Nightmare. Based on prior reviews, it is clear that this company, or at least, it's staff are not at all what they used to be. Called after prior storage plans fell through. In a panic. Spoke with staff member as I was frantically rearranging goods. Unlike Rohan, my urgent need was not well received at all and I was told to take my business elsewhere at the whim of the supposed manager after spending a great deal of money and effort which could have been used towards finding a proper company. Having never stored products in past, I asked for requirements. Crystal clear on photo ID but when it came to signing up, she gave a clear *recommendation* that I sign up ahead of time. Given last minute, went against recommendation. After a lengthy journey to reach centre and in alignment with previously discussed times, called about unloading as I was on leg 2 and same lady berated me for not following her directions which were now requirements. In addition, she criticised my manner of communicating (esp subpar when under stress) , and told me to take my business elsewhere as she didn't wish to deal with me further. I'll note that at no point was I rude to her. I accept that misunderstandings happen and even take accountability entirely for not phrasing questions appropriately. I can suck up either a later trip or 2-3 hours of waiting. I do not accept that someone who states that she often works w people in horrible situations can turn a sort of crappy day into a violent storm of dysentery which required a helpful travel agent, a taxi, an uber and several hundred dollars to resolve. Only after calling to get name to file complaint did she call 3x, first dwelling on the initial miscommunication after I clearly stated this wasn't cause for complaint. I essentially got "sorry that you feel that way" and major back-pedalling and revising (lying) her customer service person from hell that both taxi driver and I heard. The fact that this person interacts with non-native English speakers, travellers, tourists and people in crisis is horrendous. Zero warmth, patience, empathy, standard procedures for handling mix ups etc. Even with language ability and familiarity w Sydney in my favour, it is really the bail that broke the camel's back. Ineffective communication skills as she would simply need to say, "to register, we require you to come ahead of time with passport" rather than long-winded monologue on processes. Or "you need to pre book in person. 'I'd say.../should' are not good for describing requirements.

We left our luggage here recently for part of the day when we returned from a cruise. The woman in reception gave us outstanding service, something you rarely see these days, especially in a big city! We don't know Sydney at all and she (unfortunately now cannot remember her name) was extremely helpful in telling us what we could see and how to get there etc. When we collected our luggage, she even made her way through a crowd in the busy shopping centre to hail a cab for us because we were a bit stressed at getting lost (again!) and worried we might miss our flight home. I was so grateful, I hugged her! Thank you so very much for such wonderful service. Highly recommended!

Very clean and well maintained storage facility. I use this place to store my belongings when I am heading off somewhere. It is quite an affordable place to store your items considering it is inside the Sydney CBD. Probably because the place also doubles as a multilevel car park. Elevators are a bit slow to get from one level to the next but I am being a bit nit picky. There is hardly anyone here after business hours and weekends but that's really convenient for me because I like to double park my car to make it easier to move stuff.

This place was a great choice for me to leave my luggage whilst I spent my last day exploring the CBD before leaving for the airport. Follow the published directions and the office is easy to find; I received a very friendly welcome from the on-site team and they accommodated my booking mix-up without any issues. Lockers are big enough for plenty of luggage and are freely accessible any time during the rental period. Location is approx 10 minutes walk from Central Station. Thanks guys!

Terrific service - a super friendly and easy to get along with fella' running the desk. He was happy to help direct us over the phone when we got helplessly lost trying to find the office/desk, gave us some great lunch and exploring recommendations, and made the whole transaction an extremely smooth process. Totally recommend CBD Storage if you want to explore Sydney and lose that pesky luggage bag!

Best moving box prices! As i am moving out of the city at the moment, I tried looking for a place that sold boxes in the city. In my search this is the only place in the CBD that sells boxes and at such a good rate too!! I was very impressed with the selection and quality of the boxes too. The staff are really helpful and friendly. I highly recommend them for anyone needing boxes in the CBD.

Perfect location for us, between Central and Town Hall... took a little to find the office, the Square itself is far larger than we expected, and you need to go into the Carpark lift to get to the correct level....but ...the space in the lockers is terrific, and you can fill it up if you have a load of luggage, without the "per item" pricing of others Worked perfectly for our needs Thanks

I landed in Sydney early in the morning and couldn't check into my accommodations until late afternoon. This was a great, reasonably priced place to drop my luggage for the day so I could enjoy my day walking around the city without all my bags! The people who work there were very friendly and helped to answer other questions I had. I would definitely recommend to travellers!!

The 24-hour access is not applicable for initial storage - when I got to P6 at 7am, nobody is in the venue for registration. I was asked on phone to go to P2 to-and-forth but the effort doesn't pay off. Eventually, I had to carry the two suitcases to Blue Mountain since I participated in a 2-day trip and must arrive the pick-up location on time. Blacklisted.

I needed to use CBD Storage for 2 months and it is the best choice I could have ever done. People in the office is really helpful and try to find the best solutions for you. I even forgot the keys outside my locker and they kept them and called me to keep my stuff safe. It is a guarantee of security, fair price and best human treatment.

Easy and convenient. Took me a few times of going back and forth to find the lift tho. There was no sign or anything before you get to the right elevator. For everyone who want to use their service, go inside the shopping center, find the escalator to coles and the elevator is near by where the wall is decorated with pink drawings.

Went there for a day luggage storage service. I was really impress with the owners for their hospitality. Definitely will use the service again and recommend for others.

I store my motorbike here during the weekdays. On the weekend the car park is empty, I can double park my car to ease with the loading and unloading. Convenient as hell.

Not an automated system and 1 person running up and down the lifts to unlock lockers for each customer. Do not recommend as an easy daily drop off for suitcases.
