This is the first laundromat I have Ever seen that closes at 5 pm on Halloween? It's not like the attendant does your laundry for you. They simply clean up the place. Because they closed early I had to go to another place which was a nightmare. Another problem is trying to get your laundry into the place. Instead of making at least 3 spaces in front of the store designated as loading and unloading only they are immediately taken by people that have barely any laundry. They park there and just take all day. Sometimes they will sit there even after there laundry is finished. Let's just say you gonna be carrying your laundry at least 100 or more feet if your lucky just to get in the door. Otherwise it's got very good washers of all sizes from 10 pound one's to 100 pounds!!! Wow that's big! Prices are a bit more but it's worth it. The dryers are also available in 3 sizes. Unfortunately they only offer drying times that are around 30 minutes or so. If your clothes don't dry completely you have to pay full price for another 30 or so minutes. A single quarter or even 5 quarters doesn't get the dryers going. Your looking at minimum of 1.35 or more just in the smallest ones for the minimum of 27 minutes. Prices change constantly so always bring more money.

On 03/02/2023 I put $10.00 into this company change machine. The change machine stopped working but did not return my money. Here is something for this business to think hard on. 1. Cameras are pointing at these change machines. 2. Cameras record in case of misuse or break-in of the machine. 3. Time frame I used the machine. I was only going to get 5.00 dollars back on a Coin Less Laundry store card and kiss by the other 5.00 dollars. One employee of Coin Less Laundry must not know how to handle the interaction. Since another employee came out and refuse to give me my full amount back and only the $5.00 Coin Less Laundry store card. This 2nd employee interaction was not proper. This employee thought it was funny when I raised my voice for this Coin Less Laundry Taking my money and not thinking about all the cameras that are on these machines. What will happen, 1. Call the BBB 2. Homeland Security "Immigration Status of their employees" 3. ICE for good measure All of this since the employees think the customer is stealing stead of even bothering to check the cameras.

The good: washers and dryers work GREAT! Very effective, stuff gets clean, stuff gets all the way dry. Facility is well kept and clean, everything working. There's a sink and an accessible bathroom, which is nice. It's climate controlled inside, nice and cool. Also, a few TVs on too. The not-so-good: Machines are complicated to use. I added extra rinses or something to my wash without meaning to. Prices are kinda weird. Why would a wash be $4.99? You'll end up loading like $10 or $12 to your card, then you'll leave with some random $1.37 left on your card and no way to spend it. So that $1.37 is just wasted. I guess you could use it next time. Also, the kiosk to reload the cards broke down twice while I was there, so I was stuck with a pile of wet clothes for about 10-15 mins while they fixed them. All in all, not the worst laundromat, but I don't like the card system and complicated pricing. Rather just use good old quarters. I won't be back, but hey, you might have better luck than I did.

This place was quite clean considering how many people were there and the area of town that it's in. It was very busy, but I was at least able to start all my laundry within 10 minutes of arriving. It's a great choice if you have more than four loads of laundry to do. You can get it all done in under 2 hours. They have machines that are designed for 10 loads, 9, 8, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2. I wish they had more 10 load washers though. It seems like everyone with over 6 loads just go straight to those. I give this place a four stars because they really need a desk up front to guide people to make it more efficient. The staff should be able to tell the people which washer is most appropriate to them making sure that people with the last loads use the machines that are most appropriate instead of all of the 8, 9 and 10 load washers being taken up by people that shouldn't be using them. Four stars for how decent this place is but a star lost for lack of order.

The prices GREAT! There's no quarter machine bc it's card opporated so I used the vending machine. I put $2 in for a $1 item. And it spit out only one quarter. I asked the lady and she kept making reasons why it's my fault I didn't get change. She said this machine doesn't give change and this laundry is card only. But I used a vending machine....and she said the vending machine doesn't.give change?? Then tell me why I got a qiarter back... missing the other 3 coins. I side of f it. I'll lose 75¢ bc she didn't feel like doing great customer service and get the the manager for me for 75¢!! Sorry but lost a potential loyal customer

Ohhh nice place. WAY better than the place at ranch market (16st/Roosevelt). AND no need to hunt down quarter's. The place was clean, all washers had a option for Hot,Medium, Cold water and they had various sizes. There was hand sanitizer available and a sink to wash hands by one of the washers. Bathrooms were well kept too. Also on the off chance you dont have enough cash on you there is an ATM at the door. The only bummer about this place is there is never staff around when you need them. -1 star. Ive seen multiple people search for staff and even knock loudly on the office door and no one comes out.

The only. Place and all of the valley that I will do laundry beside home I do all of my commercial laundry here they keep this place sparkling clean the $50 to get 10 is a great bargain the machines are huge well-maintained it’s always a great deal to do laundry here I do about 1200 pounds a week and I won’t go anywhere else. The girls at work here are always busy cleaning and maintaining and dusting and they’re very nice I love it here. Oh and they open really early and they have really big machines

Looks great, hours need to be explained to the employees though. I went to laundry land and they closed at 9 pm now until they get security so I looked up someone else and found this one said they were open with that light outside. It was raining so I rushed to the door read the hours and it said open til 12 am last wash 10:30 i was there at 10:21 and got turned away by the employee. So much for late night washing for those who can't wash in the day.

