Nice clothes but you need to do something with your employees!!!!! I wanted to return something that I bought online so I went to the store, lights were on, I saw two people behind the cashier desk so the store looked open. It was a Friday night so I expected the store to open until 9PM, didn't realize they were closed early at 7PM. I arrived there, tried to get in , the two staff just looked and stared at me and didn't say anything. The tall guy from the behind the counter made a gesture that they were closed but the woman next to him, 30ish year old, with long dark hair looked very annoyed and angry , started doing a very disrespectful gestures with her arms and made very ugly faces and sent me away. Wow just wow, no customer service whatsoever. Please address this woman (your employee) , she worked the shift on friday 29th september. I was there outside the door at 6:56PM.

Altijd mooie collectie van Cos vooral aankomende herfst/winter is mooi (bepaalde stukken aardig prijzig) alleen het Personeel kijkt je soort van afkeurend af omdat je geen cos draagt of type persoon bent die in cos kleding loopt en niet eens een goededag kan er daarom niet vanaf, sorry mensen maar je kan je klanten niet zo behandelen. Accepteer gewoon alle klanten als eventueel nieuwe toekomstige klanten aub! Zelfs denk ik de leiddinggevende was het personeel op de bovenste verdieping aan het instrueren ivm indeling van een deel van de collectie en dan lopen er klanten tussendoor en dan raar kijken en niet je klanten welkom heten. Slechte service

In love with this clothing brand ❤last time had very bad experience with a Dutch employee(long lady with short grey hair) in Rotterdam she was rude and not really helpful towards me but towards the white folks she was very polite & offering her help I had my old mom whom couldn't stand long she said to " Sorry but she have to wait outside of the fitting room meanwhile she offered to the Dutch lady the chare.... I was just disgusted by her behaviour. Actually im almost 15 years shopping there but was first time experience such a discrimination

The staff is too rude, woman with short black hair is impolite and not client oriented, on all questions she was answering in a rude form, also I have left one t-shirt in the fitting room because had a lot in my arms to buy, she publicly commanded to hang it in impolite way, after that whole desire to buy anything just disappeared. Much appreciated if COS management could pay attention to their clients’ reviews since my comment is not the first one, and pay attention on staff attitude to their clients.

Zeer teleurstellende ervaring. Winkel ging kwartier te laat open. Personeel was zelf aan het passen. Niemand liep mee naar de herenafdeling. Kon geen vragen stellen en kreeg geen maatadvies. Engelssprekend naar persoon kwam uit magazijn en gebood het gepaste wat ik niet wilde op te hangen. Collectie was een schim van wat op internet staat. Toen in teleurgesteld afdroop stond poersoneeCos heeft hiermee mijn sympathie verloren.

Ik kom wel eens bij Cos met mijn vriend. Boven bij de vrouwenafdeling werden we erg aardig ontvangen, maar bij de herenafdeling was het personeel onaardig. Een paar dagen na thuiskomst kwam ik erachter dat er foundation vlekken op het witte shirt zaten dat ik had gekocht. Graag dat hier wat meer op gelet gaat worden. Personeel mag wat vriendelijker zijn voor klanten die honderden euro's neerleggen.

Nice store and clothes but incompetent employees. Regarding a dress left behind to be repaired I was told different things everytime by 2 managers and employees. I had to call myself few times only to find out 10 days later that they took no action. It is a pity because it is the most central cos shop in Rotterdam.

Stylish clothes from quality materials, simple or no patterns, many colours to choose from. Not so much following the latest fashion trends, but offering more timeless designs. Ideal if you don't want to buy clothes only for a single season. The staff is friendly and helpful.

My husband and I love this shop, and their minimalistic style. We always encountered a nice staff, but today, this woman there was just looking at us, like we cannot afford anything to buy, and the whole time checking at us. Not really nice experience today.

The most rude staff I have ever encountered. I only go to the stores if I really have to because it is never a pleasant experience. They will give you dirty looks and talk about you with other people in front of you..

Wonderful clothes but bad customer experience. The clerks didn’t seem like they want to answer your questions, one of them was chatting the whole time and ignoring the customers.

This is the only store in Rotterdam where I can always find something that I like that. Cos always uses natural materials, simple lines, and in general wonderful designs.

Hele mooie winkel in Rotterdam. Mooie kkeding, ook leuke sales. Ik vind het toch wel jammer om in een andere taal aangesproken te worden door de mensen die er werken.

The brand has grown on me and this store Is neat to shop in. The employees are polite and eager to help, but will not disturb you if you wanna walk around quietly

Je hebt diverse kleding en diverse verdiepingen zoals ik daar in rondliep heb ik gezien en of gemerkt dat heren en of kinderkleding boven is ik zag roltrappen

The staff was very unfriendly and rude and did not let to try on clothes 20min before closing. Then indicate your closing time at 17:30 rather than 18:00.

Bij een beetje druk doen ze al hysterisch, als het rustig is zie je ook duidelijk dat ze hun werk haten. Vraag me af hoe ze door het leven gaan ;)

Leuke strak design winkel. Een van de weinige merken waar nog echt een lijn in valt te ontdekken. De kleding is vaak basic, maar met een twist.

Cos heeft erg mooie apparte kleding voor dames. De vriendelijke verkoper help alleen als je m aanspreekt. Dus je kunt lekker rondkijken.
