It doesn’t surprise me at all that the average rating for this pharmacy is only two stars. I dropped off a prescription in the morning and was told it would take 25 minutes. When I came back 45 minutes later the girl said she couldn’t find it, without hardly putting any effort into it at all she sent me to the other counter. The other girl found it immediately then told me I needed to go back in a much longer line to now pay for it. Because “she didn’t have a register”, she told me in the most snarky voice ever. Of course I would need to go to the right place, but if anyone had any leadership skills whatsoever they simply would have allowed me to go in front of the line to pay for it, since I was there first. i should not have to get back in a line with four people in it to wait because of their screw up. Horrible and snarky customer service

They were polite, courteous, and very friendly. It is refreshing to have such a good experience at a drug store the pharmacist was extremely kind and patient. That’s what I look for in a drugstore. Thank you.

The worst experience I had in my life. Rude and completely incompetent
