I can not fully express my extreme satisfaction with Sim and his team. As I have a unique coloured paint on me vehicle, With great disappointment, I was told by my dealership that they could not match my paint colour. I shopped around and Sim assured me he would match the colour with the technique he uses for colour matching. Sim arranged for my rental vehicle to be brought to his business when I dropped off my vehicle and also to have the rental picked up. He provided me with a drop off and pick up time for my vehicle. He went over everything that would need to do to fix my vehicle while meeting the time line. Best of all my car was fantastic. All repairs Sim promised were complete with a perfect colour match to my paint. It looked like there was never any damage. The cost of the repairs were extremely reasonable and the service exceptional. I would return to ProColor if needed in the future and recommend Sim’s business to friends and family. Earlier this summer, I got into my first minor collision ever. I was understandably filled with anxiety. I just have to say that I was so lucky that my insurance referred me to RSK! My first contact was Sim and from the get go he was professional, accomodating, kind and empathethic. He left me feeling assured that my car would be taken care of well. The biggest issue was the 1 month wait for parts, though that's on the manufacturers rather than RSK. Even dropping my car off for repairs was a breeze and Sim accomodated my schedule early in the morning. He even dropped me off at the Enterprise to grab my rental! They gave me a 5 day timeline that ended up being 2 days and despite only being able to pick up the car after hours, Jasmine and Sim were kind enough to meet up me to facilitate pickup! I got my car back with the rear bumper looking brand spanking new and I'm so happy to have my baby back. Truly 5 star service and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

I got into my first auto accident at the beginning of March and my insurance company referred me to Procolor for repairs and I honestly can’t say enough great things! Jazmin answered all the questions I had, and was able to get me in quickly for repairs as they had a cancellation. Jazmin was so patient and professional with me when I got a little overwhelmed with the whole repair process before we even started, and took the time to explain what everyone’s (mine, theirs and the insurance company’s) roles and responsibilities were from start to finish as I was unsure how the whole process worked. My car was ready within their estimated time frame and they were able to accommodate my and my boyfriend’s schedule when it came to picking up my car as I had declined a rental. Very impressed and happy with the smooth and efficient operations at CSN/RSK. Sim was an absolute pleasure to work with. He was incredibly responsive via email with answers to my all of my questions. He took the headache out of a frustrating experience with my insurance company and worked with me every step of the way, explaining and educating me on the steps to repair the damage to my Tesla including walking through the issues and notifying me when the parts arrived. He worked with my schedule and was very accommodating. The turn around time to have my vehicle back to me was very fast. Was thrilled to pick up my vehicle to discover it had been vacuumed/wiped down inside as well as washed. Looks brand new! The team at RSK was incredibly helpful when we had to bring our car in following a small accident. They made sure we understood the work that had to be done, and took care of all the arrangements between them and the insurance company and the rental car agency as well. Repairs were done within a week, and the car is looking brand new following the work they have done. While i hope i don't have to return here for more body work and collision repair, BUT if i need to i'll be coming back to RSK as the services they provided were fantastic.

Sim and his team yet again exceeded our expectations. We took our SUV in to repair some damage to the drivers side door. Sim was responsive, professional and honest with us. Really loved the service from RSK. Having to repair your car is never a fun experience but this family run business made it the best it could be. Very professional service.
