This CCs always has it rough -- tourists and locals descend on it in the mornings, so the rush can wipe out their stock, and employee turnover is high, so someone is always in training. But everyone I've met here is friendly and trying to help, and when customers are gracious, it helps immensely. If you're new to CCs, it's a local Louisiana coffee roaster and coffee house chain. This is Louisiana style coffee -- very darkly roasted, meant to be taken sweet and with milk of some stripe. Black coffee is not always your best bet. There's an app to customise drinks, and if you've got a complex order, that's the best way to handle it, especially if it's busy. It's good coffee, though not as excellent as some of the other local roasters. It's a good baseline, this is coffee, drink some dang coffee, coffee. It's not meant for artisanal pour-overs. If you want that, look elsewhere. If you want a Bananas Foster iced coffee, get in here and get a loyalty card.

While on a local tour about the French Quater we stopped into this establishment to cool down and get a drink Everyone in the tour bought something, but the manager saw a need to pull our tour guide aside as we were leaving to say something to her about telling us (the tour group/ pay customers to this establishment) a story about a different local establishment. I'm not sure what the issue was, I could understand if no one had purchased something, but that wasn't the case. The way I see it is the tour guide brought business to CC's Coffee House as she could have picked anywhere along the route. That manager should have been glad to have that business. I won't be stopping back in before I leave, and when people ask me for recommendations, I definitely won't mention this spot.

We really like CC’s Coffee House. The fact it is a regionally owned franchise is also of interest to us. They offer quick service and a good product. The also offer muffins, croissants and other sweets to snack on. Of course they have free WiFi and very good air conditioning if you just need to sip a beverage and cool down on a warm Summer day.

Me and my dad attended one of the French Quarter Phantoms Ghost Tours and our lovely tour guide was verbally berated by one of the employees (maybe a manager) working. His name is Kraten and while our tour guide was telling us a story in the cafe, Kraten pulled her aside and told her she was a parasite for constantly coming in and bringing this cafe business. He also told her "you need me but I do not need you." It was absolutely uncalled for. I would never recommend this cafe after witnessing that. I would however go on another ghost tour with Nika as the tour guide.

We dipped in this coffee house while we were touring the Royal Street art galleries. I took one of my favorite pictures from my trip here. I was also wearing colors that matched the setting here. The line was short and I ordered a mango-strawberry smoothie here! It was super good! A really nice refreshing beverage after walking all around the French Quarter. Obviously the coffee house was decorated in a way that made you feel at home. The building itself was beautiful, and clean. Stop in here if you’re craving good coffee or smoothies while you’re on royal street, also take some cute pictures!

You may want to consider scheduling more than 2 people in the morning during rush hour. I'm sure there are underlying circumstances and maybe you can't find enough people to work there. So maybe the owner and manager can step up and work an hour to assist the new people that are having difficulty assisting so many people. 15 minutes to get a tea is a bit much.

The staff are mainly why I come. Especially the morning shift. The ladies there are always friendly, give great recommendations, and make the best drinks. They are attentive, remember repeat customers and even know what we want before we open our mouths. Can't wait to get my mochasippi in the morning

Small coffeeshop just out of the immediate tourist section.saw a lot of bars and daiquiris places but this was the only coffee place we saw other than Cafe Du Monde. Service was great. It was so hot outside that I actually got an ice tea instead of coffee. Citrus Jasmine Jazz Tea, very refreshing. Definitely will be back on my next visit.

The wait time was a bit long but that's to be expected from a coffee shop in the french quarter. The caramel mochassippi is pretty good and the sausage and cheddar pretzel... thing(i dont know what it's called lmao) is awesome. The baristas are really nice and on top of their stuff. I dont go to coffee shops very often so I'm glad this was a good experience.

Very good coffee here, probably better than star bucks. Right in the downtown area with a pretty decent dining area. There's alot of people so it takes a while to get coffee if you show up during busy hours but the coffee is decent!

This was my favorite coffee place in all of New Orleans! My whole family loved it — I’m so sad they don’t have it where I live in Florida. The coffee is smooth and they have a ton of regular and sugar free syrups. I got the Espresso 22 with sugar free white chocolate and it was so amazing that I immediately ordered a second one. I recommend getting the super grande size, since they put a good amount of ice in it. I wish this place was as common as Starbucks, since it’s honestly a lot better!

