attitude doctors and staff. They charge you one lakh easily every day. They will perform all kinds of tests without any requirement. Better to stay away from this hospital to save time and patient. You will lose money and hope if you admitted here. Badly priced with less ethics and values. I know one of the dove here, even that’s not helpful and saved me.

Housekeeping service by shyam and nag amma was very good they where available any time I call nice staff....... I would strongly recommend Dr. Arun Rathi sir especially for complicated cases. This facility is very good. The staff were cordial and they take proper care of the patient. Facilities staff are very accommodating and have always done passionately with compassion. Recently my dad had undergone a major open heart surgery by the very skilled Dr.GRS and his team. The facility of every possible department is available which made me comfortable. Dr's are good and accurately addressed to my problem. The only trouble I faced is the food is not warm which really needs management attention. It's really pathetic. The discharge process is too long and for me it took 5 hours. One will further fell sick for such delay.

I admited for heart problem and lung infection, treatment started very slow. CT scan report review by doctor after 6 hours , after patient attendrs asked to duty doctor other wise they will not responding proparly.this hospital is total Money mind hospital.

Had a major surgery done under Dr Syed Ameer Basha(Neurosurgery). The staff at the clinic (Vara Lakshmi madam and Sister Rani) was compassionate and skilled. Sister Rani removed the staples. All the nursing staff are very helpful and kind.

All the services are good . Suggestions given by the nursing staff are upto the mark and the house keeping also good. Senior nursing staff were rude towards the junior staff. That need to be taken care.
