We had a booking that was confirmed on email, and on WhatApp where we were asked if we were still coming through that morning. As we got there, they had double booked and no one was attending to us and we had to ask what was the update. We stayed for 45 minutes with no water or drinks being offered and the lady tending to our query (Belinda) continued to be rude to us including sending rude voice notes as well. This is the worst spa experience we've had in totality from all Spas within the Joburg area. Highly not recommended. Go to another spa or salon before thinking of attending this one.

I had such a lovely experience at classic hair and beauty, Super professional and Mitra the owner really works her magic. I got my hair and my makeup done for an event and could not be happier with the results. My hair was in such a bad state but her hair botox treatment has left my hair healthier than ever and my makeup looked amazing and lasted well into the late hours of the night and felt like I was barely wearing anything ✨ Would highly recommend this Salon to anyone

Mitra is truly a miracle worker! For all the blonde ladies out there- she did absolute wonders with my dull and fading blonde. I'm so happy that I found a hairdresser with so much experience and knowledge! The kreatine treatment she did after my highlights is divine! "Celebrity grooming" salon inside of the Radisson hotel. The foot massage and scrub was very enjoyable and relaxing but the acrylic application on my toes was the worst I've ever encountered in my life. Application is bulky and messy not to mention that my toes are now very painful and looking jacked up. I cannot even fix the mess on my feet right as it's too sensitive to touch!

Honestly its a beautiful place ,went there for a massage with my mom the ladies know what they doing however,the ladies kept on whispering at each other 90% of the time during the massage and using hands to communicate as well which felt really uncomfortable and such a cold experience, should they stop the whispering everything would be good.

For reference, I have thick, frizzy, curly 3b/c hair. I usually get the hair Botox and love having my hair done here because of the products they use. High quality and the products last longer in your hair.

Not 100% happy with the service I got here... I was in a rush though so the lady was probably nervous. In which case I'll over look. But my hair was badly burned though...I could smell it for days. Pity.

Mitra runs her salon with years of expertise. Can recommend the Micro Keratin, and her cuts and styling are great. Products also available for purchase in-store.
