Absolutely the best hairdresser on the planet ! Charlene makes you feel at home , she advises you on the perfect products without breaking the bank, amazing service and extremely affordable. I've been going to CLA hair studio for over 10 years now and Charlene is the only person the women in my family trusts. There's no better hair stylist out there. Would give 20 stars if I could. 100% recommend Charlene to anyone looking to get their hair back in shape , looking to get a really good cut or colour , a perfect wedding hairdo or anyone looking to repair their hair - she does it all !

No customer service. I had an appointment at 12.. got there at 12:02 . Was told to wait to finish another client which I understood. However I had a make up appointment at 2pm so I needed to get done asap... at 12:50 I couldn't wait any longer and told the stylist I'm sorry im going to have to leave as I won't make it for my make up appointment. And she just agreed rudely. Terrible service. Very disappointed

I went in with my baby who i didnt have anyone to take care off at the time. The gentleman who did my hair so caring and thoughtful. Entire staff was so caring. Plus my hair was exactly like how i want it despite having to manage me wriggling around ti comfort my newborn. Highly recommend

I just had a hair cut. Asked for layering, but it didn't feel exactly like I usually get when asking for the same thing elsewhere, but it's fine enough. Bit on the pricey side from my experience - I've found the Paul James chains to be slightly cheaper.

Firstly Very disgusting attitudes . Secondly i Definitely will be contacting the HCSBC , would not recommend to my worst enemy. How is it legal to run a business like this ?? Where did Charlene get her qualifications from if she is even qualified!!

Absolutely astonished with the kind, generous and polite service at Paul James Columbine Square! A gentleman cut my hair and basically made my day with his service. Definitely going back when ever I need a haircut. Thanks for making my morning!

I had an appointment at 9 with Craig, got a call at 8 requesting if I can come on Tuesday. People why do we come on weekends, maybe because we have jobs. Pathetic service...rocking nomination to owner and team

Never a bad cut from Craig in the 15 years+ he has been cutting my hair. Guys and Gals at Paul James are always are friendly and they give the best hair wash with complimentary head massage.

Service was excellent, I have no complaints. The hairstylist, Craig, offered advice and insight into what would look best for me and did a fantastic job cutting my hair.

Charlene and her team have been doing my hair for over a year now. I absolutely love going here. They are very good at what they do and the prices are reasonable.
