We had a problem where our AA batteries had leaked into our Bosch Laser. Called up CT Hardware to see if it's something we can send in for servicing, the lady on the phone told us that it's typically unrepairable. We brought it in anyway, and the same lady got one of the repair technicians to come have a look, and he was able to quickly assess the damage and assist. Told us we could just remove the battery adapters and use the normal bosch battery packs. Everyone was friendly. At the shop to purchase the battery, i was assisted by a guy named Azman. He was very friendly and very good at upselling! He was able to recommend promo packs, combos and other tools i was interested in. Great service!

I was jot entertained. I had several enquiries but no attended to me. I was walking around the shop, one staff directed me to the area where I was looking for my tools but unfortunately there was no one I could refer to upstairs on their 1st floor. No doubt most of their product is middle to highend but surely you want to sell these products.... Anyway if you are someone who knows exactly what you are looking for you can go directly to the counter and ask for it they may or may not assist you. As for me it was dissapointing....

I was told that this place would have what I needed. I went in and I asked the lady at the counter if there was anyone free to help me. She looked at me in disgust and said 'what help do you need?' When I showed her what I needed she said 'we don't have.' And when I asked her if she knew where I could go to get this part she just shrugged her shoulders and looked away and didnt even want to acknowledge that I was infront of her. My 2 minutes experience in this shop was so off putting that I will not be coming back here again.

Good and reliable shop for 1 stop hardware, quality products bought some hardware lately but the only thing is. i would suggest CT hardware may b to have another shop in the middle of KL so its easier for KL residence to drive n buy your stuff!, bit of hassled from KL residence to drive all the way to PJ area just to shop for your hardware item. we all know we can buy via on-line but some people would love to hands on their products physicals before they buy so cheers.

Service performance has been deteriorating over the years for a company that sell premium goods. We have to carry out our large item goods from the shop. To me, the ailse has space constraint and we easily bumped into other goods and display. Hence, it is not a good idea to expect customer to carry out their own goods. I have bought a number of goods here over the years and this is going to be my last purchase.

Very efficient service for buying their products, and the customer service after sale is just as good. The representatives there are polite and very helpful, even if you have a problem with a product. As far as their product offerings, they offer a host of quality tool brands which cater to every budget level and also have a service center. Bought some tools from them and I will continue to do so.

the chinese boss or worker explaining to me bout driller&bits like i dont have any clue about hardware. The way he speak is in rude voice. I don't mind u explaining all that but the way you speak bro, can u use in more polite way. and yes my cordless driller can drill wall. and ur bosch drill bit rusted a day after being used. wil not come here again.

I read so much good comment on the shop and the convenient helpful staff from whatsapp enquire, but my whatsapp msg took hours to reply, and the reply is very prompt but didn’t actually answered all my question. Haih! Hahah hahhahah too bz to layan new potential customer!? Hahaa

useless service center. Send my Karcher H2.360 here for repair few times, every time it broke again after 1st use, they seem cannot find the root cause. Money spend already can buy a new one, Now that H2.360 sit on my store as garbage.
