Unfortunately a dip in quality and service post lockdown. Was told there was no platinum service available or any extra upholstery cleaning due to it being very busy and the cleaner was blatantly reluctant. I was only third in line with one car behind me. I would've thought the business would've been more than prepared for a surge considering the recent lockdowns. Considering I had to go for a gold service, the clean in general was sketchy with various areas that were missed out/ glazed over from vacuuming and polishing. The complimentary air freshener didn't smell of anything either which was a shame. No doubt these guys work hard and it's a long day but expectations weren't met with what you would expect from a gold service. It is a bonus that you can do your shopping in Morrison's and leave your car there but I wouldn't use again given the sheer number of alternative car washes elsewhere.

How rude this lad was .... been using this place ever since 1st opened... but now will not the way I was spoken to ... plus the I'm the boss and the finger I got as I told him get a life and drove away

Very professional and they take their time and they have pride in what they do. I am very happy and I will be going back.