This Cafe has a variety of good healthy breakfast and lunch foods as well as some very tasty baked goods. We were able to rest in air conditioned atmosphere with comfortable seating and tables to enjoy our food and beverages. They also have a large charging station for powering up your device. After a long day of walking in the hot sun this place was quite literally a breath of fresh air and the staff are friendly as well as helpful.

A perfectly chill place in the heat of the French Quarter. Drop in for a coffee to go... the bites are breakfast-ie and pastry like, also perfect for the road, or stay for a bit to get recharged. (There are a few tables with power plus right nearby for your phone recharge too).

A Great local Louisiana chain that has chicory coffee. The only place we can get chicory coffee is in Louisiana, and CCs is one of the best. If you want to hang in a place and relax for a bit in the French Quarter, this is a place that locals will come for breakfast and tourist will come for the flavored coffee.

The cafe was clean and smelt delicious throughout the entire store. The staff greeted me kindly and made sure my drink was made to perfection. I came in around 8:30pm and was surprised to see them still open. The manager named Kristin helped me decided on what to order and was very kind and helped me decipher the menu. I used the restroom and went on my merry way. Can’t wait to come back again tomorrow to get me another mochasipi.

A perfect stop for anyone working or living close to this corner coffee house the king cake latte is absolutely flawless there regular coffee is strong not water down tand there very consistent polite employees professional and friendly even a tourist would feel at home super grande latte with an extra shots gunna run you about $6 but your in the city it’s worth the price for a good cup of joe

  • Namita Ghorpade

The entire staff here is very rude! There were just 3 people in the entire barista and the cashier randomly ran away… another person came on the other cashier and started helping people behind me in line. When I asked if my cashier is coming back was very rudely responded “that’s what I’m saying how can I help you”. Mocha tested just like hot chocolate.. not sure if there was any coffee in it!

Find yourself in the French Quarter? Looking for a place to rest your weary feet, catch up on some eMail, or simply grab a quick drink? Then be sure to add CC’s to your list. I’ve visited this spot on several occasions and perhaps it’s just my luck, but I appreciate the tranquility. Service was friendly and engaging.

This place is amazing. If you want to start your day with a breakfast and a coffee, or if you want to catch your breath for a few minutes and then storm out in the French Quarter again Cc's Coffee House is your place to be. Minutes away from Jackson's Square and Bourbon Street. Nice atmosphere with jazz music playing in the background create a unique environment to enjoy your coffee.

  • Diana Alcántara

Best coffee ever!! I didn't have much expectations when my friend entered to get a coffee, I got one too because it was kind of chilly. I was amazed by the flavor of the coffee. Much, much better than any Starbucks coffee, the service was on top. The coffee shop was very cute looking and clean. If you are ever in the french quarter try the coffee here.

  • Debra Johnson

This restaurant is authentic and delicious! We all had something different. The salads and paninis are delish! There is a long wait because they prepare everything fresh, which is totally worth it, but don't go there if you're on a time crunch. The espresso was perfect too. This is a wonderful gem to have in the area. I highly recommend it.

  • Chrome Ninja

I was extremely surprised at this coffee shop! The coffee I had was much better than I had expected and for a great price. This place is also nice as it is hidden away and there is not usually a long wait time. Will definitely come back here when I am in town next.

The first time I visited and ordered an iced latte, they poured an espresso shot that has been made before, not a freshly brewed one. Next day I gave them another chance and the barista did brew shots in front of me, but didn't even bother to properly clean portafilters between shots. I'm speechless ...

We ordered a White Chocolate Mocha with whipped cream and a local favorite, the Turtle Mochasissippi and they were both great. The total came to around $9 and we were able pay using tap to pay so it was fast. The team who took the order and made the drinks were nice even though it was very crowded and busy.

Nothing I wanted was in stock! The barista didn’t even know what I was talking about. When I said, do y’all have kolaches? He just laughed at me! Like I’m visiting from out of town for work and people are just flat out route here. I guess that’s what normal here in New Orleans rude staff.