Hey if you have to do your laundry, do it here. First time here. They make it convenient by loading a prepaid card for use in their washers and dryers. No more quarters, thank you very much! I seems to get hoppin' on the weekends though. It may be a little slower in the early morning weekdays, or late evenings...not too sure. But this place is pretty clean and they offer multiple sized laundry to wash everything from clothes to bedding.

It stays clean, I like the fact that I can wash anything I can think of in their 100 lb (10 load washer) or any washer based on your load (9, 5, 3, 1 loads etc). It costs some money to wash there but I feel like my clothes are getting washed good. There are carts to move your clothes around, places to sit and TV's to watch with some entertainment for kids. They also have specials running through the week to wash.

I have been here to wash clothes on three occasions.The second time my clothes smelled with an oder after I washed and dried them.This time I smelled the front loader and it smelled really bad.I told attendant and she never said or did anyhing.For the money I have spent in there I should get a little courtesy.The front load washers are known for smells due to the rubber around door creates mildow.

Damn I wanted to give them 5 stars because they are super clean, plenty of equipment, and nice and cool. The bad thing is they are expensive to begin with like $1.80 for LG dryer 27 minutes and $5.99 for 50lb washer, then on top of that they add tax I guess because it takes $6.29 off the card. In addition they charge $.50 for the card and $.75 to add money but I'll still recommend thwm

This place used to be pretty fair on the price but now its getting expensive, used to be 1.09 for dryers and now its 1.19 for less than 30 min, hard to come here knowing that the prices are rising fast here, and yet they don't have ac, how the hell we gonna do laundry in the humid area, please guys get the ac going since these washers and dryers are getting expensive

It's not bad and big enough to where plenty of people could do laundry without bumping into one another. Not to mention they have people cleaning and doing maintenance everytime I do laundry. Get a Coinless laundry card and fill it up I don't go to other locations because they aren't worth more than 2 stars so I'm serious about laundromats and 4 is quite nice.

Very nice laundry facility. They have large washing machines that are front loading their prices are reasonable and it's clean. The employees were very kind and professional and it was not a really bad time doing laundry because doing laundry is usually a pain in the rear. I use this laundromat every week to do my laundry and I would highly recommend it.

I love this place. My apartment has a laundry room but it's always dirty and none of my laundry ever gets clean no matter how.much I was it. So I come here. The lady's that work here are always cleaning and are always so nice. I love the different size machine they have and they don't cost that much. It's just a wonderful place.

This laundry facility tends to have machines that leak water especially the 4 loads number 42 and number 41. The business does not refund for redistribute detergent or softener when the laundry attendant stops the machines. The leaks are due to poorly maintained strip between the door that latches and the laundry load.

Newer sturdy commercial machines do a great job of cleaning. Everything uses their "laundry" card, which you transfer money to, using cash or credit/debit card. $5 min transfer ($1 min cash transfer). You keep the laundry card to use again, refilling as needed. Lots of machines, not too crowded, very clean place.

This place discriminates people and if you black from africa trust me they don't like you there. The employee (Mayra) at this place is extremely rude and very discrimative. If you don't leave one hour before the end of her shift, she will try to kick you out and will call the cops on you. Don't go this place.

Got in really quick and they have really large washers and dryers so what would be more loads and longer time only took me an about 25 min to wash and another 27 or so to dry so it goes pretty quick if you happen to want to wait for a particular size or location so you can watch you stuff.

I've gone to this laundromat for 2 years now. I've been to others and this one is very clean and not only the staff but the other customers are always polite (I have yet to come across anyone who is rude). The machines (excluding the vending machines) are decently priced.

Great place to HAVE to spend a couple hours doing laundry! The laundry mat is clean, well mantained, everything is in good working order and we'll kept!!!. Lots of shops and food in shopping center to use/eat while waiting on your laundry!

The place is clean and I had no problems there. It is a big place with lots of washers and dryers for you to use. Was hard to find somebody that could help me when my card wasn't working. Other than that it is what it is.

Great place to do laundry! Staff is friendly and helpful. Uses a card, no charge to add money, minimum of $5 for adding money from credit card. You can also add cash to your card. No coins. Machines do not accept coins.

The staff are very attentive and making sure everything is kept nice and clean. Great price and I love that they have up to 100lb washing machines. They also have 90, 70, and 50lb washing machines.

This is a very clean Laundromat. Machines are in very good condition. However, the change machine is always out of order and they provide no way to convert coins into credit for their laundry card.

No attendants whatsoever, and the machine didn't clean my clothes! Half my wash was damp and the other half still sticky with detergent! I want my damn money back! AND fix your machines!

Like all other locations, extremely well kempt & organized, fair pricing & clean restrooms. Parking lot is pretty busy and people drive quickly. There's not a lot of storefront parking.

I expected there to be attendant keeping this place clean. It's a wreck in here. This place will be trashed in no time like the others nearby if someone isn't keeping the place up.

Very clean and different size machines. Nice place to do laundry. Only think bad is there isn't much parking close. Parking is mostly away from building in parking lot.

Good price really clean . Friendly staff . I thought I would be happy not using coins but I like using coins sometimes so I wish it had an option to use both .
