The kind of place that doesnt value the time of their customers. I have been in line for currently over 3. Let's people sit down and cut in line without warning. Either treat people equally or not. Let us all sit or make us all stand no in between will be tolerated from now on. I will murder the next person who skips in line.
I have been banking at this branch for over ten years and have always found the staff to be helpful, professional and friendly. I only awarded four stars because the parking area is very tight and is located at the wrong side of the building, which can prove hazardous for anyone with walking issues during the winter months.
Same as many CIBC locations slow service, they keep changing staff, been waiting for over 25 minutes at the teller to get a freakin bank draft, she is very slow and I’m competent. Why on earth they always have one of the staff integrate customers on what they want then they tell the. To go to the teller!!!
Terrible location... cavernous waste of space with virtually no employees to actually serve the long lineup of customers. They should demolish this one and open up a bunch of smaller and more distributed locations that can actually serve more than one customer at a time.
Super slow service. Long lineup but only one teller. Lineup got shorter mainly because people are leaving from the line when they can no longer wait. I had been to different branches before but this is the slowest one I had encountered. 20-30mins to serve one person.
