Please do not buy Nissan Magnite Acenta plus CVT! Since 2021.11.29 my wife and I purchased our first ever car at Nissan Hillcrest. At first, we were promised the arrival of new Red Nissan Acenta by Wayne Clark, however, after waiting patiently for more than a week. We had to personally follow up and was told there isn't the promised vehicle anymore. Definitely, we were a little upset, but given the hope that a week or 2 later there will be a new batch with the Red Nissan Acenta as promised (after Wayne searched through the system). The exact same situation happen upon arriving by Nissan Hillcrest. Of course, we didn't feel comfortable at all as we were being told false promises without any sort of follow up in between. WE HAD TO PERSONALLY FOLLOW UP. Eventually we thought, it wasn't in their control. Lowered the temper, and bought the Silver Nissan Acenta plus, Demo that is only driven 20km. At first, we were extremely happy. First ever car, decent deal. Although demo, it was only driven 20km. Unfortunately, this happiness was only temporally. Upon driving the NEW vehicle for around 6-7 months, the brake started making noises. We thought, maybe it due to some sort of short term dust or weather change. However, it become worst as the days goes by. So I told myself, let push it closer to the end of the year for the first service. Not to mention, the car was driven around 4000km ONLY for the FIRST service. Disappointing. The story has not ended, after several attempts of trying to fix the brake issue within the period of 4 months, more than 5 times of taking the car back and forth to service. The noises has not being solved and is now even worse! Promises after promises, explanation after explanation. This car has now become an EMBARASSMENT to the family and friends because it hardly driven and brand new. In addition, now the brake light isn't functioning... in total, around 7 services now trying to solve the issue without any sign of improvement to the brake noises and brake light. I mean, if I want to express myself with vulgar language, A LOT WILL COME OUT. Up to this stage, I've probably spend hours just driving the car to service, waiting, and being dropped off. Been a year and a half, vehicle has driven 1 2000km. STILL SORTING IT OUT. Brakelight, that is essential at night for safetly... still sorting it out. Brake noises that wakes everyone up in the morning, every traffic, every family and friend visits, that unbearable high pitch noises... still sorting it out, 7 times of services (probably even 8, cant remember at this stage)... We have grown tired of this service. However, it the only option we have in hand. I am not even certain whether extending the warranty to 6 years was the right choice. 7 times going into service with no improvement within 6 months! Please can someone advice...

What a disappointment. Looking for a new car. We checked Auto trader found the car we liked made a query told us it was available and that they would be open on Monday the 25th a public Holiday. Arrived just after 9am were greeted warmly by a new car salesman for Nissan. We told why we were there. He looked confused as he didn’t deal with used cars. Understandable. Where was the used car salesman ?? No where to be found. By 9:30. Still no sign. They tried to phone him on my way he says time goes by phone again. I will be there in half an hour. Well he must be a cracker of a salesman that he can fob of a potential sale. Unfortunately this is not the first time we have had this kind of service from this outlet. 3years ago we were looking for an eco sport which the same dealership had and the salesman at the time came up with every excuse under the sun as to why he could sell it to us or get it to us for at least another week or so. So as before we went to We buy cars saw the car we wanted paid for it and drive it home. Guys you need to pick up your game. Checked the leader board at we by cars by midday they had sold 25 cars. How many have you sold this month. Makes you think you might not have the right staff.

Worst experience. Terrible customer service. I bought a rim for my car not knowing I was dealing with the worst dealership in all of KZN. I was given the wrong size and when I went to query it, they made it out like it was my fault. They then went to go order the right size for my car (after I already specified in the beginning before I made the purchase), and didn't phone me or let me know that it was on back order. I then went in to cancel the order and get a refund, as I wasn't happy and they havent given my money back. Its been 2 months trying to deal with this and I am over it. If I could give 0 stars I would. #cmhnissanhillcrest #worstdealership

Are there 5 more stars? Wow wow wow......Im very impressed. The service I got was fire. I thought I was buying a Mercedes, mind u.... I know the service for Mercedes benz its to the TEE. I AM very impressed. From my sales person Sifiso to the receptionist (Thando)to the Mannie the Manager to Nicole Finance and last not least the head ( Byron ) oh also Anastasia....At this rate I'm never EVER LEAVING NISSAN just cause of the service at Hillcrest. I had a magnite now new owner of Qashqai, maybe next it's Navara# who knows . I'm just coming back to buy, just because of the cherry on the cake service

I would not recommend CMH Nissan Hillcrest. My vehicle was serviced the there and i had complaints afterwards. It was said to me that it was not part of the service and did not notify me. The air filter box was tied with cable ties. I was not aware. They did not notify me of this. The air filter was blown out but not replaced. They did not call to ask me if they should replace it. I went there to talk to them and they said that i should have told them within 7 days after the service

Tim at service department went out of his way today to assist me with my car ,I definitely appreciate the level of service received from him and other support stuff.also the shuttle driver is very detailed in his way he checks on everyone for valuables before departure and checks on clients how they would be collected after service of their vehicles (something no1 in any other dealer ship does in my years of driving).keep up Nissan Hillcrest
